Abstract

Adapun latar belakang penelitian ini adalah ketidak puasan pewagai pada Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara, yang mana hal tersebut diduga disebabkan oleh Kepemimpinan Situasional, Budaya Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Situasional, Budaya Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara , Sebanyak 43 Pegawai sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Nonprobability sampling atau Sampling Jenuh sebanyak 43 Pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Daftar Pertanyaan melaui menyebarkan angket/quesioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Hipotesis (Ujit dan Uji F), dan Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara langsung Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Situasional, Budaya Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara

Abstract

The research uses an associative quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique as many as 46 people. Hypothesis testing is done by distributing questionnaires. Then the questionnaire data was tested using the SPSS 26 application by testing the validity, reliability, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous) and R square test. From the test results that have been obtained, it can be concluded that partially work stress has a positive and significant effect on performance, competence has a positive and significant effect on performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then simultaneously work stress, competence and work environment have a positive and significant effect on performance

Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this study is to analyze and determine the effect of the Current Ratio variable on the Return On Asset variable in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. To analyze and determine the effect of the Total Debt to Total Assets Ratio variable on the Return On Assets variable in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. To analyze and determine the effect of Current Ratio and Debt to Assets Ratio on Return On Assets in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. In this study, quantitative descriptive data is used which aims to carry out an associative approach. The results of the study showCurrent ratiosignificant positive effect on Return on Assets in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2018 period. Debt to Asset Ratio has a significant positive effect on Return on Assets in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2018 period.Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio jointly have a significant positive effect on Return on Assets in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2018 period.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara serentak maupun parsial pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan etika kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Dinas Kepemudaan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus (sampel jenuh), yaitu mengambil seluruh anggota populasi menjadi sampel penelitian yang berjumlah 45 orang. Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis secara parsial. uji hipotesis secara simultan dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan program SPSS for windows 22.0. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh persamaan regersi : Dari hasil uji hipotesis variabel kepemimpinan transformasional secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, variabel budaya organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan variabel etika kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Adapun secara bersama-sama (simultan) kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan etika kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja di Dinas Kepemudaan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara, sedangkan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Dalam hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of testing and analyzing the influence of Debt to Equity and Total Assets Turnover on firm value through Return On Equity directly or indirectly. The population in this study were all pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, while the sample that met the sampling criteria for observations was carried out for five years and there were six pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research approach uses associative research. The data collection technique in this research uses documentation techniques and the analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis. The research results show that directly Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Return On Equity have no effect on firm value. Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Assets Turnover have no effect on Return On Equity. Indirectly, Return On Equity does not mediate the influence of Debt to Equity and Total Assets Turnover on firm value in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.
