Abstract

Background: Spondyloarthtrosis lumbal is a kind of low back pain which caused by degeneration of discus, facet joint on lumbal. This degeneration causes a pressure on foramen invertebralis that causes tissue inflammation or it also caused because the spasm muscle that will causes ischemic, and at last ischemic causes pain. To decrease pain in spondyloarthrosis lumbal patient, we can use Stabilization Exercise and william flexion exercise at basic therapy. Objective: The purpose of this research is to declare that giving the stabilization exercise on micro wave diathermy basic therapy more effective in decreasing pain than William flexion exercise on micro wave diathermy basic therapy in spondyloarhtrosis lumbal patient. Method: This research was a true experimental, randomized pre and post test two group design in March to April 2016. From 24 samples of 40-60 years old spondyloarthtrosis lumbal patient in RSUD Dr.H..Kumpulan Pane Tebing Tinggi based in the inclusion criteria, were divided to two groups and get randomly treatment. Group I with stabilization exercise after micro wave diathermy basic therapy and group II with William Flexion Exercise after micro wave diathermy basic therapy. Training conducted over six weeks, 3 times per week and 3 times repetition on each training section. Before and after 6 weeks training, all of the sample measured the pain score using Visual Analog scale. Result: The analysis result show that the decreasing pain score that happened on group I, the initial value 52,50 and final value 20,83 with difference value 31,67 and significantly difference (p <0,05) and decreasing pain score value on group II, the initial value 52,50 and the final value 29,17 with difference value 23,33 in significantly (p <0,05). It means on group I and group II got a significantly decreased of pain. Based on Mann Whitney Test, the average comparison of the decreasing pain after the treatment on both group significantly difference (p <0,05). Conclusion: The conclusion from this research is that stabilization on basic therapy micro wave diathermy is more effective to decrease pain than william flexion exercise on basic micro wave diathermy on spondyloarthrosis lumbal patient.

Abstract

Background: Football is part of the game that aims to put the ball into the opponent's goal. Reality on the ground observed during this time that many players do not have a good ability to do the shooting to the goal, so it needs to be a training program that aims to improve the accuracy of shooting at goal. Model training provided that training remains the target shooting and target shooting training changed. Objective: The purpose of this research, is to determine the shooting training with fixed targets and training target shooting with a change to the accuracy of shooting at goal. Method: The research is experimental with pre-test and post-test group design in Students of PJKR in PGRI University-Kupang, with a sample of 28 students, divided into two and each group is divided into 14 subjects. Group 1 was given training shooting targets fixed and group 2 was given training shooting target changes that conducted for 8 weeks with with frequency of three times in a week. Results of the research were analyzed using normality test with the Shapiro-Wilk Test and Test of Homogeneity with Leven's Test. Result: Paired t-test to determine the accuracy of shooting in mean difference in group 1 that using fixed target shooting with a mean pre-training =3.5±0.7 and the mean after training =6.7±1.0 with difference =3.2, and the percentage increase =91.42% (p<0.05). While in group 2 that using training target shooting with a mean change before training =3.3± 0.6 and the mean after training =4.6±0.6 to 1.3 and the percentage difference =39.39% increase (p<0.05). The results of the different effects goal shooting accuracy changes were tested by t-independent inter-group before and after training at the limit of significance ?=0.05. The mean change in the accuracy of shooting before training with a value of p>0.05, which means that the initial conditions are the same and after the training has a value of p<0.05. Conclusion: It can be concluded that, fixed target shooting and changed target shooting remain unchanged equally gives the effect of increased shooting accuracy (p<0.05). But the increase in group 1 that using fixed target shooting training is still better than in group 2 that using changed target shooting. Suggestion: It is advisable to use a fixed target shooting training in the process of training, the recruitment of players or athletes, because the effect is more effective.

Abstract

Long jump ability is part of athletic event, which was based on power ability. Meanwhile power was influenced by the type of training. Among some training types there are plyometric broad jump training and plyometric box jump training. The purpose of this research is to find out which one is more effective to increase the long jump ability between plyometric broad jump training and plyometric box jump training. Pretest – Posttest two group designs was used in this study. Samples of the study were taken from male students of Primary Secondary School or Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) PGRI 2 Denpasar. Students were randomly divided into two groups (group 1 and group 2) each consist of 12 subjects proportionally. Group 1 was trained plyometric box jump and group 2 was trained plyometric broad jump respectively. The durationof training was 6 weeks and the frequency was three time a week. The test of long jump was carried out before and after 6 weeks training. These pre and post result of distance of long jump were compared each other. The result and statistical t-test analysis are as follows. Mean distance of long jump before training of group 1(344.25 cm) and group 2 (355.75 cm) was not significantly difference (p > 0.05). Meanwhile result after training of group 1 (mean 374.75 cm, increasing jump 30.50 cm) and group 2 (mean 397.33 cm, increasing jump 41.58 cm), were also significantly difference (p < 0.05). This study conclude that plyometric broad jump training more increasing the ability to long jump than plyometric box jump training among male students SMP PGRI 2 Denpasar. The value of mean difference was 11.08 cm. It is recommended to coaches and sport teachers can choose this broad jump training method to increase the ability of long jump of primary high school students.

Abstract

Background: One of the things that greatly affect the capability and performance of lower trunk and lower extremity is core stability. Core stability is the ability to control the position and movement of the trunk to pelvic used to produce, transfer and control the power and motion to with the final segment of the integrated activities. Method: The study was a randomized experimental design with pre- and post-test control group design. 34 students from SMU Olahraga Ragunan Jakarta students between 16-19 years old which is participating as sample on 6 weeks research on Mei-June 2016. The group was divided into two groups-first group doing tube resistance exercise and second group doing combination of tube resistance exercise and neurac training. Measurement instruments used were kicking the ball into the goal using the method of measurement by Finnoff. Measurements were taken before treatment and after treatment. Result: The mean accuracy of the first group before treatment 9.882 ± 2.11, after treatment 11.058 ± 1:51 after tested with paired samples t-test has increased significantly (p = 0.03). The mean accuracy kick second group before treatment 10,588±3,624, after treatment 12,470±3,184, after being tested with paired samples t-test experienced a significant improvement (p = 0.002). The mean difference in accuracy kick of first group (9.882 ± 2.11) compared with second group (11.058 ± 1:51) tested by Mann Whitney U test has no significant difference p = 0.495 (p?0.05). Conclusion: The conclusions of this research is Replenishment of Neurac Exercise to Resistance Tube Exercise Not Increasing Kicking Accuration on Soccer Player of SMUN Olahraga Ragunan Jakarta Student
