Abstract

KAJIAN TINKGAT PENGANGGURAN TERBUKA PEREMPUAN DI KOTA MANADO Sutomo Wim Palar, Een N. Walewangko. Albert T. Londa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Ekonomi Pembangunan Universitas Sam Ratulangi, Manado ABSTRAK Masalah pengangguran merupakan salah satu masalah utama makro ekonomi yang menjadi penghambat pembangunan daerah karena akan meninmbulkan masalah-masalah sosial lainnya. Daya serap pasar kerja selain terbatas yang menyebabkan banyaknya angkatan kerja yang menganggur ternyata masalah permintaan tenaga kerja dengan tingkat keahlian khusus membuat tenaga kerja yang ada tidak terserap oleh pasar kerja. Jika tingkat pengangguran di suatu negara relatif tinggi, hal tersebut akan menghambat pencapaian tujuan pembangunan ekonomi yang telah dicita-citakan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik pengangguran perempuan, faktor-faktor dominan yang menyebabkan pengangguran yang ada di Kota Manado, dan menganalisis sektor potensial yang menyerap tenaga kerja perempuan sesuai dengan kualifikasi pencari kerja perempuan yang ditersedia.Pengangguran adalah seseorang yang sudah digolongkan dalam angkatan kerja yang sedang aktif mencari pekerjaan pada suatu tingkat upah tertentu tetapi tidak dapat memperoleh pekerjaan yang diinginkannya. Data yang di gunakan adalah sekunder yaitu data Sakernas dan Sakerda Tahun 2012. Serta data primer yang diperoleh dari informasi rumahtangga, perusahaan dan kegiatan pemerintah daerah berhubungan dengan aktivitas perempuan di Kota Manado. Metode yang digunakan adalah  metode deskriptif  untuk menghasilkan identifikasi berbagai karakteristik pencari kerja perempuan. Dan metode inferensia untuk melihat pola perilaku dan hubungan-hubungan antar variabel yang diduga menjadi faktor yang signifikan mempengaruhi pengangguran perempuan di Kota Manado. Kata Kunci : Ketenagakerjaan, Pengangguran ABSTRACT The problem of unemployment is one of the major macroeconomic problems that become an obstacle for regional development will meninmbulkan other social problems. Labor market absorption in addition to the limited labor force which caused the number of unemployed turned out the problem of labor demand with a specific skill level to make the existing workforce is not absorbed by the labor market. If the unemployment rate is relatively high in a country, it would hinder the achievement of economic development goals that have aspired. This study aims to identify the characteristics of female unemployment, the dominant factors that cause unemployment in the city of Manado, and analyze the potential sectors that absorb women's employment in accordance with the qualifications of women job seekers are often insufficient.Unemployment is someone who has been classified in the workforce who are actively looking for a job at a certain wage level but can not get a job he wanted. Data used was secondary that Sakernas and Sakerda 2012. As well as primary data obtained from the information of households, enterprises and regional activities related to the activities of women in the city of Manado. The method used is descriptive method for the identification of various characteristics of female job seekers. And methods of inference to see patterns of behavior and relationships between variables thought to be a significant factor affecting the female unemployment in the city of Manado. Abstract

FAKTOR  - FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI DIVIDEND PAYOUT RATIO  PADA  INDUSTRI PERBANKAN LQ45  DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA DALAM MENGHADAPI  MEA Sri Murni Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Jurusan Manajemen Universitas Sam Ratulangi, Manado ABSTRAK Kebijakan dividen pada industri perbankan merupakan kebijakan yang sangat  penting, sebab akan melibatkan dua pihak yaitu pemegang saham dan manajemen bank yang  mempunyai kepentingan yang berbeda. Dividen diartikan sebagai pembayaran kepada pemegang saham oleh perusahaan atas keuntungan yang diperolehnya. Semakin  besar laba yang ditahan, semakin kecil laba yang akan dibagikan pada para pemegang saham. Kebijakan dividen dalam penelitian ini dijelaskan dengan  Dividend PayOut Ratio (DPR). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Loan to Deposit Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Growth, Return On Asset, dan Firm Size terhadap Devidend Payout Ratio secara simultan dan parsial pada industri perbankan yang masuk dalam LQ 45. Metode analisis data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah  metode asosiatif dengan  teknik analisis Regresei Berganda dan pengujian asumsi klasik, Data yang dipergunakan adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD), serta annual report dari Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)  berupa laporan keuangan periode tahun 2009-2015  industri perbankan   yang masuk pada LQ 45. Hasil analisis menunjukkan Loan to Deposit Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Growth, Return On Asset, dan Firm Size secara simultan  berpengaruh terhadap Devidend Payout Ratio, sedangkan secara parsial Growth dan ROA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Divdend Payout Ratio, sementara Loan to Deposit Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio,  dan Firm Size tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio. Kata kunci : LDR, DER, Growth, ROA, Firm Size, Dividend Payout Ratio ABSTRACT Dividend policy in the banking industry is a very important policy, because it would involve two parties, ie shareholders and bank management have different interests. Dividends are defined as payments to shareholders by the company on the profits earned. The greater the retained earnings, the smaller the profit will be distributed to shareholders. Dividend policy in this study are described by the Dividend payout ratio (DPR). This study aims to determine the effect of the Loan to Deposit Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Growth, Return on Assets, and Firm Size of the dividend Payout Ratio simultaneously and partially in the banking industry are included in the LQ 45. Data analysis methods used in the study this is a method of associative analysis techniques Regresei Multiple and testing classical assumptions, data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD), as well as the annual report from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the form of financial statements of the period 2009-2015, the industry banks that entered the LQ 45. the analysis showed Loan to Deposit Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Growth, Return on Assets, and Firm Size simultaneously affect the dividend payout ratio, while partial Growth and ROA significantly influence Divdend Payout Ratio, while the Loan to Deposit Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Firm Size does not significantly influence the Dividend Payout Ratio. Rotinsulu, George M.V Kawung Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Magister Ilmu Ekonomi Universitas Sam Ratulangi, Manado ABSTRAK Pembangunan merupakan sebuah proses menuju kea rah yang lebih baik. Pembangunan daerah terlebih di Indonesia khususnya Kota Manado masih amat bergantung pada intervensi pemerintah melalui alokasi belanja yang dimiliki. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh pendapatan yang di terima pemerintah daerah dalam bentuk Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) yang terbagi dalam pendapatan Pajak, Retribusi, dan PAD lain yang sah, terhadap alokasi belanja modal pemerintah Kota Manado. Sepanjang 2005 hingga 2015. Di mana didapatkan hasil bahwa ketiga variabel independent kurang memberi pengaruh pada alokasi belanja modal   Kata Kunci : Pajak, Retribusi, Belanja Modal, PAD.   ABSTRACT   Development is a process leading towards the better. SITARO (STUDI KASUS SIAU BARAT) Vecky A.J.Masinambow, Jacline I.Sumual, Krest D.Tolosang Ekonomi Pembangunan-Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Sam Ratulangi Email : sumualjacline@gmail.com ABSTRAK Tujuan  yang akan di capai dalam penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui potensi Ekonomi  Masyarakat Nelayan yang ada di wilayah Kabupaten Kepulauan Siau Barat ,Mengkaji kaitan antara potensi dan masalah sehingga dapat disusun strategi pengembangan kehidupan perekonomian masyarakat nelayan  di Kabupaten Kepulauan Sitaro (Studi Kasus Siau Barat). Manfaat Penelitian Sebagai input atau bahan masukan dan pertimbangan bagi pemerintah Kabupatan Kepulauan Sitaro dalam perencanaan pembangunan wilayah terutama pembangunan ekonomi bagi masyarakat di kawasan pesisir Yakni Masyarakat Nelayan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa Publikasi Artikel Ilmiah dalam Jurnal Terakreditasi yang dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber publikasi  bagi Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sitaro atau bagi  SKPD yang memiliki kaitan dengan pengembangan ekonomi kawasan pesisir di Kabupaten Kepulauan Sitaro. KAJIAN EFEKTIFITAS DAN KONTRIBUSI PAJAK TERHADAP PAD KABUPATEN MINAHASA UTARA Daysi S.M.Engka, Steeva Y.L.Tumangkeng Ekonomi Pembangunan-Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Sam Ratulangi   ABSTRAK Pajak daerah sebagai salah satu sumber PAD diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi terhadap PAD Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui besar kontibusi pajak  terhadap pendapatan asli daerah Kabupaten Minahasa Utara,  Mengetahui tingkat efektifitas pajak daerah Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Manfaat Penelitian  Dapat menjadi bahan masukan bagi pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Minahasa Utara dalam mengatur dan mengelolah keuangan daerah. Dapat menjadi bahan publikasi bagi pihak – pihak yang membutuhkan informasi menyangkut pajak dan PAD Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Dengan menggunakan alat analisis Efektifitas dan Kontribusi di pakai untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat efektifitas pemungutan pajak di Kabupaten Minahasa Utara dan analisis kontribusi untuk melihat peranan Pajak terhadap PAD.Luaran yang akan di hasilkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa kajian Publikasi Ilmiah yang akan di muat dalam Jurnal Terakreditasi Nasional. Kata Kunci : Pajak, PAD ABSTRACT   As one of the local tax revenue sources are expected to contribute to PAD North Minahasa regency. This study aims to Know, contributing substantial tax on revenue North Minahasa Regency, Knowing the level of effectiveness of local tax North Minahasa regency. Benefits Research can be input for the regional government of North Minahasa Regency in organizing and managing the regional finance. May be the publicity material for the party - those who need the information concerning taxes and PAD North Minahasa Regency. ANALISIS PENDAPATAN DAN POLA KONSUMSI MASYARAKAT NELAYAN DESA ARAKAN KABUPATEN MINAHASA SELATAN Jacline I. Sumual, Wensy F.I.Rompas, Steeva Y.L.Tumangkeng Ekonomi Pembangunan-Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Sam Ratulangi Email : sumualjacline@gmail.com ABSTRAK Tingkat pendapatan usaha penangkapan ikan secara tradisional relatif rendah . Rendahnya tingkat produksi tersebut disebabkan jangkauan daerah penangkapan ikan secara tradisional masih tergantung pada musim, maka pada saat-saat tertentu  mengalami masa menganggur terutama pada musim hujan yang disertai dengan angin. Hal ini berarti jika pendapatan kurang akan membawa kemiskinan. Sampai saat ini belum dapat diidentifikasikan kegiatan nelayan pada musim tersebut, kalau tidak melaut berarti sejauh mana kemungkinan penciptaan kesempatan kerja yang sesuai agar nelayan dapat memperoleh pendapatan dimusim tidak kelaut. Tujuan  yang akan di capai dalam penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui Bagaimana pendapatan nelayan di Desa Arakan Kabupaten  Minahasa Selatan , Apakah usaha nelayan (menangkap ikan) mendapatkan keuntungan dan Bagaimana Pendapatan dan  pola konsumsi masyarakat nelayan di Desa Arakan serta Pengaruh pendapatan terhadap Pola Konsumsi. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk melihat dan mengevaluasi kebijakan dan bantuan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan nelayan yang sampai sekarang di kategorikan masyarakat miskin . Kata Kunci : Nelayan, Pendapatan, Konsumsi   ABSTRACT The income level of fishing effort has traditionally been relatively low. The low level of production is due to the reach of traditional fishing areas still depend on the season, then at certain moments experienced spells of unemployment, especially in the rainy season, along with the wind. This means that if the income is less will bring poverty. Until now there has been an identifiable fishing activities on the season, if not to fish means the extent to which the possibility of the creation of appropriate employment opportunities so that fishermen can earn season is not the sea. Arakan villages with a population largely ethnic Bajo livelihood from fishing or fishing. However, some members of the public as well as farmers as a side job. The objective will be achieved in this research is to know how the income of fishermen in the village of Arakan South Minahasa regency Is fishing effort (fishing) benefit and How to consumption patterns in the fishing village of Arakan. Leonufina Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Ilmu Ekonomi Pembangunan Universitas Sam Ratulangi, Manado ABSTRAK Pertumbuhan ekonomi, angka kemiskinan serta pengangguran tentunya tidak lepas dari peran serta pemerintah sebagai pengambil kebijakan serta kuasa penggunaan anggaran untuk dapat merangsang perekonomian menuju ke arah yang lebih baik melalui Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah yang tentunya diharapkan akan mempercepat roda perekonomian. Dengan adanya  perputaran cepat roda perekonomian diharapkan akan membuka peluang ekonomi baru yang tentunya akan menarik tenaga kerja yang berdampak pada penurunan angka pengangguran dan meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat dan tidak lagi terpuruk pada jurang kemiskinan. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa pengaruh pemerintah melalui APBD nya dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan , menekan angka pengangguran dan mengurangi kemiskinan di Kabupaten, Kota di wilayah Sulawesi Utara. Kata Kunci: APBD, Belanja Modal, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Kemiskinan, pengangguran ABSTRACT Economic growth, poverty and unemployment must not be separated from the role of government as policy makers and power use of the budget to stimulate the economy towards better through the Regional Budget which is certainly expected to accelerate the economy. With the quick turnaround of the economy is expected to open up new economic opportunities that will attract workers who have an impact on the growth of unemployment and improve people's lives and can no longer hit in poverty. Therefore in this study aims to see how the government's influence over its budget to boost growth, reduce unemployment and reduce poverty in the District, City in the North Sulawesi.
