Abstract

Hasanuddin University of Makassar, Indonesia, has changed its pedagogical paradigm from teaching to facilitating. The training contains strategies in managing the classroom, particularly in engaging and facilitating students in the learning process. Specifically in the Arabic language classroom, for the last 6 years. The present study outlines an action-research approach to the Gallery Walk, a practice that has proven to be successful in incorporating these strategies, to create an active-learning environment. The purpose of this classroom-based action research is to describe Gallery Walk implementation, and to analyze the effect of Gallery Walk and its modifications, in increasing students’ participation and learning. In terms of method, reflections and a questionnaire were used to collect data from 29 participating students. The questionnaire contains questions related to students’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes. The data was described and analyzed in quantitative fashion. The results show that the Gallery Walk exercise can effectively engage students in the learning process. The students can obtain knowledge effortlessly, utilize their skills in understanding the topic discussed and create a constructive attitude towards other students. The conclusion can be drawn that the four Gallery Walk sessions can significantly lead students to participate broadly in the learning process.

Abstract

The story is an art of prose literature. Arab writers and others have done valuable works of fiction, showing the extent of their artistic ability; however, this art has witnessed in the modern era developed and developed to add to it another form known - in Western literature - poetry story; which has no era - before - in literature Old Arab, and the poems appeared stories woven on the Western vein. After looking at the story in Arabic literature, this article looks at some of the echoes of the Arab story in Arabic literature, with an emphasis on what the thinkers of the city of Eulen produced as a living model reflecting the many stories that were presented at the Arab literature table in Nigeria. For a commendable effort by the writers of Nigeria to expand the Arabic language and create a clear atmosphere for artistic creativity and conscience.

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to show the development of number and marking of Lontara’s script. The development is to provide and make a specific and additional marking character of Lontara. Those characters developed furthermore in the form of electronically program that able to be run at word office, both under windows and opensource (linux). The program used in making of Lontara’s number and its additional marking character is Fontmonger program. The obtained result of this development is a file program that available to be run properly either at word office or opensource and the file is called ltrunhas.ttf.

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة حقيقة علم البديع ونشأته وتطوره, مستخدما منهج التحليل الوصفي والمقارنة التاريخية للوصول إلى أصح البيانات وأشملها. فكانت نتيجة البحث تدل على أن حقيقة علم البديع عند علماء اللغة وأئمة البلاغة تنقسم إلى ثلاثة مذاهب: 1) مذهب رأى أن علم البديع هو علم البلاغة بشكل عام, 2) ومذهب رأى أن علم البديع هو فن أو علم خاص في تحسين الكلام لفظا دون معنى, 3) ومذهب رأى أن علم البديع هو فن أو علم خاص في تحسين الكلام معنى ولفظا. وكذلك دلت نتيجة البحث على أن نشأة وتطور علم البديع يمكن إجمالها في هذه النقاط: 1) كانت النشأة الأولى لعلم البديع من حيث التطبيق موجودة في كلام العرب المتقدمين, وفي القرآن الكريم, والحديث الشريف, وآثار الصحابة, 2) وكانت النشأة الأولى لعلم البديع من حيث التسمية معروفة عند الْمُحدَثين العرب كأبي نواس الحسن بن هانئ. 3) وكانت النشأة الأولى لعلم البديع من حيث النظرية مشهورة لدى الخليفة عبد الله بن المعتز العباسي, 4) وكان تطور علم البديع من حيث تكامل عناصره على أيدي كل من قدامة بن جعفر, وأبي هلال العسكري وابن رشيق القيرواني, 5) وكان تطور علم البديع من حيث تطبيقه الحي في القرآن أجمع, من فضل الزمخشري, 6) وكان تطور علم البديع من حيث تقسيمه إلى المحسنات المعنوية والمحسنات اللفظية من فضل السكاكي, 7) وكان تطور علم البديع من حيث تطبيقه إلى البديعيات من فضل الإمام البوصري, 8) وكان علم البديع في العصر الحالي يقتصر على التهذيب والدراسات, وأما التطوير فلا.

Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul “Syair-syair Wasf (deskripsi) Imru’ al-Qais suatu tinjauan Ilm ‘Aru>d}”, yang membahas tentang tema “Wasf al-Layl (menggambarkan tentang malam), wa al-Faras (menunggang kuda), wa al-S{ayd (binatang buruan)”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memenggal syair sesuai dengan bah}r yang digunakan sehingga dapat diketahui perubahan wazan pada taf’ilahnya dengan menggunakan pendekatan Ilm al-‘Aru>d}.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan dengan membaca beberapa tiap-tiap bayt syair Imru’ al-Qais. Data yang diperoleh diklasifikasikan dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif, terhadap pemenggalan syair yang bertema “Wasf al-Layl, wa al-Faras, wa al-S{ayd” sesuai dengan permasalahan data yang diperoleh.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebahagiaan dari pemenggalan syair yang bertema “Wasf al-Layl, wa al-Faras, wa al-S{ayd” mengalami perubahan wazan pada taf’ilahnya yaitu terjadi ziha}f qabd pada setiap bagian sadr dan ‘ajznya. Jenis al-bayt yang ditemukan yaitu bayt tam yang masih lengkap bagian-bagaiannya maksudnya masih lengkap dengan 8 taf’ilah yang digunakan.
