Semarang sebagai pusat bisnis dan pariwisata di Jawa Tengah memberikan kesempatan bagi investor untuk berinvestasi di Semarang. Akhir-akhir ini bisnis perhotelan di Kota Semarang menunjukkan prospek cerah. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari meningkatnya jumlah wisatawan yang menginap di hotel. Salah satu alasannya adalah banyak kegiatan seperti pertemuan yang diselenggarakan oleh instansi pemerintah, baik lokal maupun nasional, yang diselenggarakan di kota Semarang. Berdasarkan hasil survei awal, sebagian besar hotel di Semarang masih minim fasilitas dan tidak berlaku pentingnya pelaksanaan warna bagi pengunjung. Studi tentang peran warna untuk mencapai relaksasi ini penting karena jika relaksasi mencapai sehingga manusia dapat membuat lebih konsentrasi dan merasa menyegarkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: Studi tentang bagaimana warna mempengaruhi dalam penciptaan relaksasi di hotel bisnis di Semarang. Sampel penelitian diarahkan ke hotel menggunakan warna dingin dan hotel warna hangat di Semarang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil dan analisis, kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Warna dalam menciptakan relaksasi sangat penting bagi responden dan kedua warna dingin dan warna hangat dapat membuat dan menciptakan relaksasi. (2) Hal-hal yang mempengaruhi pemilihan warna untuk meningkatkan bisnis hotel adalah tujuan untuk tinggal di hotel, pertimbangan ini untuk bekerja dan nilai pribadi seperti liburan, juga relaksasi. Lately the hospitality business in the city of Semarang show bright prospects. It can be seen from the increasing number of tourists who stay at the hotel. One reason is that many activities such as meetings held by government agencies, both local and national, held in the city of Semarang.Based on the results of the initial survey, most hotels in Semarang still minimal facilities and do not apply the importance of the implementation of color for visitors. Study about role of color to achieve relaxation is important because if the relaxation achieve so human can make more concentration and feel refresh. The aim of this study is: Study about how colors influence in creation of relaxation in business hotel in Semarang. The research sample is directed to the hotel using a cool color and a warm color hotel in Semarang. The method analysis used is descriptive analysis. Based on the result and analysis, the conclusion in this research are: (1) Thecolor in creating relaxation is very important for the respondent and both cool color and warm color can make and creating relaxation. (2)The things that affect the selection of colors to enhance the hotel business is for the purpose to stay in hotel, the consideration is for work and personal value such as holiday, also the relaxation.Â

Persaingan tajam antara bisnis properti perusahaan meningkat seiring dengan bertambahnya populasi dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan rumah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis preferensi konsumen tentang penampilan rumah yang ditawarkan oleh pengembang perumahan di Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini pengunjung dari pameran perumahan diselenggarakan di beberapa Mall di Semarang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah persepsi responden tentang preferensi konsumen dalam jenis penampilan rumah dengan analisis deskriptif karena dalam analisis deskriptif akan mencerminkan pendapat sebenarnya dari responden penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil dan analisis, kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah: Jenis rumah yang konsumen paling sukai adalah tipe minimalis dan yang kedua adalah tipe Vernakular. Hal ini karena bentuk Minimalist yang ramping dan menarik di hampir setiap ruang. Tipe Minimalis juga memiliki keunikan yang sangat sederhana dan menarik juga modern. Jenis minimalis sangat populer dan harga yang lebih rendah. Sementara itu, jenis vernakular lebih hampir oleh pengusaha yang berasal dari masyarakat kelas tinggi dan mereka mengatakan jenis vernakular besar dan mewah, juga georgeous. [Title: Consumer Preference in Type of House Appearance Offered by Housing Developer in Semarang] Competition among companies property enhances along with increasing population coupled with the increasing needs of house. The purpose of this study is to analyze the consumer preference in type of house appearance offered by housing developer in Semarang. The method used in this research is qualitative methods because the qualitative methods more better in explaining the phenomena in practices. The analytical method used is depending on respondent perception about consumer preference in type of house appearance with descriptive analysis. The house type that the consumer prefer mostly is minimalist type and the second is Vernacular type. This is because the spare and streamlined is charming in almost any space.

This study aims to map the existence of the wooden houses of Omah Pencu and classifies their potencies as heritage buildings in the historic area of Kudus Kulon. Caring for indigenous cultural heritage will contribute to the strengthening of local identity. The traditional houses of Omah Pencu have been developing as the specific architecture since the end of the 17'th century, as a living place of the â€˜Gusjigang' community, and artifacts evident of the city heyday. However, the pressure of modernization-capitalization in the city caused several changes in their built environment and decreased the number of Omah Pencu. This research concern with the GIS interpretation methods and the direct observations use the questionnaire, interview, and architectural documentation. The findings provide an important database for preservation in the digital era. The digital mapping, combined with the mapping of tangible and intangible buildings, produces digital information about the Omah Pencu building condition that has never been done before. Through this mapping, found that the participation effort of the community caused the sustainability of preservation. It is a very significant bottom-up participation. Â However, toward sustainable preservation, a strategy, planning, design, and management that integrated all stakeholders and resources by utilizing digital technology are needed.
