This study aims to analyze the profit sharing system of Syariâah Financial Organization with the clientsâ attitude in doing an investment and know whetheror there is an opportunity for developing it. Thestatistic analysis used the product momentwith the questionnaires for the clients of Baitul Maal wat Tamwil SAFINAH Klaten. The correlation of the profit sharing and doing-an-investment was significant. It could be concluded that the peopleâs confident level in the system applied to the organization was very significant. Thus, more and more clients from year to year, it is possible that there will be an opportunity for developing it.

Emulation level which progressively tightened to cause every organization should be able to give superior value to customer. Organization should be able to give the service quality such as those which wanted by the customer, not solely pursuant to specification of organization. If this matter happened, hence customernot even fulfilled its requirement, farther customer will feel delight. Outcome of delight customer is customer loyalty.

This research examines the effect of institutional ownership on firm value. In doingso, institutional ownership will be divided into two groups; passive owner and active owner.The active owner who holds more than 5 percent of stock is hypothesized to have positiverelationship with firm value. However, this positive relationship will decline considerably asthe percentage of ownership increases. The other variables, namely; passive institutionalownership, public ownership, and firm size will be used as well to examine the consistentrelationship between institutional ownership and firm value. Rather than examining itlinearly, this research intends to examine the non-linear effect of institutional ownership onfirm value. The samples are drawn from all firms listed at the Jakarta Stock Exchange from2002 to 2005. Using the non-linear regression analysis, the results show the existence of nonlinearrelationship between active institutional owner andfirm value in Indonesia.

This paper tried to describe the role of culture in management marketing, especiallyin the consumer behavior field. Some aspects of culture be investigated and analyzed bycombined of theorytical background in the real context. This paper also explored the level ofculture, the existence of culture value, and discussing their impact to consumer behavior.Finally, in the end of the paper, author explained the existence of ritual and their implicationto marketing strategies.

This research aims to determine the correct function form in knowing the factorsinfluence the level sale of commodity of retail company middle and top class in YogyakartaSpecial Region Province. The research used the time series secondary data from various theinstitution related to the research. To test the hypothesis concerning the factors influence thesale level, researcher used regression least square analysis. In choosing the function formresearcher applied the MWD test (Mackinon, White, and Davidson) and Error CorrectionModel. The research result show that by paying attention the estimation result of errorcorrection approach, log-linear function form have ability to predicted better relative andconsistent with theory compared to the linear function form.

Purpose of the research is to know how entrepreneur takes an attitude in conducting a successionof entrepreneur generation; to know the relationshipbetween the entrepreneurs characteristics and entrepreneursâ attitudes towards succession of generations of entrepreneurs. Based on the research and analysis, it was obtained distribution of frequency of six attitudes in succession of entrepreneur generation, where 78.57 percent wanted regeneration with took the attitude of giving freedom for his/her successes in choosing a job or a profession. The entrepreneurs have taken the different attitude in conducting the succession of entrepreneur generation. The result of chi-square test showed a relationship between age and entrepreneur attitude. The characteristic has a significant relationship with entrepreneur attitude in the succession of entrepreneur generation. The characteristic has a significant relationship with entrepreneur attitude in the succession of entrepreneur generation.
