Abstract

Submission of information is an important thing in a system. A good system that is able to communicate to its users by conveying information correctly and clearly. In the examiner rating system found in Raharja College before the system still did not provide information about theprofile of the Thesis and Final Project students. Submitting the lack of information is felt to make the previously running system unable to communicate to its users. Therefore it is necessary to develop a student profile information system so that it can communicate to its usersclearly. After the examiner assessment system that has been developed becomes online, the student profile information system is also developed online by adding some information that can make the system more communicating to its users. Research to develop a student profile information system on the assessment of trial examiners using observational research methods, interviews and literature studies. The researcher made observations by looking at the shortcomings of the system, then conducting interviews with stakeholders, then the researchers sought similar research in order to solve the problems that had been obtained. It is expected that after being applied to the Testing Assessment system, the delivery of information regarding the profile of the Thesis trial and Final Project students can be better and clearer. Because information about student profiles is very important for examiners in providing trial scores to Thesis and Final Project students.

Abstract

Cooperatives function to build and develop the potential economic capacity of members to improve economic and social welfare. Cooperatives are established aiming to realize the welfare of members in particular and the community at large and participate in building the national economic order in order to create an advanced, just and prosperous society based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Cooperatives organize several types of businesses such as savings and loans, all-round shops there and general trade. In running the business, the cooperative conducts bookkeeping to find out the profit / loss of the cooperative and the amount of the remaining business results that are fair and comparable to the amount of business services of each member. In the bookkeeping process there were often several problems such as, not well recorded every small and routine transaction, there were miscalculation caused by human error, the slow process of calculating the remaining business results which caused delays in making the report. To overcome this, it is necessary to design a bookkeeping information system model in the form of use case diagrams as a design model and class diagram as a database model and system application as a form of implementation, so that it isable to create a bookkeeping information system for monitoring cooperative transactions in supporting the calculation of the remaining results business effectively, efficiently, quickly and accurately.

Abstract

The Indonesian country which is famous for its tropical climate has now experienced a shift in two seasons (dry season and rainy season). This has an impact on cropping and harvesting systems among farmers. In large scale this is very influential considering that farmers in Indonesia are stilldependent on rainfall which results in soil moisture. Some types of plants that are very dependent on soil moisture will greatly require rainfall or water for growth and development. Through this research, researchers tried to make a prototype application for watering plants using ATMEGA328 microcontroller based soil moisture sensor. Development of application systems using the prototype method as a simple method which is the first step and can be developed again for large scale. The working principle of this prototype is simply that when soil moisture reaches a certainthreshold (above 56%) then the system will work by activating the watering system, if it is below 56% the system does not work or in other words soil moisture is considered sufficient for certain plant needs.

Abstract

The absence of props remains a constraint on the learning process interfacing subjects where students have difficulty understanding the material obtained, besides because of the lack of microcontroller practice experience, students don't understand how to operate the microcontroller and also because of the lack of basic knowledge about the microcontroller. The design of the microcontroller interface trainer is intended as a teaching aid to help understand microcontroller interfacing using the UART, SPI, and I2C protocols and can be used as an Internet of Things teaching aid to help students practice monitoring and controlling input output on microcontrollers using smartphones over the internet. In designing this trainer, the author had made direct observations on learning activities in interfacing subjects and conducted questions and answers with several students. This trainer uses RFID, RTC and LCD modules as interfacing props that are connected to the ESP32 microcontroller, and there are components in the form of LEDs and potentiometers to practice the concept of the Internet of Things. The GPIO header pins and microcontroller interface pins expansion are also available on this trainer which can be connected with more modules and other components. Modules and components in the design of this trainer are connected with the ESP32 microcontroller in one integrated circuit board so as to provide practicality in its use.

Abstract

PT Industira is one of the companies engaged in manufacturing Disassembly power panel (Disribution Board) for TL lamp lighting. To improve costumer service, PT Industira provides Quality Assurance & Customer Service Team Leader (QA & CS TL) as a container to accommodate various complaints handling provided by consumers. Based on the current system obtained the results that the system there are still some disadvantages are all still done manually that need a more accurate new system that is a web-based consumer complaint information system that uses PHP programming with Notepad ++ and MySql database creation. From the process is generated a web-based consumer complaints system that can reduce the ineffectiveness and inefficiency in the delivery of complaints, grievance shelter, data processing complaints, decision makers to the preparation of complaints so that the entire process of handling complaints properly monitored.

Abstract

The Car Automotive Filter Store is a business venture in the sale of car filters including oil filters, air filters and fuel filters. Automotive Filter Car Stores currently do not have a website to market car filter sales. The car filter sales transaction system as well as making orders and sales reports are still conventional so as to allow data loss, so that a good storage media is needed and properly managed using a website application. The purpose of this study the author wants to make a design website for car filter sales to facilitate Automotive Filter Car Stores in managing sales transactions. The form of data collection in this study uses the method of observation and literature. The author's software development method uses the waterfall method. Programming language in designing car sales website filters using PHP and HTML. As for the database, I use MySQL. The results of this study are expected to produce a car filter sales website that will help Automotive Car Filter Stores in managing sales transactions and car filter order reports.

Abstract

Seminars and workshops are inseparable activities from the world of education in higher education. As the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education is teaching, research and service. The results of the research conducted require publication through writing or seminars and workshops. However, there are still many seminars and workshops that hold it conventionally starting from the announcement of the event, registration of participants, to the process of implementing the event. So that it feels less effective. Therefore a Smart Seminar and web and Android based Workshop system is needed, which can facilitate the announcement of events and registration of participants online, absent attendees with QRCode, and make participants able to ask questions directly through the application without interrupting the content being conveyed by the speaker. The research method that was carried out in the first stage was collecting data and information through interviews, literature studies, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with seminar and workshop experts. The second stage is to build the system using the Waterfall type SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. The Waterfall Model provides a sequential or sequential software lifecycle approach starting from analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance. The results of the Smart Seminar and Worksop system design can facilitate educational institutions in conducting seminars and workshops effectively and more quality, as well as more interactive between participants and speakers in terms of questions and answers. This application can be accessed via a web browser or with an Android application.

Abstract

Companies that are engaged in general trading, suppliers and distributors for the procurement of goods or equipment and services to assist the operations and management of companies, especially improving company services in the field of drinking water are still using manual systems, where data is reported in written form, making it difficult , ineffective and efficient in inputting data and searching for goods. Therefore, this study proposes making a control inventory system to create a faster, more precise and accurate system. The analysis and modeling systems for programs use unified modeling language (UML) as a tool to help in object-oriented programming languages which are then implemented with the php programming language and use MySQL as a database. From this study, an inventory system can be produced that can monitor stock of goods in the warehouse properly, effectively and efficiently so that it can support services and improve customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The airport is one of the entry gates of a country, in the airport there are many work divisions that support and facilitate all existing activities, one of which is a cleaning service that has a large enough function that is to improve cleanliness and comfort in the airport area, cleaning services that exist when This is managed by the company and works with companies that focus on cleaning service in each terminal. The placement of the cleaning service area is still manual and takes a lot of time and involves several parts in the process, and inhibits in terms of time in the process of cleaning the area at the airport so that it can reduce the quality of services that have an inconvenience, to overcome the problem. which is currently running to find out the components of the problem that exist. The results to be achieved in this study is the application of a system that facilitates the process, namely by making an information system placement of web-based cleaning service work areas that is used as a reference in the system development process later. The analytical method used in this study uses the PIECES method, to assist in the process of analyzing the system that has been running. The Programming Language used in building this system uses PHP, MySQL as a database to store master data, transactions and users.

Abstract

The One Stop Integrated Services Investment Office (DPMPTSP) is one part of the Regency / City Government Center that serves licensing, one of which is the course. In practice, some regencies / cities actually have an online licensing system, besides that DPMPTSP also has its own website for course licensing but in practice both application systems are rarely used by people who want to take care of permits for various reasons, including administrative requirements that are difficult, access constraints that are sometimes problematic, the length of response time is compared to direct dating and so on. The purpose of this study is to find out the process of licensing the course, create an effective and efficient licensing system concept, and create a concept of a fast and accurate licensing system course. So the authors get alternative solutions to the problem that the public must be familiar with the online system and procedures in licensing the course should not be too long so that the community is easier to manage permits, besides the proposed system, is expected to be a companion to the existing licensing system dealing with dating directly.
