Abstract

This research was carried out on House of Service Placement Protection for Indonesian Manpower (Balai Pelayanan Penempatan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia - BP3TKI) in Achmad Yani Airport, Semarang.  The aim of the study are:  (1) To know the influence of the dimensions of service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty) toward satisfaction of Indonesian Manpower.  (2) To know the dominant factor among the dimensions of service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty) that influence toward satisfaction of Indonesian Manpower. The hypothesis drawn are: (1) Presummed that there are influence of the dimensions of service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty) toward satisfaction of Indonesian Manpower. (2) Presummed that reliability has dominant influence toward satisfaction of  Indonesian Manpower. The population of this research is 100 TKI that received service from BP3TKI in Achmad Yani Airport, Smarang with  primary data. Technique of Analysis applied are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, t-test , F- test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study are:  (1) There are simultaneous and significant influence of the dimensions of service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty) toward satisfaction of Indonesian Manpower.  (2) Reliability has dominant influence toward satisfaction of Indonesian Manpower that received service from BP3TKI in Achmad Yani Airport, Semarang.

Abstract

Organizations that make the job seeker interested will bring a positive impact to the organization. Organizations will have the opportunity to get talented employees and have compatibility with the organization. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and organizational reputation are several factors that can affect the organizational attractiveness.This study was conducted on 80 students of final semester at some private universities in the city of Semarang to test the perception of CSR and organization reputation of the organizational attractiveness. The tests performed with linear regression analysis with SPSS 17. However, to test the organizational reputation as a mediating variable between CSR and organizational attractiveness, path analysis was used.The results showed that a significant positive effect of CSR on organizational reputation and organizational attractiveness. Besides that, organizational reputation also showed a positive significant effect on organizational attractiveness. At the end of the analysis showed that organizational reputation turns out to mediate the relationship between CSR and organizational attractiveness

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh Kualitas layanan, Fasilitas wisata, Promosi terhadap  Niat berperilaku  yang dimediasi variabel Citra Destinasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan  menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Taman Nasional Karimunjawa Kabupaten Jepara sampel yang diambil  sebanyak  100 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan purposif sampling. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan  bahwa  Kualitas layanan, fasilitas wisata dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap Citra Destinasi dan Citra destinasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Niat berperilaku.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence whether corporate social responsibility has influence on the profitability of the company by ROA and ROE , and it influence on the value of the company reflected by market value and is measured by TobinsQ.The population of this study is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2008-2010. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling and obtained 108 company for three years (36x3) that match the criteria. Because the data is not normal at the beginning of the testing performed data reduction for data containing outliers (extreme data), so that samples can be processed into 71. Technique analysis using classical assumption test and linear regression analysis. To help analyze the data, the authors using SPSS 17 for windows.The results showed that social responsibility reveal any significant effect on profitability by ROA and ROE and influence also the value of the company is reflected in this study by TobinsQ.
