Abstract

Efforts to speed up generative phalaenopsis hybrids can be done with the application of hormone GA3 and Gandasil B fertilizer. The study aimed to determine the effect of the hormone GA3 and Gandasil B fertilizer on the growth of hybrid Phalaenopsis orchids. The study was conducted at Green house Jalan Tlogomas Kec. Lowokwaru, Malang City, for 5 months. The study was carried out using factorial complete randomized design (CRD) with 2 factors. Factor I: concentration of GA3 (gibirelin) consists of 3 KO levels = without GA3 (control) K1 = 100 ppm K2 = 200 ppm Factor II: Gandasil B Fertilization Frequency P1 = 1 x / week P2 = 2x / week. The variables observed include: when buds appear, leaf length, leaf width and root length. There is an interaction between GA3 concentration and Gandasil B frequency on the number of leaves (age 6 weeks), leaf length (age 2-4) and leaf width (age 8 weeks), GA3 hormone concentration affects when new shoots appear. Phalaenopsis hybrid, has an effect on GA3 100 ppm and Gandasil B fertilization 1 times / week with an increase in the number of leaves 0.94, the increase in leaf length 1.69 cm and an increase in leaf width of 1.10 cm. The results showed that there were Phalaenopsis hybrids, affecting GA3 100 ppm and Gandasil B fertilization 1 time / week. Upaya mepercepat masa generatif Phalaenopsis hibrida, dapat dilakukan dengan aplikasi hormon GA3 dan pupuk Gandasil B. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hormon GA3 dan pupuk Gandasil B terhadap pertumbuhan anggrek Phalaenopsis hibrida. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Green house Jalan Tlogomas Kec. Lowokwaru, Kota Malang, selama 5 bulan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) faktorial dengan 2 faktor. Faktor I: konsentrasi GA3 (gibirelin) terdiri dari 3 level KO = tanpa GA3 (kontrol) K1 = 100 ppm K2 = 200 ppm Factor II: Frekwensi Pemupukan Gandasil B P1 = 1 x / minggu P2 = 2 x / minggu. Variabel yang diamati meliputi: saat muncul tunas, panjang daun, lebar daun dan panjang akar. Terdapat interaksi antara konsentrasi GA3 dan Frekwensi Gandasil B terhadap pertambahan jumlah daun (umur 6 minggu), pertambahan panjang daun (umur 2-4) dan pertambahan lebar daun (umur 8 minggu), Konsentrasi hormon GA3 berpengaruh pada saat muncul tunas baru. Phalaenopsis hibrida, berpengaruh pada GA3 100 ppm dan pemupukan Gandasil B 1 kali/minggu dengan Pertambahan jumlah daun 0.94, pertambahanpanjang daun 1.69 cm dan pertambahan lebar daun 1.10 cm.
