Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pemetaan posisi dan usaha pariwisata penciri pada kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali, mengetahui kabupaten/kota yang tergabung dalam satu kelompok, dan usaha pariwisata penciri pada masing-masing kelompok. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah persentase masing-masing usaha pariwisata pada tiap kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali.  Usaha pariwisata dalam penelitian ini adalah usaha pariwisata yang tertuang dalam Undang-undang RI  Nomor 10 tahun 2009 dan telah tercatat di seluruh kabupaten/kota meliputi: a) daya tarik wisata; b) kawasan pariwisata; c) jasa transportasi wisata; d) jasa perjalanan wisata; e) jasa makanan dan minuman; f) penyediaan akomodasi; g) penyelenggaraan pertemuan, perjalanan insentif, konferensi, dan pameran; h) jasa pramuwisata; dan l) wisata tirta. Analisis statistika yang diterapkan untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian adalah analisis biplot. Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Bali, menurut jenis-jenis usaha pariwisata  dapat dikelompokkan dalam 4 kelompok.  Tiga kelompok hanya memiliki satu anggota yaitu kelompok satu: Kota Denpasar, kelompok dua: Kabupaten Badung, dan kelompok tiga: Kabupaten Gianyar. Kabupaten-kabupaten lainnya yaitu Jembrana, Tabanan, Klungkung, Bangli, Buleleng, dan Karangasem bergabung dalam kelompok empat.  Usaha pariwisata yang menjadi karakteristik kota Denpasar adalah usaha jasa perjalanan wisata, jasa transportasi wisata, pramuwisata, MICE, dan wisata tirta.  Kabupaten Badung, kondisi usaha pariwisatanya yang paling mendekati kota Denpasar, dicirikan oleh usaha jasa makanan dan minuman, usaha akomodasi, dan kawasan pariwisata.  Kabupaten Gianyar,  posisinya paling dekat dari kelompok 4 (enam kabupaten lain di provinsi Bali) dicirikan oleh usaha daya tarik wisata.

Abstract

Nadir Compromise Programming (NCP) is one of method that can be used to solve multiobjective problem using certain parameter. One of the problem that can be solved by these method is to get the optimum value of stock portfolio. The purpose of this study was to determine on what value of parameter among six values of parameter, NCP models effective in determining the optimum value of the stock portfolio. The data used in this research was secondary data in the form of daily data from the price of 6 types of stocks from October 2013 to October 2015. In this study, the optimum value of the stock portfolio was calculated by the the NCP model at 6 parameter values, i.e. 1, 10, 100 , 1000, 10000, and 100000. As a result of this study showed that the NCP model effective in determining the optimum value of the stock portfolio on parameter 1.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to get an overview of the earthquakes in Sumatra. The method used is descriptive statistics and models Autoregressive Fractionally Integrated Moving Average (ARFIMA). The result from analysis data yielded a mathematical model to predict the amount of tectonic earthquakes that occur every month in Sumatra is ARFIMA (4,0.350,3) with a value of RMSE is 0,040??. While the best model for the average magnitude of the many tectonic earthquakes that occur every month in Sumatra is ARFIMA (1,0.310,3) with a value of RMSE is 0.013. Based on the model results obtained forecast frequency earthquake and the average magnitude for the three periods ahead, namely the first period 21 times with an average magnitude is 4,91 SR , the second period will occur 14 times with an average magnitude is 4.94 SR and the third period will occur 20 times with an average magnitude is 4,96 SR.

Abstract

Matematika merupakan salah satu bidang ilmu yang keberadaanya disusun dari suatu sistem yang penuh dengan perjanjian dan terbangun atas logika dari sekelompok unsur, relasi, dan operasi yang diramu secara aksiomatik serta kebenarannya harus terjamin. Dengan demikian maka pembuktian dalam matematika menjadi salah satu modal terpenting dalam pengembangan matematika. Beberapa orang menganggap pembuktian dalam matematika merupakan suatu keindahan tersendiri walaupun seringkali dalam merangkai fakta-fakta kebenaran melalui penalaran yang logis tidaklah mudah. Diperlukan banyak latihan dan pembelajaran untuk menguasai keterampilan ini. Berlatih memahami bukti adalah salah satu cara termudah dalam memulai memahami konsep matematika yang lebih abstrak.  Akan tetapi pada kenyataannya memahami bukti  yang sudah ada saja bukan merupakan hal yang mudah, apalagi jika diminta untuk membuktikan. Oleh karena itu dalam tulisan ini akan diulas salah satu alternatif penggunaan mind map dalam membantu memperkenalkan konsep terkait pembuktian dan membiasakan diri menggunakan metode-metode pembuktian yang sudah ada.

Abstract

Hierarchical data are data where objects are clustered in their groups and for each of groups the variable(s) are set at different levels. It is common to analyze hierarchical data without examining individual’s data membership which affects the accuracy of analysis’ results.  Multilevel regression analysis is a method that can be chosen to overcomes issues regarding hierarchical data. This essay is aimed to apply multilevel regression analysis to evaluate score of national examination data from elementary school students at District of South Kuta, Bali.  These data were structured so that students are position as first level and are nested within their classes as the second level.  Furthermore, each of classes is nested within its respective elementary school as third level data. The application of three-level regression for these data set showed student’s score for national final test was significantly affected by teacher educational level of respective class.

Abstract

Quality of learning mathematics is supported by the availability of qualified learning facilities for students, for example worksheet. This study aims to describe how to develop and produce student’s worksheet (LKS) of flat side space, based on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) which is valid and practical. This study is research and development which is held in SMP N 2 Pengasih, Yogyakarta using Thiagarajan development model. The result of study is obtained development process of LKS comprising defining phase, designing phase, developing phase that starts from expert validation, revision, readability test, product revision, field test, and ends with the disseminating phase. The result of expert validation shows that LKS is valid in very good category. LKS practically gets very good category from tehacher assessment. The result of students assessment shows that 43,75% students can use LKS in very good category and 56,25% students can use LKS in good category.
