Abstract

Film and television works in the form of audio-visual media are the youngest fields of art compared to other branches of art. As with other sectors, in Indonesia itself regulations for art are also governed by rules and laws (laws), both in terms of production, distribution and consumption. Not to limit creativity, but these rules are enforced to protect consumers (art connoisseurs) and the artists themselves from misuse of works of art such as elements of pornography, copyright abuse and so on. This paper is a descriptive analysis supported by literature on television and film available in libraries and online media.

Abstract

This research utilizes inorganic waste, namely used plastic that is no longer used, it is hoped that in the future the art of craft from anorgnaik waste can reduce the amount of waste that is an obstacle at this time. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning, implementation and results of making decorative lamps from inorganic waste in Class X Students of SMA Wahyu Makassar.   Collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation.  The results of the study provide results where Class X students of SMA Wahyu Makassar are able to know the materials and tools to be used and are able to work on decorative lamps in accordance with the design design that has been designed. The results of the decorative lamps produced are very good and have high artistic value so that they can be used as displays at home or anywhere.   The results of interviews with both teachers and students provide answers that the art craft learning process starts from good planning and students can work on artwork well and enthusiastically.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze aesthetic comparisons of graffiti art by Aliastiga from 2006-2022 in Makassar City. The analytical method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method, supported by the theory of Form Aesthetics from Dr. A.A.M Djelantik and the theory of Functional Aesthetics from Edmund Burke Feldman as a reference for analysis. The results of this study show that the graffiti artwork created by Aliastiga initially originated from an interest in art in the form of a character and writing. The work produced by Aliastiga from early 2006 has shown that artists are very talented and have good skills. Although in reviewing the weight of his work, Aliastiga does not have ideas and messages in his work, Aliastiga emphasizes artistic visuals in his work. Aliastiga graffiti art is not just a hobby, but in it becomes an artistic movement that tends to fight acts of vandalism.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the right method in learning private piano for students who have problems in playing some songs that have not been smooth, by repetition. In piano learning, generally students (people who learn piano) use a finger drill, which is to repeat parts that have not been mastered by students. This is often used and successful in piano learning. But it was different from one student who the writer met as the subject of this research (initial E) who could not use the finger drill method. The results of the study show that hard work, strong will, and effective training must be carried out by piano students if he wants to acquire good skills and achievements in playing the piano.

Abstract

Bandung Al-Irsyad mosque is a mosque with a unique form of architecture resembles the Ka’bah. Designed by Ridwan Kamil, this building become famous building in the world. A prestigious award as the five major building of the year 2010 by the National Frame building Association, this mosque become one of the Bandung mainstay tourist destination. This research focus is to dismantle the art contruction suport in the journey of Bandung Al-Irsyad mosque into a high art. To understand the social precesses of this mosque, using the approach in his sociology by Zolberg “Construsting a Sociology of the Art” which suggests that the phenomenon of art is influenced by a social process, the artist, and structural support. This research resulted in the conclution that the creation of a great work of art that could not be separated from the contruction of the rule of art. The artist and the community support for the arts is very important in the development of art work. So that is becomes a high art work. Bandung Al-Irsyad mosque designed by a integrated professional artist with his prestigious awards has received makes this mosque into a very high artist value. Simple and futuristic design is a represent of urban culture. Make it more acceptable to the public.

Abstract

The visualization of postcards with mountain as the photo objects, rice fields framed in a natural scene becomes a very interesting thing to be observed. The objects, that usually become the favorite of a painting with indie Mooi style, are then adapted by photographer in a postcard sheet. Seeing the phenomenon, the author questioned why photographers still maintain the images that have been explored by the art of painting, to be re-production into the work of photography. It is interesting to examine, especially from the visual aspect with descriptive interpretive approach, by making an interpretation of what is seen, heard and understood, so it is expected to create diverse views on an existing problem.This study resulted a conclusion that, in terms of the needs of art lovers, the need for imaging Mooi indie when it is viewed from the perspective of tourists or foreign tourists, it is still very high. Travelers or foreign tourists need evidence that their journey to Indonesia - a tropical country with abundant light - is real. Photos in this case are powerful entities in the role of proof of existence. As a young artist from the heirs of culture and eastern artworks that have a high history and aesthetics in the context of tradition, Mooi Indie should begin to be abandoned and photo artists embark on an odyssey that puts forward newness or local wisdom in the work.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the implementation of Islamic values as educational principles in creating fine arts in the Fine Arts Education study program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. The type of research used is qualitative-explanatory research, which provides an explanation of why the fine arts education study program uses Islamic values as an educational and teaching concept. Furthermore, the results of this research show that the only fine arts education study program within the scope of Muhammadiyah Higher Education in Indonesia is at Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. So that artistic practice in producing works of fine art is based on Islamic Kemuhammadiyahan values. The concept of application in education and teaching is demonstrated through the curriculum, art creation and study studies, research and community service as well as the achievement of graduate profiles. In the aspect of creating fine arts, the orientation of the work always uses ethics, content and context based on Islamic Muhammadiyah

Abstract

This research analyzes the "Mega Mendung Motif of Cirebon". Using art history as the basis for the approach, the main theory used is Erwin Panofsky's theory of iconography and iconology. The results of this research contain a pre-iconographic description which explains at an early stage the aspect of the textual idea, namely based on an analysis of the visual elements in the mega mendung motif including an objectively precise style, apart from that it is also reviewed from the mega mendung motif using a stylization style, namely by changing the shape. The original form of a source becomes a new form that is decorative but the special characteristics of the source are not completely lost. Iconographic analysis explains themes and concepts. The themes and concepts expressed in the Mega Mendung motif were ideas adopted from Chinese ceramics or knick-knacks brought by Ong Tien's daughter, knick-knacks brought from China and then combined with typical Cirebon culture, resulting in a combination of Cirebon-Chinese culture. From this cultural influence, the mega mendung motif has distinctive characteristics and a very deep meaning as a result of social and community interactions.AbstrakPenelitian ini menganalisis “Motif Mega Mendung Cirebon”  Dengan menggunakan sejarah seni sebagai dasar pendekatan, selanjutnya pilihan teori utama yang dipakai adalah teori ikonografi dan ikonologi Erwin Panofsky. Hasil penelitian ini berisi, deskripsi pra ikonografi yang menerangkan pada tahap awal aspek ide tekstual, yaitu berdasarkan anilsis unsur-unsur visual pada motif mega mendung ini termasuk dengan gaya ketepatan objektif, selain itu juga ditinjau dari motifnya mega mendung menggunakan gaya stilisasi yaitu dengan merubah bentuk asli dari suatau sumber menjadi bentuk yang baru yang bersifat dekoratif tetapi dari ciri khusus  dari sumber tersebut tidak hilang sepenuhnya.  Analisis ikonografi menjelaskan tentang tema dan konsep. Tema dan konsep yang terungkap dalam motif mega mendung ini mendapat ide yang diadopsi dari keramik-keramik Cina atau pernak pernik yang dibawa oleh putri Ong Tien, pernak pernik yang dibawa dari cina kemudian dikombinasikan dengan kebudayaan khas Cirebon, sehingga menghasilkan perpaduan kebudayaan Cirebon-Cina. Dari pengaruh budaya tersebut motif mega mendung memiliki ciri khas dan makna yang sangat mendalam sebagai hasil dari interaksi sosial dan masyarakat.
