Abstract

Perdarahan setelah anak lahir melebihi 500 ml yang merupakan penyebab kematian maternal terbanyak. Diperkirakan ada 14 juta kasus perdarahan dalam kehamilan setiap tahunnya paling sedikit 128.000 wanita mengalami perdarahan sampai meninggal. Abstract

Background: The priority of Indonesian health development is aimed at effort of the mortality degradation to infants and infants less than five year. In 2008, the diarhea outbreak occured in 15 provinces in Indonesia to 8.443 infants with the mortality degree 209 infats or 2.48%, increased from the year of 2007. The persentage of diarhea outbreak to infants in public health centre working area Rambah is the higest in Rokan Hulu regency with 196 occurances.

Abstract

The Background of 20 million chidren under five in Indonesia, at the age 6 months to 5 years ole half of othem suffer from lack of Vitamin A. Indonesia is one country in Asia that the level of vitamin A complience with a relatively low. This problem can be caused by society low level of Knowledge and assitude to word the importance of vitamin A to children under five.

Abstract

Payudara (buah dada) merupakan alat reproduksi tambahan yang dapat memproduksi air susu. Pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) sangat penting dianjurkan pada masyarakat karena hampir 86% benjolan di payudara ditemukan oleh penderita sendiri. Di dunia tahun 2010 kanker payudara merupakan penyebab kematian tertinggi kedua, WHO memperkirakan setiap tahun jumlah kasus – kasus kanker didunia dominasinya Kanker Payudara (30%) dan Kanker Serviks (24%). Di RSUD Kabupaten Rokan Hulu tahun 2011 diperoleh bahwa kanker payudara berada diurutan pertama dari 5 penyakit terbesar pada wanita, yaitu : neoplasma ganas dan jinak payudara terdapat 55 kasus (87%), neoplasma ganas serviks terdapat 4 kasus (6,3%), neoplasma ganas dan jinak kulit terdapat 2 kasus (3,2%), dan neoplasma ganas ovarium terdapat 2 kasus (3,2%).

Abstract

The evidence suggests that menopausal age of women in various parts of the world is getting faster, from 51.3 years to 46.9 years. Age of menopause in Indonesia also decreased from 47 years to 45 years due to various factors. Objectives The study was conducted to determine the factors associated with menopause in four Elderly at Rambah Health Center Work Area, Rokan Hulu in 2012.

Abstract

Provision of tetanus toxoid immunization (TT) is granting immunity to tetanus penyaki to pregnant women and their fetuses. The process of entry into the bodys immunity covers had suffered from the disease, allowing the body to form immunity against the disease. Based Test Analysis report in Indonesia in 2005 - 2006 prepared by WHO in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, tetanus remains a major cause of mortality and maternal and neonatal morbidity. Deaths from tetanus in developing countries 135 times higher than in developed countries. Objective knowledge is knowing pregnant women about the benefits of immunization Tetanus Toxoid (TT) in the village of Middle Tambusai Tambusai Work Area Health Center
