Abstract

Muhammad Hasyim Asy’ari was a scholar known as scholars and Indonesian freedom fighters. The formulation of the problem in this paper begin with a question; how the propaganda struggle and Jihad Muhammad Hasyim Asy’ari and how the activity and its contribution in propaganda and jihad. the goal is to understand his thoughts in propaganda and jihad, so it can be a model for the next generation and society in general. Methods This study uses primary data source that examines the writings of Muhammad Hasyim Asy’ari, and the secondary source data. These two sources are obtained using literature study (library research). Therefore, this research includes bibliographic and qualitative research types, purely library research (library research) with historical-philosophical approach. The data obtained will be analyzed sequentially and interactionist which consists of three stages: 1) Reduction of data, 2) Presentation of data, 3) Withdrawal conclusion or verification.Keywords: propaganda; jihad; muhammad hasyim asy’ari.

Abstract

Sesungguhnya di dalam kitab Subulus-Salam karya Imam As-Shan’ani terdapat sejumlah hadits yang menjadi persoalan bagi para penuntut ilmu dalam memahaminya, karena satu sama lain tampak saling bertentangan (ta’arudh). Makalah ini mencoba menjelaskan sebab-sebab terjadinya persepsi pertentangan, metode para ulama dalam menyikapinya baik dengan cara memadukan (jama’), nasakh, tarjih maupun tawaqquf, serta bagaimana mereka mengaplikasikan masing-masing darinya. Makalah ini -dengan menggunakan metode jama’- akan memecahkan enam masalah pertentangan antar hadits dari kitab Subulus-salam sebagai sampel. Dengan begitu akan memberikan pemahaman teoritis dan praktis di bidang fiqih pemaduan nash-nash, membimbing umat untuk memiliki cara pandang holistik terhadap nash-nash dengan segenap kaitanan dan aspeknya sesuai panduan syariah, dan menutup satu celah di medan fiqih Islam karena -sepanjang yang diketahui penulis- belum ada satupun buku yang ditulis secara khusus yang menghimpun seluruh masalah fiqhiyah yang didasarkan pada pemaduan diantara dalil-dalil yang tampak saling bertentangan.Kata kunci: pertentangan; hadits; jama’; subulus-salam; fiqih.إنّ في كتاب سبل السلام للصنعاني أحاديث استشكل فهمها على طلبة العلم لظهور التعارض فيما بينها. فهذه المقالة تبيّن أسباب تصوّرِ التعارض وطرائق العلماء في التعامل معها من جمع ونسخ وترجيح وتوقّف، ومتى وكيف أعملوا كلّا منها، وتعالج - بطريقة الجمع وإعمال مسالكه - ست مسائل من كتاب سبل السلام كنماذج ، وبذلك تعطي التصوّر النظري والتطبيقي في مجال فقه الجمع بين النصوص، وترشد الأمة على النظرة الشمولية للنصوص بكل ملابساته وجوانبه وفق الضوابط الشرعية، وتسدّ ثغرة في ميدان الفقه الإسلامي، لأنه لم يُكتب – حسب معرفة الباحث - كتابٌ مستقلّ ومستوفٍ لكلّ مسائل الفقه التي بنيت على الجمع بين الأدلة المتعارضة.كلمات مفتاحية: تعارض، أحاديث، جمع، سبل السلام، فقه.

Abstract

The background of this research is the phenomenon of teenagers’ moral degenerate which the writer found. Considering the importance of al Qur’an for all people, it is important to implement its values as a concern especially for muslim, so the moral values in al Qur’an can be taught to the people in a good way. From this state, the writer is interested in exploring deeper about moral values in al Qur’an surah Ali Imran 159 – 160. The goals of the research are ; 1) to know the moral values in al Qur’an Surah Ali Imran 159 – 160, 2) to know how the concept of moral value in those verses, 3) to know the implication of those verses for Islamic Education in school. The research is a library research. Primier data source is al Qur’an Surah Ali Imran 159 – 160. The second data sources are book, articles or works about moral values and the implementation of moral values, considered to be true, both in sentences or content. Approaches which are used are didactic – psychology and thematic combined with qualitative analysis and are reprocessed by using deductive, inductive and comparative analysis. The result of the research show that ; 1) moral values reflected in Surah Ali Imran 159 – 160 are graceful, forgiving, solving problem by discussing it with the people, believing in Allah and believing in Allah’s help. 2) in the concept of moral education, the way Rasulullah lead his companions, he prioritizes the graceful, dissscussion, although he holds the highest authotiry. The other moral values is believing in Allah. 3) the implication of the concept of moral education according to al Qur’an Surah Ali Imran 159-160 is the concept of moral-oriented teaching.  The recommendation of this research is how the school as an education institution is able to raise moral values reflected in al Qur’an Surah Ali Imran 159-160 to the student, so they can take the lesson from the prophet’s daily life.Keywords: moral; values; implication to education.

Abstract

What an importance of character, Ki Hadjar makes it as a soul from the concept of his education. Even the government admitted, almost all national educational concepts referring to his idea. the focus of this issue is how the concept of Ki Hadjars character in the Islamic view. The method used is historical approach, by the technique of content analysis, descriptive and comparative. The data is analyzed to be conclusion from the existing phenomenon. The results of the study, Ki Hadjars idea about the character is not found the base that is closely related to faith, but rather stands on a universal national identity, it can be seen that the Ki Hadjar wants the Indonesian nation has a good attitude and personality and remain to stand on the personality of the Indonesian nation that has a distinctive culture and personality. Abstract

Since established, Universal Declaracion of Human Rights (UDHR) upheldas a global value by all the countries in the world. UDHR through the UN as a referenceas a common standard for measuring the level of success of a country in upholdinghuman rights. How this study focus on the implications of the secular epistemologyagainst the substance of the Universal Declaration Of Human Rights? and How doesIslam look at epistemology Universal Declaration Of Human Rights? To answer thesequestions used the data of literature with a philosophical approach as research methodsand using several analytical tools such as interpretation, induction and deduction,internal coherence, holistika and description. Results from this study indicate that thesecular epistemology epistemology UDHR as the foundation material implicationsfor cargo. Substance of the UDHR can be translated very freely and without limitvalues mengabaiakan even religiosity. Humans are considered as central, source anddestination at the same time the fi nal orientation of each human behavior. Religionand God are not regarded as something sacred, but only considered as a complement tohuman life into the realm of free privatization adopted or not by each individual. Such aview is contrary to Islam. Islam holds that religion and God is something that is sacredand can not be separated from every facet of human life. Abstract

The emergence of the phenomenon of moral degradation in 2010 among the general public as well as in education begin much talked about character education. Many media and education experts, and community leaders recommended that character education is effective immediately. The basic reason for the character education used as the basis for forming a national development vision is to realize public morals, moral, ethical, cultural, and based on the philosophy of Pancasila. This study aims to explain the implementation of character education in the learning process in SDIT Al-Madinah Kebumen and identify constraints implementation of character education in learning, and provide solutions that done to solve the problems. This study included field research in the SDIT Al-Madinan Kebumen in 2013. The subject of research from the Principal and Elementary School Teacher in SDIT Al-Madinah Kebumen. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis performed in this study is an interactive model of data analysis techniques with encounters between data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification of data. The research concludes that the implementation of character SDIT Al-Madinah Kebumen in the learning process has the advantage of adding the value of faith and the character-based monotheism conducted through three stages: (1) Phase formulation character which teachers formulate a list of 18 characters in SDIT Al - Madina Kebumen and distribution character, (2) Phase understanding of the character, namely schools and KKG organizes workshops that discuss the character that has been agreed on the list of characters and character distribution, (3) The planning stage of implementation of character education. Constraints Implementation of Character Education in Learning SDIT Al-Madinah Kebumen 2014 is the sequence of learning much so reducing in the implementation of character education, a lack of understanding of teachers to the formulation of the foundation of monotheism theme, the lack of cooperation between teachers and pupils, differences in parenting between home and schools, and the lack of support the behavior of people living environment of students. Solutions are formulated is the development of a maximum of two characters in each lesson, designing learning activities fun and appreciation for pupils, schools conduct coordination meetings, evaluation, and training for teachers, schools carry out the forum event class and memorandum communication relating to equalization understanding of the program, school organize parent training programs are more effective, in organizing the school community education programs, such as training stages of child development and the principle of caring.Keywords: implementation; character education; leaning.

Abstract

As a social reality, poverty can’t be eliminated in absolute terms, but can be addressed and improved quality so it does not destroy humanity. Poverty as a reality of life is always described as a state of life that lacked, weak and helpless to meet their needs, both in terms of spiritual and material. The purpose of this study was to conceptualize poverty according to Marxism, and also to criticize that concept from Islam viewpoint as a religion. This study includes the type library research (library research), such as; the data and study materials including used from literature sources, either in the form of books, encyclopedias, journals, magazines, newspapers, and other papers. The form of this research is descriptive-comparative-analytical. So I can describe comprehensively thought Marxism and Islamic Thought about poverty alleviation. Discussion of the analysis of research conducted that research results obtained to alleviate poverty Marxist group should abolish bourgeois classes, banning private ownership, provocative investigation of the proletariat to the bourgeoisie attack, creating a battle between classes with spreading malice and hostility. Marx also consider religion and the state as a tool used by the borgeosie to increase their profits. All theories owned Marx is wrong and irrelevant to the truth. Islam stricly prohibitsthe hostilities and the destruction of certain communities. Islam also recognizes the right of property ownership. Goverment and religious factors also have an important rolein poverty alleviation. Islam teaches poor classes for hard-working, for the rich classes to tithe and cooperation between two classes. Abstract

The objective of this research is to describes K.H. Ahmad Dahlan’s thought of Muhammadiyah education and related to evaluating implementation about K.H. Ahmad Dahlans thought in SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Yogyakarta. The concept of Muhammadiyah education whose pioneered by K.H. Ahmad Dahlan apply holistic education. The education which combines general and religious education in the curriculum. This education will generate student who not only excellent in general knowledge but also in religious knowledge. By means of this research, researchers wanted to knowing the concept of Muhammadiyah education and that implementation in SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Yogyakarta. The data collected though interview to information resources, observation, and documentation study will be analyzed by qualitatively and descriptive served. Based on the results of descriptive analyzed revealed that the K.H. Ahmad Dahlan’s thought of Muhammadiyah education denote combines general education with religious education into a single unit are inseparable from one each other. Hence, this concept of Muhammadiyah education whose pioneered by K.H. Ahmad Dahlan not yet implementation in SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Yogyakarta because of the teachers still understand about the concept of Muhammadiyah education.Keywords: education; implementation;  Muhammadiyah
