Abstract

Economic development should base on local potential area. It is to be directed to supporting the achievement of improvements in providing support for development planning, resource allocation, spatial and others. Including how to market the products of the sector so that it can be seen and attract investors in its development. The analysis methods used sector is a method of location quotient and Klassen typology, and SWOT. Local economy include the potential economic sectors, and the potential spatial (territorial). 3 covers the economic potential of the sector is quite large, namely agriculture, manufacturing industry and trade, hotels and restaurants; particularly the northern region of Malang shows that the potential level of attractiveness of its economy in general above the district average Malang, unless sub district DAU. FGD and SWOT in the field led to the need for developing a combined approach to ecological factors, and a systems approach activities in order to improve community based economic potential of north Malang.Keywords: Local Economy, FGD, SWOT, approach to ecological factors

Abstract

The purposes of the study were to determine: (1) the short term effect of export, import, and external debt to the GDP of Indonesia years 1990 -2010, (2) the most dominant variable which affect to GDP of Indonesia years 1990–2010. The present study is explanatory research. The data were collection of the study is secondary data. Besides, the secondary data source of the study is taken from ADB (Asian Development Bank). Meanwhile, the data were collected through documentation. Based on the ECM, it is known that export affects positively and significantly to the GDP either long term or short term, import affects negatively and significantly to the GDP either long term or short term and external debt affect insignificantly to the GDP in a short term yet in a long term it affects negatively and significantly to GDP.Keywords: Stock Price, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Assets (ROA), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR)

Abstract

The method which used in this research is analys with qualitative descriptive approach with case study, where researchers direct observation to the study site, because with that method researchers know how the condition of reserch object that is Penamas Nusaprima Factory and kebonagung village community. Analysis of the data devided into four stages which is, namely data, data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Based on the result of the reserch, conducted Penamas Nusaprima Factory role in improving the welfare of societyof kebonagung village, form of employment programs are prioritized for the community, help the water reservoir and funding to build a gates in the kebonagung and to the activities of rural communities.Keywords: penamas nusaprima factory contribution, labor absorption, prosperous

Abstract

This research result shows that ratio of NPL, BOPO, and NIM influenced the profitability partially. But simultaneously, ratio of CAR, NPL, BOPO, LDR, and NIM influenced to the profitability. Based the research result, it is obtained the conclusion that if NIM in interest income over productive asset has an improvement, then BOPO in the operational cost that spent by related bank will be more efficient. And if LDR in serving and distributing the fund for people can be fulfilled, then NPL in repreship can be controlled and will improve capital adequacy to the CAR, thus it can improve bank profitability. Based on this research, it can be suggested to Bank BUMN Persero that it expected to be able to keep bank stability in order to make bank intermediate function can be running well, thus profitability as orientation of bank established can be fulfilled as expected target.Keywords: ROA CAR (Capital Adquacy Ratio), NPL (Non Performing Loan), BOPO (Biaya Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional), LDR (Loan Deposito Ratio) and NIM (Net Interest Margin).

Abstract

Study abaout relocation has effect on all stakeholders (stakeholders), where the greatest feeling the effects of the relocation to the merchant. With the change to a market location Dinoyo Merjosari much effect on the economic performance of traders. This study aims to determine impact relocation of the market Dinoyo to Merjosari for behavior merchant expectly performance trade. The survey results revealed that the economic performance of traders indicated by five (5) indicators of operating hours, quality merchandise, merchandise quantity, position shanties, and the ease of reaching the location. From 5 indicators, there are only 4 indicators were changed due to market movement of the market Dinoyo Merjosari is operating hours, quantity, position place to sell in market and reaching the location. The amendment then became the main cause of deterioration due to the economic capacity of traders drive up the cost and decrease turnover.Keywords: Impact Movement Location, Merchant Behavior

Abstract

Financial literacy is one focus of attention of the government in Indonesia. It becomes important because due to a wide range of individuals faced with complex choices about financial services, such as the use of banking services, insurance, capital markets, and a wide range of investment products with the use of which in this case required knowledge, understanding so that they can use or choose the financial products and services. The results of this study found that the level of penetration of insurance ownership is still low. The research data was obtained from interviews and field studies with some insurance agents. From the data obtained by the average person who has studied middle-income, even though, in reality they do not necessarily want to buy products caused less understanding the financial product. This means that the level of financial literacy someone give a very high rule for having insurance.Keywords: Financial Literacy, Financial access, Insurance

Abstract

This study is used to determine the culinary business development strategy in Malang. This study uses descriptive qualitative method with a case study. Informants in this study come from the culinary business runners in the cluster, the Department of Tourism, and Department of Trade and Industry of Malang. Based on this study is found that in the culinary cluster in Jl. Pulosari and Jl. Abstract

This research aims to look at the influence of Land, Production, Food Security and Welfare against the Grain Prices Rice Farmers Rice in the Pasuruan. This research was conducted in the Kedemungan village Kejayan District of Pasuruan. This research was conducted by used Probability Sampling, determination of the respondents in a random way (Stratified Sampling). Then next analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the area of land, production, Resilience food and grain prices have a significant influence effect on the level of welfare of rice farmers (NTP) and showed a positive relationship.Keywords: The Value Rice Farmers Exchange Rate, Land, Production, Resilience Food, Grain Price.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the form of rice distribution channels, as well as knowing the price received by farmers from the price paid by consumers, and those who enjoy the largest margin in the rice distribution channel. In that condition, confirmed by the obtained policy for rice distribution arrangement that is fair marketing margin. This research was conducted in the area Singosari Malang. Watugede village chosen as a sample, because the village has a community food distribution agency which is a program of the government which became the central point of rice production. The approach is quantitative descriptive analysis. Determination of respondents using purposive sampling is to select a sample of farmers as much as 100 people. Selected farmers based on the consideration of his cultivated rice area and education (ability to provide the required information).  Keywords: rice, business administration, marketing distribution channels
