Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior has been recognized as an important variable for every organization both in academicians and practitioners. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of organizatinal citizenship behavior as mediator on the relationship between perceived organizational support, job characteritics and knowledge sharing. The number of respondents in this study was 37 employees of the Civil Servants in the Public Works and Public Housing Agency of the West Sumatra Region of Padang City. The results of analysis revealed that perceived organizational support and job characteristics did not affect directly knowledge sharing. However, perceived organizational support was found to have positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior while job characteristics did not influence organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, organizational citizenship behavior was found to have positive effect on knowledge sharing. In addition, organizational citizenship behavior was proven to mediate the relationship between perceived organizational support and knowledge sharing. However, it did not mediate the relationship between job characteristics and knowledge sharing.

Abstract

The use of a Route Planning (SRP) strategy information system can support marketing performance improvement at PT. Rasa Prima Selaras. Because of this the researcher wants to test the extent of the influence of the Route Planning Strategy (SRP) on Marketing Performance and how much influence the Route Planning Strategy (SRP) has on marketing performance. The method in this research is to use the method through research activities. In research researchers used survey research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is an outlet that is domiciled in the city of Muara Bungo, as many as 103 outlets. From the population, the sampling technique used is Totaly Sampling. Totaly Sampling is a sampling procedure in which the entire population is taken and made a respondent or sample. From the sampling technique, it was found that the samples in this study were 103 people. The use of Information Systems (X) has a significant effect on Marketing Performance (Y). Can be seen from the significant value of tcount ≥ ttable t, which is 2.830> 1.937 or the significance value (0.006) <α = (0.05), meaning that H is accepted. Where this shows the Use of Information Systems Strategies Route Planning (X) affect the Marketing Performance (Y) at PT. Rasa Prima Selaras.

Abstract

   The purpose of this study is to analyze the capital market reaction from the impact of religious holidays which will be indicated by the presence or absence of abnormal return and trading volume activity. The sample used is the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). This type of research is event study so that the observation period is used to see reactions before and after the event occurs. The events used in this study were the Birthday of the Prophet Muhammad, Isra Mi'raj, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha and Islamic New Year. The observation period used is from 2014 to 2017. The research period used was 7 days before the event and 7 days after the event. Data sources are obtained from Yahoo Finance, Sahamok.com and IDX. The data used in this study are secondary data, such as stock closing prices, IHSG closing prices and stock trading volume. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis in this study is a paired t-test. The results showed that Eid al-Adha holidays had a significant difference to the abnormal return and trading volume activity before and after holidays. There were no significant differences in the abnormal return and trading volume activity before and after the Miraj Isra holiday. While the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, Eid holidays and Islamic New Year holidays there is no significant difference between abnormal stock returns and there are differences in trading volume activity before and after holidays.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Capital Structure as well as factors that affect it on the company in Sub Sector Property & Real Estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchangeperiod 2011 to 2015. The sampling technique in this study is the technique of Full Samplingwhere all the population into a sample that is as many as 26 companies. The analytical method used to test the factors affecting the Capital Structure is Multiple Linear Regression and using t Test.This study found that profitability and asset structure has no significant effect on Capital Structure while firm size has positive effect on Capital Structure.

Abstract

.Rattan commodity are commodities who could be developed. Cluster Strategies used to develop small and medium Industry Rattan in Padang city in order to have the competitiveness and becomes a formidable industry. This study examines the factors of cluster strategies are influential on the development of the industry significantly. Those factors include: internal networks and partnerships, entrepreneurship, skills management, availability of the physical infrastructure, the quality of local government support, the quality of the support of large companies, research and development, quality support the association of industry and commerce, financial/access to business financing, availability of transportation services, and access marketing output. The object of the research was a small rattan industry cluster Padang city which is located in the Tanah Sirah Pitameh sub district of Lubuk Begalung Gadut, and Bandar Buat Padang. The research of using primary data i.e. field observations, interviews and questionnaires as well as the spread of secondary data obtained through agencies associated with the research. To answer the issue raised was used the method of multiple regression analysis. The results of field research through the dissemination of the close questionnaire and open questionnaire. There are 10 influential variables are not significantly while the influential financial variables significantly to the success of the rattan industry development.

Abstract

Applying the conceptual framework of value-attitude-behavior relationship, the present study investigates the role of ethical judgment as mediating effect religiosity to green purchase behavior. Using linier regression analysis, the role of ethical judgment, religiosity on green purchase behavior are investigated. The subject of the research is costumer in Padang. Results suggest that religiosity positive significant to green purchase behavior. But, ethical judgment has partial mediated between religiosity on green purchase behavior. Implications and directions for future research are discussed.

Abstract

This research has two objectives. First, to examine the effect of an organizational commitment, leader member exchange to organizational citizenship behavior. Second, the moderating of organizational culture on organizational commitment, leader member exchange to organizational citizenship behavior. The subject of the research is employees who work in Bank Nagari Padang. The data is collected by using questionnaires, distributed to 150 employees. The survey was conducted on 150 employees in Bank Nagari Padang. Total of 125 questionnaires that were collected questionnaires, only 120 questionnaires that can be processed. Data analysis using moderated regression analysis. The results showed that organizational commitment consist of affective and normative commitment and also leader member exchange had significantly effect to organizational citizenship behavior, but continuace commitment had no effect to organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational culture is not a moderator effect of organizational commitment, leader member exchange to to organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of electronic service quality, perceived value, perceived trust and e-loyalty in online shooping. Data for this study were collected by offline and online survey and administered to 237respondents. The hypothesis testing was conducted using  simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The study found that there is positive and significant relationship between electronic service quality and perceived value, electronicservicequality and perceived trust, perceived value and e-loyalty and perceived trust and e-loyalty. Consequently, based on findings, electronic service quality, perceived value, perceived trust areconsidered to be antecendent of e-loyalty.

Abstract

The research examines the influence of ownership structure, corporate governance and agency cost on corporate at Indonesian Stock Exchange.Panel data is used in this research. Type of ownership is determined by managerial ownership and institutional ownership. Corporate governance measured by number of director and percentage of independent commissioners. Proxy of agency cost is expense ratio. The results of this study show that institutional ownership and number of director reduces the agency cost significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of human resources management practises  to employee attitude at State Own Company. Data were collected with purposive sampling technique and SEM - smartPLS 2.0 M3 analyses were used. The results prove that human resources management practices and intrinsic motivation influence to work attitude, while knowledge of psychological contract is not significant. Trust is not influence to knowledge of psychological contract, but intrinsic motivation and human resources management practices are significant
