Abstract

Korupsi di Indonesia sudah tergolong ke dalam extra ordinary crime karena telah merusak, tidak saja keuangan negara dan potensi ekonomi negara, tetapi juga telah meluluhlantakan pilar-pilar sosio budaya, moral, politik, dan tatanan hukum serta keamanan nasional. PKn sebagai sebuah disiplin ilmu harus mampu menjembatani dan memberikan sebuah solusi dalam rangka meminimalisir persoalan korupsi di Indonesia. Solusi yang diberikan sebenarnya tidak hanya dan dapat dilakukan melalui lembaga pendidikan atau akademik saja, melainkan melainkan juga melalui wadah resmi yang berupa organisasi resmi jelmaan PKn itu sendiri.

Abstract

Dalam perspektif PKn, pembelajaran yang memberikan kasus “dilema moral” akan menjadi wahana pendidikan yang memfasilitasi peserta diri untuk memberikan argumen moral sekaligus menunjukkan posisi perkembangan moralnya terhadap kasus “dilema moral” yang diajukan kepadanya, sehingga lambat laun mengembangkan dirinya menjadi warga negara yang cerdas, bertanggungjawab dan berkeadaban. Peserta didik kelas XII SMA Korpri Banjarmasin, secara keseluruhan berdasarkan rerata ‘judgment score” sebesar 14,7, maka tingkat perkembangan moral kognitif peserta didik kelas berada pada tahapan II (konvensional), yang berorientasi pada hukum dan ketertiban, yakni 70% peserta didik lelaki dengan rata-rata “judgment score” sebesar 13,6, dan 100% peserta didik perempuan dengan “judgment score” sebesar 15,8. Perbedaan gender pada pengukuran Kohlberg menampakkan hasil-hasil bermakna ganda, memperlihatkan pola-pola yang amat berbeda dari jenis kelamin, tetapi juga kontoversial, namun ditegaskan bahwa perempuan memang berkembang secara berbeda dari laki-laki, juga dalam hal berpikir moral.  Kata-kata kunci: pertimbangan moral, gender, peserta didik, PKn

Abstract

Consumer Dispute Settlement Board is a Board / Independent Institute, a public body which has the role, duties and responsibilities include implementing and penyelesaianan handling consumer disputes Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration, provide consumer protection consultation, to supervise the inclusion of standard clauses, reported to general investigators, receive complaints both written and unwritten, calling businesses are alleged to have committed a violation, call and produce witnesses and administrativ sanctions against businesses that violate. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach, to determine the source of the data used purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and dokomentasi. Data analysis was done by reducing the data, presentation of data, and draw conclusions.The results showed (1) the role of BPSK in resolving consumer disputes out of Court by using the method of settlement in mediation, conciliation and arbitration. Disputes that go on in 2012/2014 to BPSK Banjarmasin as many as 31 cases, mediation settlement form more among others, namely 11 cases. (2) Law BPSK decision against the perpetrators to the dispute in accordance with the result of collective deliberation or decision of the panel BPSK binding and ends, and can’t be contested or appealed.Based on these results, it can be suggested that the presence of BPSK terkaitt for this community Banjarmasin not too familiar with BPSK. BPSK should socialize more about where BPSK in Banjarmasin. Every community and consumers as connoisseurs, user and / users of goods and / services can complain and disappointment to the goods / services to BPSK, before the State to court.Keywords: role, consumer dispute resolution

Abstract

The learning process VIIIC Civics in the Junior High School 31 Banjarmasin tend not achieve the expected results . Poor condition courage students to express opinions affects the quality of learning in the classroom . Learning that takes place in a class of students who are good looks alone were active when expressed opinion, this situation results in students who are still not familiar with the material described teachers feel embarrassed to ask and express their opinions because they feel unappreciated . Lack of courage students to express opinions can be seen from the low courage students to express opinions in the group discussions . Students pay less attention to the teacher explaining and self-absorbed , only a few students were able to catch the teacher explained the material. This resulted in poor learning outcomes. The purpose of the study was : (1) To determine the activity of teachers in applying the cognitive model of moral learning in the classroom VIIIC SMP 31 Banjarmasin (2) To improve siswaq courage to express opinions on civics lesson in the application of moral cognitive model of learning in the classroom VIIIC SMP 31 Banjarmasin (3) to improve student learning outcomes in applying the model of learning in the classroom CognitiveMoral VIIIC SMP 31 Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques used in action research (PTK) is the observation , documentation and test results of study conducted through several cycles , the first cycle and second cycle. The results of this study indicate (1) Teaching teachers to implement cognitive learning model of moral place smoothly . In the first cycle of learning in teacher qualifications good enough and the second cycle has increased very well with good qualifications . (2) Courage students increased expression very well with good qualifications . (3) applying the learning process can improve the cognitive model of moral courage to express opinions .

Abstract

Civics lesson evaluation that should be an important part of the learning process. In the evaluation of learning for more convenience needed a pattern which is used to execute teachers. With proper evaluation it is expected that the objective of the learning process was also fulfilled. Related to the learning process moving class is one program that is expected as a solution easier than learning system implemented. Therefore, this study wanted to examine various patterns of evaluation carried out in the school SMAN 4 Banjarmasin, when the school used as a moving class learning system. The results of this study indicate that the pattern of evaluations carried out civics lesson is based on the first 3 stages is important that the evaluation plan consisting of: determining the timing of evaluations and deliver learning. Then determine the type of evaluation used, further evaluation is aligning with Competence Standard, Basic Competence, Indicators, and the last is to choose the evaluation instrument and grating Making Problem. The second stage is the implementation of learning evaluation consisting of: Observations, Data Collection and Reporting scoring. The third stage: Processing and Analysis about the evaluation results. Keywords: Evaluation Patterns, moving class.

This resulted in poor learning outcomes .The purpose of the study was : (1) To determine the activity of teachers in applying the Jigsaw learning model class X4 human rights materials SMAN 10 Banjarmasin (2) To raise the students in learning activities through the application of human rights materials Civics learning model SMAN 10 Jigsaw X4 class Banjarmasin (3) To improve learning outcomes of students in the subject matter of human rights in Civics class X4 SMAN 10 Banjarmasin .Data collection techniques used in action research (PTK) is the observation , documentation and test results of study conducted through several cycles , the first cycle and second cycle .The results of this study indicate (1) Teaching teachers to implement learning models Jigsaw takes place smoothly. In the first cycle of learning in teacher qualifications good enough and the second cycle has increased very well with good qualifications.(2) Activities of students has increased very well with good qualifications.(3) The learning process is applying the Jigsaw model can increase the activity of students and student learning outcomes .Based on these results, it is suggested that the school can determine langah and school policies towards better learning improvement. Abstract

Extracurricular activities are educational activities outside of school hours devoted to helping the development of learners, according to the needs, potential, talents, and interests through activities that are specifically organized by learners and educators capable and berkewenangan in SMA KORPRI Banjarmasin. This activity is conducted to develop character values KORPRI high school students in Banjarmasin. This study aims to investigate the implementation of extracurricular activities in high school KORPRI Banjarmasin, motivation of students in extracurricular activities in high school KORPRI Banjarmasin, as well as the character values that develop students in extracurricular activities in high school KORPRI Banjarmasin.The method used in this study is qualitative data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was done by summarizing, presenting the data and draw conclusions.The results of this study indicate that: (1) the extracurricular activities were carried out in high school KORPRI Banjarmasin namely futsal, basketball, dance, dance, scouts, paskibra, martial arts, japan club, PMR (youth red cross), Habsy and volleyball (2) motivation of students in the implementation of extracurricular activities in high school KORPRI Banjarmasin still lacking, it is evident from the number of students who take the extracurricular activities are few and (3) Values of characters developed in extracurricular activities in high school KORPRI Banjarmasin is hard work, discipline, responsibility, relegius, democratic, curiosity, friends / communicative, patriotism, honesty, tolerance, the spirit of nationalism, peace-loving, creative, environmental care, social care, appreciate the achievements, like reading and independent.Based on these results, it is suggested that more teachers to motivate students to participate in extracurricular activities so that the development of character values can be more effective Keywords: Extracurricular Activities, Values Character.

Abstract

Causes of low participation and learning outcomes of students in grade 4 RPL 2 SMKN Banjarmasin is due to the use of teaching methods that have not been optimized in the implementation of learning, mostly mitode lecture and question and answer are often used in the implementation of learning. The purpose of this research is: (1) Want to know the model Snowball rowing on track with the learning material cases of human rights violations in order to protect, promote and fulfill human rights in class XI RPL 2 SMKN 4 Banjarmasin. (2) Want to know students participation in the learning track with cases of human rights violations in the context of the protection, promotion and fulfillment of human rights through the learning model Snowball rowing in class XI RPL 2 SMKN 4 Banjarmasin. (3) Want to know the results of students in the learning track with material cases of human rights violations in the context of the protection, promotion and fulfillment of human rights through the learning model Snowball rowing in class XI RPL 2 SMKN 4 Banjarmasin. To achieve these objectives, action research conducted in two cycles, and each cycle consisting of three meetings. Data collection was performed using the test and non-test. Tests conducted with a series of questionnaires to students and non tests done through observation, interviews, documentation and library.These results demonstrate the applicability of the model of rowing Snowball was in accordance with the planned management and learning is done by teachers, including the qualifications either. Participation of students and teachers in the learning civics model of learning rowing Snowball was in accordance with aspects of the cooperative and is included in both the qualification. Civics student learning outcomes after using the classical model of learning and increased Snowball rowing is good in qualifying.Teachers are expected to be able to make a model of Snowball rowing as an alternative in efforts to increase the participation and student learning outcomes, due to the implementation of the model Snowball Rowing good then learning will be more effective and efficient.Keywords : Participation, learning outcomes and learning Snowball rowing

Abstract

Strategi Guru PKn Menanamkan Karakter Sopan Santu dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) di SMP Negeri 3 Banjarmasin. Skripsi Program Studi Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, jurusan Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial FKIP Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Pembimbing (I) H. Sarbaini (II) Hj. Rabiatul Adawiyah.Kata Kunci: Strategi guru, PKn, menanamkan, sopan santun, pembelajaran,Kesadaran diri siswa terhadap sopan santun di SMPN 3 Banjarmasin cukup baik tetapi masih kurang, karena masih terjadi pelanggaran-pelanggaran yang dilakukan siswa terhadap tata kesopanan yang telah ditetapkan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran sopan santun siswa. Di samping itu, juga untuk mengetahui strategi guru PKn menanamkan karakter sopan santun dalam pembelajaran Pkn di SMP Negeri 3 Banjarmasin.Metode penelitian yang dipilih adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dimulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data dapat diuji keabsahannya dengan cara perpanjangan pengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan, triangulasi dan menggunakan bahan referensi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sikap kesopanan siswa sudah baik dilihat dari cara mereka menghormati guru saat berpapasan dengan guru, mengucapkan salam dan mencium tangan guru meskipun masih terjadi pelanggaran-pelanggaran terhadap tata kesopanan yang berlaku di sekolah dan masih ada siswa yang mengolok-olok. Strategi guru PKn menanamkan karakter sopan santun dalam pembelajaran PKn di SMP Negeri 3 Banjarmasin dengan cara memberlakukan system point, memberikan himbauan, memberikan contoh yang baik melalui pembiasaan saat berada disekolah, seperti mengucapkan salam ketika memasuki kelas, bersalaman sebelum memasuki sekolah dan sebagainya, menegur siswa dengan tegas, sedangkan dalam pembelajaran Pkn guru menggunakan strategi dengan menggunakan metode diskusi, skala sikap, serta apersepsi, hal ini mendapat respon positif dari siswa namun mereka lebih menyukai guru yang benar-benar mencontohkan dan akrab dengan siswa agar terjalin kedekatan serta keharmonisan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa menyukai strategi yang digunakan oleh pihak sekolah tetapi mereka lebih menyukai strategi yang lebih akrab dengan siswa dan bisa bersosialisasi dengan ramah kepada siswa. Dapat disarankan untuk menentukan kebijakan mendengar respon dari beberapa siswa sehingga baru diputuskan bagaimana strategi yang baik untuk menanamkan karakter sopan santun siswa, selain itu semua pihak guru harus mencontohkan kesopanan terhadap siswa-siswi, dan saat menegur pelanggaran dengan lemah lembut namun tetap berwibawa.

Abstract

The background of this research is that low result study student because of students inclination not interest with Civics lesson moreover the last lesson because the students low interest with this lesson and students more interest with vocational in the school, very often some students doing activity self when the teacher explains the lesson, the concentration rupture, tired, browsing FB, wathing film, bored, moreover speak with another friends. Besides it, also some students go to school just to fulfill their obligations as students. Students be lazy for learn because they don’t realize the importance learning for supplies in the future. Interest and motivation to learn is so low it looks on during the learning process of students when the teacher explains the less appreciated, they tend to not pay attention. This makes the low activity of students in learning so that learning outcomes were low, and when the written exam answers that mimics many friends as well as opening a book.             This research aims to improve the learning activities undertaken by teachers using a type of cooperative learning type make a match. Increase student activity Civics students in learning the material in the Indonesian political system, and improving haisl students learn civics class XC MM SMK 1 Banjarmasin by using models of cooperative learning model make a match on the material in the Indonesian political system. This research was conducted in two cycles. Each procedure has a cycle of planning, execution, and observation, and reflection. Instrument used was a teacher and student observation sheet, as well as a written test.        The results research of learning with the use of cooperative learning model make a match on Civics subjects showed deficits improve learning activities and learning outcomes Civics are as follows: (1) the activity students increased from cycle 1 to cycle 2 is 80% to 95%, (2 ) the activity student increase from cycle 1 to cycle 2 is equal to 77% to 90%, (3) result mastery learning students increase from cycle 1 with a percentage of 73% to 86%.Keywords: Activity Teacher, activities students, learning outcomes Civics, Cooperative Learning types make a match
