Abstract

Civics lesson evaluation that should be an important part of the learning process. In the evaluation of learning for more convenience needed a pattern which is used to execute teachers. With proper evaluation it is expected that the objective of the learning process was also fulfilled. Related to the learning process moving class is one program that is expected as a solution easier than learning system implemented. Therefore, this study wanted to examine various patterns of evaluation carried out in the school SMAN 4 Banjarmasin, when the school used as a moving class learning system. The results of this study indicate that the pattern of evaluations carried out civics lesson is based on the first 3 stages is important that the evaluation plan consisting of: determining the timing of evaluations and deliver learning. Then determine the type of evaluation used, further evaluation is aligning with Competence Standard, Basic Competence, Indicators, and the last is to choose the evaluation instrument and grating Making Problem. The second stage is the implementation of learning evaluation consisting of: Observations, Data Collection and Reporting scoring. The third stage: Processing and Analysis about the evaluation results. Keywords: Evaluation Patterns, moving class.

Abstract

The background of this research is that low result study student because of students inclination not interest with Civics lesson moreover the last lesson because the students low interest with this lesson and students more interest with vocational in the school, very often some students doing activity self when the teacher explains the lesson, the concentration rupture, tired, browsing FB, wathing film, bored, moreover speak with another friends. Besides it, also some students go to school just to fulfill their obligations as students. Students be lazy for learn because they don’t realize the importance learning for supplies in the future. Interest and motivation to learn is so low it looks on during the learning process of students when the teacher explains the less appreciated, they tend to not pay attention. This makes the low activity of students in learning so that learning outcomes were low, and when the written exam answers that mimics many friends as well as opening a book.             This research aims to improve the learning activities undertaken by teachers using a type of cooperative learning type make a match. Increase student activity Civics students in learning the material in the Indonesian political system, and improving haisl students learn civics class XC MM SMK 1 Banjarmasin by using models of cooperative learning model make a match on the material in the Indonesian political system. This research was conducted in two cycles. Each procedure has a cycle of planning, execution, and observation, and reflection. Instrument used was a teacher and student observation sheet, as well as a written test.        The results research of learning with the use of cooperative learning model make a match on Civics subjects showed deficits improve learning activities and learning outcomes Civics are as follows: (1) the activity students increased from cycle 1 to cycle 2 is 80% to 95%, (2 ) the activity student increase from cycle 1 to cycle 2 is equal to 77% to 90%, (3) result mastery learning students increase from cycle 1 with a percentage of 73% to 86%.Keywords: Activity Teacher, activities students, learning outcomes Civics, Cooperative Learning types make a match

Abstract

Pedagogical competence is a competence a teacher has in managing students’ learning process. Besides, pedagogical competence is also indicated in giving help, guiding, and leading the students. A good pedagogical competence will result in students’ good learning achievement. Furthermore, this research aims to find out how strong the correlation between the students’ perception about pedagogical competence of civic education teachers and the students’ learning achievement. Additionally, it aims to find out the significant correlation between the students’ perception about pedagogical competence of civic education teachers and the students’ learning achievement at the tenth-grade students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Banjarmasin.      This research used quantitative approach with the sampling technique using table of Krejcie and Morgan. The sample was obtained randomly by lottery. In collecting the data, techniques used were observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. The research findings were analyzed by using descriptive analysis and testing of Product Moment correlation.  The result of this research shows that there is significant correlation between pedagogical competence of teachers and the students’ learning achievement. It is seen from the testing result of Product Moment correlation as much as 0,596, which was adjusted to table of r value interpretation. Thus, 0,596 value was categorized into coefficient interval between 0,40 to 0,599. This interval is interpreted as medium category.  Based on the result of this research, it is suggested that the school should increase the teachers’ pedagogical competence and it needs cooperation between the school and the government in order to select teachers whose high quality, are able to educate, teach, guide, lead, train, assess and evaluate the students. Therefore, this effort can increase the education quality in Indonesia.  Keywords: pedagogical competence, students’ learning achievement

Abstract

This study examines the Protection of Womens Rights Workers in Oil Palm Plantation PT. CPKA Jorong District Tanah Laut regency. Protection of women workers who examined include Company policy PT. CPKA Jorong District Tanah Laut regency to protection of health and safety (K3) protection of women workers and women workers wages.The research method selected is a qualitative method of data capture techniques through observation, interview and documentation. Sources of data drawn from interviews with informants and appropriate documentation of research objects and analyzed by data reduction, data display and conclusion. Tested the validity of data obtained by the extension of the observations, increasing persistence, triangulation and member checks conducted.The results showed that the protection of health and safety protection of women workers in the company PT.CPKA not be implemented to the fullest. Wage system given PT.CPKA company is referring to the plantation Sectoral Minimum Wage (UMS-P). Given the amount of wages PT. CPKA is above of the Minimum Wage (UMR).Based on the results of this study suggested that women workers should have the education, insight, and knowledge is quite extensive, particularly on the provisions of the laws that protect their rights as women workers and the company should provide facilities for the employment protection workers especially women workers and the company is expected to be even more effective in the dissemination of regulations that protect the rights of women workers.Keywords: Protection, Rights, Women Workers

Abstract

Masyarakat Indonesia mempunyai karakteristik yang berbeda dengan negara lainnya. Karakteristik tersebut diantaranya adalah: (1) Pluralistik/keberagaman, (2) sikap saling pengertian antara sesama anggota masyarakat, (3) toleransi yang tinggi dan (4) memiliki sanksi moral. Karakteristik-karakteristik tersebut diharapkan senantiasa mewarnai kehidupan masyarakat madani model Indonesia nantinya. Keberadaan masyarakat Indonesia dapat dicermati melalui perjalanan bangsa Indonesia. dunia pendidikan sebagai bagian dari pendidikan umat manusia haruslah senantiasa berpartisipasi untuk membangun terwujudnya masyarakat madani.

Abstract

Chage of status will berimplementasi on social and economic aspects that will economic aspects that will lead to the development of the village to a prosperous society and a prosperous.The administration of local government activities must always continue to rise as well as in rural districts Masintan so fa districtTabalong consequences for eligibility status in the village changes into village this study aims to determine the infrastructure and governance, economic potential held in impra aspect and superstructure village, social and cultural conditions, an increase in the volume of services in rural Masintan.The research method used was a qualitative research method. Data collection was done by using observation, interview and documentation. Analysis of the results of the research is the analysis of the data reducatoin step, the presentation of the data and drawing conclisions.The results of this study indicate that the infrastructure in the village of unmet Masintan both in terms of roads, bridges The potential economic views of the infrastructure has not qualified, because its people economically most prominently the agriculture, community nearly 85% of farmers, the rice farmers socio-cultural. Nearly fulfilled and volume of services also met. Based on the results of this study, it can be suggested to improve the facilities andInfrastructures are in desq Masintan. In order to meet it should be in coordination RT, RW, Community leaders in promoting a change in the village into the village and these proposals be implemented either at the district or county level.Keywords: socio-cultural changes in the economic infrastructure and the volume of services

Abstract

Democratization character was developed with a new paradigm about involvement of students in the learning process, that is not only active in the learning process, but they are also given the opportunity to determine the learning activities they will do, together with their teachers who have all the forms of a positive relation between the perception of the character with learning results of students. Character education priorities embedded in school of MAN 2 Kandangan reflected in the learning process applied by civics teacher who strongly supports the establishment of a democracy character. The purpose or this reseacrh are : (1) to describe character of student in democracy in MAN 2 Kandangan; (2) to know civics learning results in MAN 2 Kandangan; and (3) to know relation between democracy character and civics learning results in MAN 2 Kandangan.Research method using quantitative descriptive approach with colleration method. The research population wa all students of the class. Population in this research were students of class X and XI of MAN 2 Kandangan which amounts to 372 are 181 smples. Collection data using questionnaires. Data analysis with colleration using Pearson Product Moment formula with SPSS version 16.The results of this research show that: (1) democracy character of the civics in school of MAN 2 Kandangan quite well, and high, where students uphold democracy character well in envirinment of school and society; (2) civics  learning result in MAN 2 Kandangan quite well with the average 75,98; and (3) Be found a relation between democracy character and civics learning results in MAN 2 Kandangan where based on test resultsr calculated (0,396) > r table (0,148). So, it can be concluded that colleration coefficient for 0,396 is significant, which means that be found a relation between the variable X (democracy character) and the variable Y (civics learning results).Keywords: Relation, Demokracy Character, Civics, Learning Results

Abstract

The government of Republic of Indonesia undertake pemajuan, penghormatan, protection, fulfillment, and enforcement effort of human rights to convicts who are in penitentiaries and correctional facilities through Correctional System as has been established in Law Number 12 Year 1995 on Correctional Institution. Based on this act, various regulation of execution related to Correctional process issued by the government as the form of correctional system operatinalization which is considered as effective implementation  and as realization of the government’ responsibility in respecting, protecting, enforcing and promoting human rights as stated in article 71-72 Law Number 39 Year 1999 on Human Rights. Besides the law, correctional institution becomes indicator of protection and fulfillment of human rights.  This method used in this research is qualitative method in which it is expected to result in deep analysis about utterance, writing and behaviours which can be observed from an individual, group, society and particular organization in particular context, which is analyzed from the whole, comprehensive, and holistic point of view. (Hadjr, 1996 in Basrowi and Sudikin, 2002:2)The findings of this research are the followings: (1) Right protection in performing the religion, namely the existence of mosque and church provided by the penitentiary supports the religious activity in Class IIB of Kuala Kapuas penitentiary, Central Kalimantan, (2) Legal protection on the right of getting health service, namely by the supervision or the convicts’ clothes maintenance done by penitentiary officers, and the health checking for the convicts in Class IIB of Kuala Kapuas Penitentiary is done by having cooperation with doctors and health centres, (3) Legal protection on the visit of convicts’ families, namely the visit is done in six days, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, from 08.00 to 13.00 WIB in visit lounge and the visit is limited for fifteen minutes (4) Factors which encourage and detain the law on the convicts’ rights should be revamped. In fact, the penitentiary officers has done maximum effort to give service in Class IIB of Kuala Kapuas Penitentiary Central Kalimantan.    Keywords: right, protection, convict

Abstract

Kolam Kanan Village is a village where people have three different religions. Religions that exist in the village namely Hindu, Muslim and Christian. Although they live in an environment with different beliefs, but the implementation of related public high tolerance of theists. Through some manner by the community it will be able to create inter-religious tolerance environment sector in the community.This study aims to determine how the community receives the difference between religious communities, the community recognizes how inter-religious rights and to know how the people appreciate the existence of inter-religious.The study was designed and conducted using qualitative research methods. Data was collected through observation, interview. Analysis of the results of the research is the analysis of the data reduction step, the presentation of the data and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the way society and accept differences among religious communities in the village of Kolam Kanan is to be consulted in case of disagreement, deepen and carry theology respectively. Then how society recognizes the right of inter-religious is to recognize the right of others to embrace the religion according to their respective beliefs and religions recognize the right to carry out worship in accordance with his beliefs, and recognize the right of participation in the culture of the people in the Kolam Kanan village. Next is how the public in appreciating the existence of the relationship between religious communities and interact in several areas such as economic and social life.Based on these results, it may be advisable to retain attitudes that are able to create tolerance and improve existing intolerance that still exists in some small communities in Kolam Kanan village.Keywords: tolerance, religious

Abstract

Art Hadrah just listen only and is not applied to them as a message song lyric that contain religious values into everyday life. Neither is the case today in society Pelambuan, as a good religious people of course, we need to understand the application of religious values through art Hadrah, so the application of religious values can be a reference for behavior and community group members hadrah in everyday life. Aims to determine the form of the implementation of arts activities in the community pelambuan hadrah, knowing public participation in the arts hadrah in a song lyric messages, hadrah art knows only as entertainment or as a tradition and know the direct impact that can be felt by people around the hadrah art activities.The method used was a qualitative method. The data source selected by purposive sampling. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the results of the research is the analysis of the data reduction steps, the data display and verification.The results of the study in the village Pelambuan Western District of Banjarmasin show that (1) the background belakangin founded this group in place so they had nothing with them to form their own initiative and the others follow in their footsteps, a tool used to fly set apart, the number of personnel 12 people, their financial systems by way of savings, well-structured organizational systems, organizational mechanisms from home to home exercise and there is a religious event, da average of these group activities that practice 1 time a week, while for the show to 3 times a week depending on the call. (2) the public participation activities hadrah art goes well enough and every territories also have their peculiarities hadrah grouped respectively. (3) hadrah art not only as a mere entertainment for the community but also as a tradition to release the vows. (4) One of the positive impact will be felt reminded of His greatness and His love to God and His Prophet and its negative impact a lack of public awareness of arts activities hadrah that exist around their territoryBased on these results, the participation of governments, communities and groups can apply the message of the poem t hadrah art into everyday life. Keyword: Religious values, hadrah group, community.
