Abstract

This research is performed in order to test the influence of the Operation Expenses to Operations Income (BOPO), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) toward Profitability of Commercial Banks in Indonesia Period 2012-2017.             The sample used is 7 Commercial Banks that entered into the list of Commercial Banks Business Activities 2012-2017. The independent variables in this research are BOPO, NPL, NIM, and LDR. While the dependent variable is Profitability which is represented by Return On Assets (ROA). The analysis model used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression, while the analysis technique in this research using F Statistic Test, t Statistic Test, and Determination Coefficient Test.             The results of this research show that BOPO and NIM have significant influence to Profitability, while NPL and LDR have not significant influence to Profitability. Based on result of regression analysis, it is obtained that Adjusted R2 is 0,906, meaning the contribution of independent variable in explaining the dependent variable is 90,6% and the rest that is 9,4% is influenced by other variable not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and measure the effect of Service Quality variables on Customer Loyalty at Bank Jateng Branch of Sampangan. The data in this research is obtained by filling the questionnaire to 100 customers of Bank Jateng Sampangan Branch Office. Sampling using purposive sampling method while data testing method is done by Test Validity, Test Reliability, Classic Assumption Test, t test, F test, and Coefficient of Determination. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS program version 24. The result of testing the hypothesis indicate that there are significant effects both simultally and partislly on service quality variable to customer loyalty at Bank Jateng Sampangan Branch Office and variable of Reliability is dominant variable that influence to customer loyalty at Bank Jateng Branch of Sampangan.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of macro economic conditions which including the exchange rate, BI rate and inflation of the composite stock price index. The study had used quantitative approach. Determination of the sample was based on time series data periode January 2014 – December 2017 by using saturation sampling method, which resulted 48 as number of samples. This study also had chosen multiple linier regression as attempts to analyze data. The simultaneous test (F test) resulted that the exchange rate, BI rate, and inflation had given significant effect on the stock price index. Meanwhile, the partial test (t test) had indicated that the exchange rate variable and BI rate significantly influenced the stock price index. In contrast, rate of inflation had not showed significant effect on the stock price index.

Abstract

This study aimed to knowing the effect of electronic banking transactions to fee based income PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk. The strategy that was used in this research was  associative strategy or relations effect. The method  was used in this research was ex post de facto. The subject in this research is PT. Bank CIMB  Niaga, Tbk from the merger company that is between Bank Niaga with the Lippo Bank until now. Sample that was used is the e-banking transactions and fee based  income of  PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk for 4 years (year 2014-2017).  The variable that was researched covered the free variable that is the e-banking transactions.  Whereas the variable was tied was fee based income.  This study was carried out by using the analysis technique of simple linear regression  and for the data processing used spss the version 16,0. Were based on results of the testing of the hypothesis α = 5%  df = n-k =2  was received t table is 4.302 and tcounted is 11,855 (t counted > t table) so the conclution H0 was refused and Ha  was accepted, that means there is positive and significant influence the e-banking transactions to fee based income PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk.

Abstract

The purpose of research is to analyze the service quality influence to the customer satisfaction of Simpedes savings product in Bank Rakyat Indonesia ltd Pattimura Branches Semarang. This research is quantitative causal applied research. The population in this research is Simpedes savings product in in Bank Rakyat Indonesia ltd Pattimura Branches Semarang as many as 100 customers. Data collection method used the purposive sampling. The data used in the research are primary and secondary data. The analytical model used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of research, service quality has significantly influence on the customer satisfaction. Emphaty has the greatest influence customer satisfaction with beta of 31,1 and the lowest influence customer satisfaction is reliability with beta of 11,8.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify how to increase customer satisfaction of Internet Banking Service Quality at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Banyumanik Semarang with five dimensions of service quality which were tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty.Data in this research were obtained from questionnaires which spread to 100 (one hundred) respondents. The data analysis methods are validity test, reliability test, satisfaction index analysis, and satisfaction gap test.The results from reliability and validity tests showed that items of service quality dimension such as tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy were valid and reliable. Based on the result of satisfaction index analysis, the weighting average score of Internet Banking quality service is 4,046. That score is between 3,43 – 4,23 which means satisfied. Based on the result of satisfaction gap test the increase of satisfaction established on the fifteen sub indicators show satisfaction, and three sub indicators show dissatisfaction, then it needs special attention and an improvement from PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Banyumanik Semarang for three sub-indicators are not satisfied.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of marketing mix variables consisting of product, price, promotion, place, people, processe, and physical evidence of BritAma saving decision making at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Branch of Puri Anjasmoro Semarang. This study uses primary data from the distribution of questionnaires and secondary data from book literature and research journals. The population of this research is all the savings customers of BritAma PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Branch of Puri Anjasmoro Semarng. Sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling and accidental sampling. Data analysis method in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Model. Besides, data quality test in this research is done by using validity test and reliability test, and classical assumption test in the form of normality test, heteroskedasticity test, and multicolonierity test. In this study used data analysis techniques in the form of F test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the analysis and discussion shows that the product, price, promotion, place, person, process, and physical evidence simultaneously significantly influence the decision of saving BritAma at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Branch of Puri Anjasmoro Semarang. While partially there are only four variables that have a significant effect on Britama saving decision making is the product, promotion, place, and process. For the other three variables are price, people, and physical evidence have no significant effect on the decision of saving BritAma at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Branch of Puri Anjasmoro Semarang.
