Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh belanja modal, kredit dan tingkat suku Bungan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Sulawesi Utara. Belanja Modal (Halim. 2008:101) adalah bagian dari belanja pemerintah yang termasuk dalam APBN atau APBD dengan tujuan kepentingan masyarakat. sehingga berdasarkan penelitian (Arini S. 2016) bahwa belanja modal memberikan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi (Yunus, Amirullah. 2019). Bank mempunyai fungsi dalam rangka menunjang sarana pembangunan industri dan peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui kegiatan penyaluran kredit kepada masyarakat sebagai motor penggerak pertumbuhan ekonomi (Rosita, dkk. 2020). Suku bunga tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia dalam jangka pendek, namun berpengaruh negatif dalam jangka panjang (Astuti. 2014). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, untuk pengujian ekonometrika dilakukan uji asumsi klasik. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh adalah Belanja Modal secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Artinya, semakin besar Belanja Modal akan meningkatkan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, ceteris paribus. Kredit secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Artinya, semakin besar Kredit akan meningkatkan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, ceteris paribus. Tingkat Bunga secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Artinya, jika terjadi perubahan Tingkat Bunga tidak akan menaikkan atau menurunkan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, ceteris paribus. Belanja modal, kredit, dan tingkat bunga secara Bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Kata Kunci: Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Belanja Modal, Kredit, Tingkat Suku Bunga. ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the effect of capital expenditure, credit and interest rates on economic growth in North Sulawesi. Capital Expenditures (Halim. 2008: 101) is a part of government expenditure which is included in the APBN or APBD with the aim of public interest, so based on research (Arini S. 2016) capital expenditure has influenced on economic growth (Yunus, Amirullah. 2019). Banks have a function in order to support industrial development facilities and increase economic growth through lending to the public as a driving force for economic growth (Rosita, et al. 2020). Interest rates have no effect on economic growth in Indonesia in the short term, but have a negative effect in the long run (Astuti. 2014). The data used in this research is secondary data, the analysis method used is multiple linear regression, for econometric testing used classical assumption test. The results obtained that capital expenditure partially has a positive effect on economic growth in North Sulawesi Province. Means, the more the capital expenditure will increase the economic growth, ceteris paribus. Credit partially has a positive effect on economic growth in North Sulawesi Province. Means, the more the credit will increase the economic growth, ceteris paribus. Interest rates partially has no effect on economic growth in North Sulawesi Province. Means, if there’s a change in the Interest Rate it will not increase or decrease the Economic Growth, ceteris paribus. Capital expenditure, credit, and interest rates simultaneously affect the economic growth in North Sulawesi Province. Keyword: Economic Growrth, Capital Expenditure, Credit, and Interest rate

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbandingan daya saing sektor ekonomi Kabupaten Kaepulauan Nusa Utara. Masalah pokok yang terjadi didalam pembangunan daerah terletak pada sumber daya baik manusia maupun sumber daya alam, dan dilihat dari potensi yang ada dan yang dimiliki disuatu daerah guna menciptakan peningkatan jumlah dan suatu jenis peluang kerja untuk masyarakat pada daerah itu sendiri. Pembangunan ekonomi merupakan suatu proses. Proses yang dimaksud merupakan proses yang mencakup pembentukan institusi-institusi baru, pembangunan industri alternatif, perbaikan kapasitas tenaga kerja yang ada untuk menghasilkan produk dan jasa yang lebih baik, identifikasi pasar baru, alih ilmu pengetahuan, dan pengembangan perusahaan baru (Arsyad, 2010:374). Adapun data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh berdasarkan data yang tersedia dan bersumber dari laporan Badan Pusat Statistik. Data yang tercakup dalam penelitian ini adalah data PDRB Atas Dasar Harga Konstan Tahun 2010-2019. Objeknya adalah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe, Talaud dan Sitaro. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis location quotient, shift share dan tipologi klassen.Temuan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor yang memiliki daya saing dalam perekonomian daerah Kabupaten Nusa utara adalah sektor pertanian , kehutanan dan perikanan, sektor pertambangan dan peggalian, industry pengolahan, jasa pendidikan dan jasa kesehatan. Kabupaten Kepulauan Nusa Utara dengan daerah di dalamnya Sangihe, Talaud dan Sitaro secara masing-masing menunjukkan bahwa Kabupaten Sitaro merupakan Kabupaten dengan nilai perkembangan dan pertumbuhan sektor tertinggi dibandingkan dengan Sangihe dan Talaud.Kata Kunci : PDRB Atas Dasar Harga KonstanABSTRACTThis study attempts to see comparison competitiveness economic sectors kabupaten nusa kaepulauan north.Basic problems occurring in regional development lies in whether human resources and natural resources, and views of potential and owned in one the increase in the number of and to create a kind of employment opportunities for the in the itself.Economic development is a process.The process you is process of covering the formation of new institutions, construction of industrial alternative, capacity improvement workforce to produce products and services are better, pasar baru identification, over knowledge, and development, new company arsyad ( 2010: 374 ).As for the data used in this research was secondary data obtained based on the data available and comes in a report to the central bureau of statistics .The data included in this research was gdp data on the constant prices of 2010-2019 years .Its object was sangihe islands , talaud two sitaro and .By using the method of analysis location quotient , klassen typology and share shift .Findings the results of the research shows that the having competitiveness due to economic nusa kabupaten north is in the agriculture sector, forests and fisheries, the mining sector and peggalian, processing industry, services education and health service.Nusa island regency north areas in it sangihe, talaud and sitaro in each shows that kabupaten sitaro a district the highest rank among the development and growth sector with sangihe and talaud.Keyword : Regional gross domestic product on the constant prices

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sektor pariwisata terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja. Pembangunan Ekonomi adalah proses perubahan secara multidimensional yang melibatkan berbagai aspek dan mempengaruhi kualitas dan kesejahteraan hidup manusia. Pembangunan ekonomi dapat didekati (approach) secara regional yaitu melakukan pemetaan wilayah dan growth pool bertujuan tercapainya efisiensi produksi distribusi dan konsumsi barang dan jasa. Pembangunan ekonomi juga dapat didekati secara sektoral, menemukan sektor unggulan kemudian mengarahkan belanja modal membangun infrastruktur, pada gilirannya mampu menarik investasi swasta. Secara sektoral, maka sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor yang menyerap tenaga kerja, melibatkan usaha perekonomian rakyat, menarik wisatawan dan mendatangkan devisa. Itulah mengapa, percepatan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penyerapan tenaga kerja lewat penciptaan lapangan kerja yang lebih luas dapat dilakukan dengan mempromosikan pengembangan pariwisata.Dalam penelitian ini yang dianalisis adalah pengaruh jumlah kunjungan wisatawan dan tingkat hunian hotel terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, pengaruh kunjungan wisatawan, tingkat hunian hotel terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, dan pengaruh kunjungan wisatawan dan tingkat hunian hotel melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur.Temuan penelitian ini secara statistik menunjukan bahwa jumlah kunjungan wisatawan dan tingkat hunian hotel tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Jumlah kunjungan wisatawan yang datang di Sulawesi Utara tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sedangkan tingkat hunian hotel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja. Kata Kunci: Tenaga Kerja, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, kunjungan wisatawan, dan hunian kamar hotel ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of the tourism sector on Economic Growth and Labor Absorption. Economic Development is a multidimensional process of change that involves various aspects and affects the quality and welfare of human life. Economic development can be approached regionally by mapping regions and growth pools with the aim of achieving the efficiency of production distribution and consumption of goods and services. Economic development can also be approached sectorally, finding leading sectors and then directing capital expenditure to build infrastructure, which in turn is able to attract private investment. By sector, the tourism sector is one sector that absorbs labor, involves the business of the people's economy, attracts tourists and brings in foreign exchange. That is why, accelerating economic growth and employment through broader job creation can be done by promoting tourism development.In this study, the analysis is the influence of the number of tourist visits and hotel occupancy rates on economic growth, the influence of tourist visits, hotel occupancy rates on employment in the Province of North Sulawesi, and the influence of tourist visits and hotel occupancy rates through economic growth on labor absorption in North Sulawesi Province. This research uses path analysis.The findings of this study statistically show that the number of tourist visits and hotel occupancy rates did not significantly influence economic growth. The number of tourist arrivals in North Sulawesi did not have a significant effect on employment while hotel occupancy rates had a positive and significant effect on employment. Keywords: Labor, Economic Growth, tourist visits, and hotel room occupancy
