Abstract

This article is motivated by the phenomenon of the students of SMPN Satap-1 Kamipang in the form of difficulties in literacy, namely reading and writing the Qur'an, it is necessary to explore how the role of PAI teachers in overcoming the difficulties of these students. For this reason, this article aims to look at the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in overcoming the difficulties of students in al-Qur'an literacy at the junior high school level. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data obtained from scientific journal literature, books, and interviews with a PAI teacher and several students of SMPN Satap-1 Kamipang. The data collection technique was carried out by purposive sampling. The results of the study found that the role of PAI teachers was to overcome students' difficulties in al-Qur'an literacy at SMPN Satap-1 Kamipang. Among them are, motivators (providing enthusiasm and motivation), Counselors (providing understanding to students), Observatory (knowing students' abilities in al-Qur'an literacy), facilitators (providing direct guidance), informers (providing information and directives), and evaluator (give an assessment).Keywords: Literacy of the Al-Qur’an, Student Difficulties, The Role of Islamic Education Teachers

Abstract

Abstract                This paper aims to determine the implications of halal product certification in the sacralization of religion in Indonesia. Halal certification of the product itself is familiar to business people around the world, especially Indonesia. This paper uses a qualitative descriptive approach through a literature review of halal certification practices in Indonesia. The data were obtained from various articles, magazines, books and media about halal certification and related institutions, namely LPPOM MUI (Indonesian Food, Drug and Cosmetics Institute). The results of this study will describe the halal logo certification, its formation, certification stages, and products that must be halal certified. This article also shows that halal certification is related to the sacralization of Indonesian religion. The implications of product halal certification in the sanctity of Indonesian religion, halal certification does not only sanctify a religion, but also provides guarantees, protection, and provides information about the official halal of a product. Halal certification also affects consumer confidence in halal-certified products for consumption because they have the loyalty and legality of the products consumed and used.Keywords: Halal certification; Religion; Indonesia. Abstract Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  implikasi sertifikasi produk halal dalam sakralisasi agama di Indonesia. Sertifikasi halal produk sendiri sudah tidak asing oleh para pebisnis di seluruh dunia, khususnya Indonesia. Tulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui kajian literatur praktik sertifikasi halal di Indonesia. Adapun data diperoleh dari berbagai artikel, majalah, buku dan media tentang sertifikasi halal dan lembaga terkait, yaitu LPPOM MUI (Lembaga Pangan, Obat dan Kosmetika Indonesia). Hasil penelitian ini akan memaparkan sertifikasi logo halal, pembentukannya, tahap sertifikasi, dan produk yang harus bersertifikat halal. Artikel ini juga menunjukkan bahwa sertifikasi halal berkaitan dengan sakralisasi agama Indonesia. Implikasi sertifikasi halal produk dalam kesucian agama Indonesia, sertifikasi halal tidak hanya menyakralkan suatu agama, tetapi jugamemberikan jaminan, perlindungan, dan pemberian informasi mengenai halal resmi suatu produk. Sertifikasi halal juga mempengaruhi kepercayaan konsumen pada produk bersertifikat halal untuk dikonsumsi karena memiliki loyalitas dan legalitas produk yang dikonsumsi dan digunakan.  Keywords: Sertifikasi halal; Agama; Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to describe Islamic education teachers' role in building religious moderation values in elementary school Kabupaten Katingan and to know give values of religion moderation and supporting factors and inhibiting factors for building religious moderation at SDN Jahanjang dan SDN Asem Kumbang Kabupaten Katingan. This research was compiled by researchers using a qualitative approach with the type of field research and descriptive qualitative research methods. Collecting data using interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was carried out using triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of this study indicate that: 1. The role of Islamic education teachers in building religious moderation includes: a. The conservator as a PAI teacher is responsible for his attitude, b. Innovators, PAI teachers collaborate with all teachers from various religions, c. Transmitter, PAI teachers act as motivators and guides, d. Teacher organizer carries out innovative activities, e. Transformers, Islamic Education teachers translate values into figures for students; 2. The values of religious moderation that are built include fairness, balanced, simplicity, unity and brotherhood. 3. Supporting factors and inhibiting factors include: Supporting factors, namely the PAI teacher, who is an alumnus of an Islamic boarding school who has good experience and capacity. A community environment that supports school activities, especially religious activities. As for the inhibiting factor, namely the age of the student is very influential for the implementation of the religious development program, because new students are still adapting to go to school. Limited school facilities, as a forum for religious development, such as not having a prayer room, have made teachers have to be more creative in providing religious guidance in schools.
