Abstract

Processed food from livestock products is common  in Indonesia. Besides meat, eggs can also be processed into a varian of dish and food. One of them is the result of egg processed innovation that has been existing for a long time is salted egg. Dity Global Nusantara is a company that produces and sells salted eggs with KING. It has been established since 2016, the company sells directly and cooperates through reseller. This research is doe in the purpose of finding out the influence of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction of  KING Salted Egg. This research uses quantitative method and multiple regression analysis model by involving KING Salted Egg consumer of  97 respondents as a sample then processed by using 23 SPSS. The result of this research that has been done states that product quality and price have positive influence  and significant on consumer satisfaction of KING Salted Egg.

Abstract

PT Pelita Air Service sebagai anak usaha PT Pertamina (Persero)  yang berfokus pada bisnis  pesawat charter. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah banyaknya perusahaan pesaing yang memiliki kualitas dan kinerja optimal. Oleh karena itu melalui penerapan Total Quality Management dan gaya kepemimpan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Total Quality Management dan gaya kepemimpinana terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 220 karyawan. Penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu karyawan pada Departemen Engineering yang berjumlah 72 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrument penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan Minitab 16. Hasil statistik menunjukkan koefisien regresi Total Quality Management = 0.00327 dan koefisien regresi gaya kepemimpinan = 0.0190. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  variabel Total Quality Management dan gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada tingkat signifikan 0.05 baik secara parsial dan secara simultan dengan 31.3 % faktor tersebut mampu menjelaskan model persamaan.

Abstract

Open innovation is an approach that involves not only internal company, but also external parties in developing and integrating new ideas optimally for the benefit of the company. This approach is more applied by companies in innovating to cope with the business world whom very competitive. However, research through this approach is still minimal and the concept has not been fully adopted in Indonesia. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to know how the influence of open innovation approach and the factors supporting the development of innovation on innovation performance in Indonesian companies. The scope of this research is Indonesian companies engaged in all industrial sectors (both manufacturing and service sectors), which conducts innovation activities for the last 3 years, from 2011 to 2013. The research method is quantitative with statistical data analysis descriptive and inferential ie regression analysis. The result of the research shows that the open innovation approach model has a significant influence on the innovation performance of the company, but only two of the three variables approach are inter-organizational collaboration and technology acquisition which has significant influence. For both factors supporting the development of innovation ie the source of information (both internal and external) and internal R D, factors that have a significant influence on innovation performance of the company only internal R D alone.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penilaian tingkat kinerja perusahaan pembiayaan merupakan kepentingan bagi semua pihak yang terkait (stake holder), baik pemegang saham dan pengelola perusahaan pembiayaan, pihak pengguna jasa perusahaan pembiayaan baik supplier, kreditur maupun nasabah perusahaan pembiayaan (lessee, client, consumer, maupun card holder), dan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan sebagai pembina dan pengawas perusahaan pembiayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji adanya pengaruh price book value, earning growth dan return on assets terhadap price earning ratio pada perusahaan pembiayaan yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa price book value mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap price earning ratio, earning growth mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap price earning ratio dan return on assets mempunyai pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap price earning ratio. Secara simultan price book value, earning growth dan return on assets berpengaruh signifikan terhadap price earning ratio pada perusahaan pembiayaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on satisfaction, and the relationship of satisfaction, trust, and commitment to the revisit intention in the salon industry. There are five hypotheses tested in this study. The samples size that feasible and can be used are 185, by distributing questionnaires to salon customers’ X in Jakarta. Data analysis method in this study used PLS-SEM. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The results of this study are service quality has a positive effect on satisfaction, satisfaction has a positive effect on trust and revisit intention, trust has a positive commitment, and commitment has a positive effect on revisit intention. The implications of this research are salon business owner or manager need to pay attention to various aspects, such as using an up to date equipment, employee appearance, salon room have a good visually appealing, reliable, has good responsiveness, guarantees good transactions, a good product knowledge, employees are polite and have empathy. They also have to create satisfaction, trust, and commitment of their customers to encourage revisit intention.

Abstract

This research is a research replication of Determinants of IT Usage and New Product Performance by Barczak, Sultan, and Gultink (2007), adapted using the characteristics of different respondents which are medium and large companies in Indonesia. The first purpose of the research is to identify antecedents of the use of IT tools. The second purpose is to further explore the role of IT in building innovative capabilities that generate values for the company. The study used a quantitative approach with a single cross-sectional conclusive design to test eight hypotheses through multiple regression measurements. The eight variables to be tested are divided into two major groups, namely the determinant variable (project risk, existence of a champion, autonomy, innovative climate, IT infrastructure, IT usage depth) and impact of IT usage performance (speed of product launch to market, market performance). The result of the research shows that the variables of IT usage depth, enterprise innovative climate, IT infrastructure, and project risk have a positive and influential relationship therefore determine the use of IT in NPD than other determinant variables. Meanwhile, the impact of IT usage on project performance is affected by the speed of product launch to market with a positive and significant relationship compared to market performance variable. The practicalities of this research, among others, is to provide an alternative action for managers to increase the use of IT in the process of New Product Development (NPD).
