Abstract

This paper aims to study how the leadership of an organization manages the process of change in its environment. The challenges faced are various changes both from within and outside the organization in a very fast, chaotic and turbulent, which has become the 'new' normal. The method of writing this paper is done through a study of various literatures. The COVID19 pandemic has various impacts on people's lives, especially business organizations or companies, which has caused many changes in the world of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity). Every organization must be able to identify it because every problem requires a fast and precise response. Abstract

This Research aims to find out and analyze SWOT strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats as CV Navale Mitratama’s marketing strategy using SWOT methods to improve competitiveness. The study is done in may 2020 at CV Navale Mitratama. The hypothesis presented was an analysis of CV Navale Mitratama’s marketing strategy using SWOT methods to improve competitiveness. This research uses a qualitative type of descriptive research. This data is collected through the primary data, and it is analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods of anaanalyzing by using the internal and external swot matrix. The result of swot analysis research have subsequently been a basic refrence to CV Navale Mitratama’s marketing strategies . Keywords: swot analysis, marketing strategies and competitiveness.

Abstract

For this reason, thenresearch’sngoals werentonexaminentheneffectnofnauditnopinionnreceivednin debt default, previous year's audit opinion, liquidity and solvability of angoingnconcernsaudit opinions, ThezsampleszofzthiszresearchzwerezthezcompanyzthatzsufferedWlosses two years in a row and listedzin Indonesia StockzExchange in 2014 - 2018. Then the sampling was done by using a purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 37 companies. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the IDX website in the form of financial reports and annual reports. The data were then tested and analyzed with SPSS version 24 through logistic regression analysis. Abstract

Currently, business competition in the industry is getting tougher, one industry that has tough competition is the food & beverage industry. If competition in the industry increases, it will be difficult to find new consumers, while the company certainly wants a stable profit. Thus, the old company will try to maintain existing customer loyalty. In this study, we will examine, how brand image and product quality will be a weapon or asset for old company in business competition, and will also affect customer loyalty (in this case WALL’S). In this research will be conducted by descriptive analysis. The sample taken is people, who live in Limus Pratama Regency, as many as 100 respondents. And the variables used in this study are brand image, product quality, and costumer loyality. Keywords: brand image, product quality, costumer loyality.

Abstract

With the depelopment of technolog, there are many helmet products offered by producers toconsumers. Helmets, which are one of the products with a very rapid increase, have long been recognized by the public, namely the KYT helmet. Judging from the high consumer interest in buying KYT brand helmets, the demand for helmets increasing. The research was conducted on residents in the Cawang Village, Eas Jakarta with primary data sorcesobtained by researchers through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained from literature studies, questionnaires and other sources which are certainly related to this research. This research is quantitative in nature, namely using multiple linier regression analysis,instument testing, validity and reliabilitytesting, hypothesis testing, determintion coefficient test (R²), partial t test, and simultaneous f teston consumer buying decisions. To measure consumer purchasing decisions on the variables of teste, namely: type of model, color, and outer appearance (body), while for the quality variables, namely: comfort and durability.
