Abstract

Abstract This article discribed political party theorizing that were early history of development, function, and typology of political parties. The existence of political party was central phenomena on political way of the state. Political partay could push the state to more democratic or vis a vis authoriterian. That condition was influenced by internal condition, party system and ideological distance between political parties, whether centripetal or centrifugal types. Abstract

Abstract This paper describes the experience of two types of fair trade actors, APIKRI and D'Best Furniture (first: non governmen organization and second: companies) in the fight for fair trade values​​. Commitment to the values ​​of justice in the midst of market anarchism is a tough job. Orientation profit alone often makes the market justifies a variety of ways. Abstract

Abstract The agricultural sector is the most sensitive sectors both domestic and International politics.  Since trade liberalization began and banner proclaimed, the central sector of life for most people in developing countries, is also covered and for liberalization. This paper describes an international social movement resistance (La Via Campesina/ international peasant movement) in the struggle against global agricultural liberalization program run by World Trade Organization (WTO). In conducting the study, researchers used qualitative methods. This method is particularly relevant because it can answer the problem and qualitative research are better able to get in on a deeper exploration. The facts and the cases raised in the field of qualitative research is not as dead but moving data and dialectical in a more complex history.   Keywords : Neo-Liberalism, Agricultural liberalization, Social Movement, International peasant movement, La Via Campesina, World Trade Organization (WTO).

Abstract

Abstract The local Budget  revenue and expenditure or APBD  is annual financial plan  that made by  local government with local parliament (DPRD), which is describes activate and program plan to achieve the local medium development  plan (RPJMD). The or APBD should be optimized to achieve the public welfare which is the purpose of the local government.  This article will analyze the realization of the local budget of central java in 2008 until 2010.  The research problem is “how  the budget realization in the Local revenue and expenditure budget (APBD) of the Province of Central Java in 2008 until 2010? Abstract

Abstract This study describes the global environmental regime in the middle of the struggle between the anthropocentric and ecocentric paradigm. By reason of the fulfillment of human needs-paced dynamic and complex in modern industrial and developmental paradigm, the acts of injustice and arbitrary environmental and natural resource find justification argument. The exploitation of natural resources and the environment as an inevitable consequence of industrialism and developmental paradigms. Earth and environment has lost its existence and rights are essential in terms of ecology and ecosystems. Understand the debate between anthropocentric with ecocentric paradigm. How to manage the environment in order to be able to walk hand in hand with industrialization projects. What is the best solution to bridge both understand the need to apply the material and a deepening understanding of the importance of environmental sustainability continues. This study used a qualitative research method description. Secondary data obtained through the study of the documentary, through magazines, newspapers, books and other resources related to this research topic.   Key Word: Environmental regime, anthropocentric, ecocentric.

Abstract

Abstract North Korean nuclear program gave a serious threat over security level in East Asia after Cold War. The highly strong arm race of this region makes it dangerous for stabilizing on international security, particularly in the Eat Asia. One of the most important things of arm race effect is security dilemma in this region. The US and Russia are two powerful actors in the political and security landscape in the world which can modify security map in the East Asia. Japan and South Korea are regional alliance of US, while North Korea is Russia alliance. Both US and Russia will support and keep its influence although the Cold War ended. Keywords: North Korean Nuclear, security dilemma, US, and Russia.

Abstract

Abstrak One indicator of the effectiveness of cooperation can be seen from: whether the agreement is soft law or hard law. Cooperation with soft law form  tends to be ineffective because there is no binding consequences, while  hard law form tend to be effective because the consequences are binding. Interestingly, countries drafting their cooperation in the form of soft law, at the expense of the effectiveness of their cooperation. By taking a case study of the ASEAN  Charter, this article came to the conclusion that soft law chosen as a strategy to secure national interests when cooperation assessed no longer profitable. Sekarang ini, fenomena yang terjadi di suatu wilayah dalam waktu singkat bisa menjadi berita hangat di penjuru lain dunia. Kawat teknologi informasi telah menghubungkan dunia yang semula terpisah menjadi satu kesatuan dalam kampong global. Hal ini menyebabkan transformasi dalam studi hubungan internasional, khususnya politik global.
