Abstract

This research is to talk about the advantages of MoGraph as one reliability feature in 3D modeling application, 4D Cinema as the implemented example in Cinta Laura video clip. The advantage in MoGraph is the ability to create multiple object moving effect accordingly and (or) randomly easily and efficiently, also supported by the render quality of Cinema 4D that clean and relatively fast. The advantage made MoGraph Cinema 4D is suitable to use to enrich the visual effect a motion graphic work. The quality is hoped to support MoGraph usage as more creative. Regarding today’s visual variation is effected by the digital technology development, therefore the implementation of MoGraph Conema 4D is hoped to be optimally supporting creativity in making video clip in motion graphic art content.

Abstract

Majapahit is believed to be a great civilization that once have been victorious in our archipelago. Although much is known about the Majapahit, but it turns out more obscure facts have not been revealed and need to be explored in more depth. One is how the people of Majapahit live their life, how they built the civilization by building houses and how they manage their social environment. Using CGI (Computer Generated Imagery) Technology a "replica" Majapahit life can be built by combining the findings of archaeological and engineering-based digital animation 3d.

Abstract

Corruption in Indonesia is such a life culture that is hardly to be eradicated. In order to solve it, there must be serious and strong will. Campaigning through public service advertising is one part of good moral message disseminating efforts. In producing PSA about corruption, it needs special strategy so the disseminated message could be transferred easily by target audience. One method is creative approach in advertising strategy. To make the production easier, there are stages: pre-production, production and post-production. Production method is through photographic and motion graphic. Motion graphic generally time-based visual media cutting which combine film language and graphic design. The result is a public service advertising film 60’ durated time, in anti-corruption theme. Meanwhile, disseminated message about close relationship between a mother and her child, unhappy because her child is a corruptor. Thus, audience will easily emotionally touched through this public service advertising.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to learn about how IP character can help students remembering their lesson. In this case we apply the research to a subject that majority students having difficulty to learn, it is chemistry. Some students say that chemistry is the hardest subject for them. Some say that the hardest part is to remember codes and elements on chemistry. Even they said it is the most boring subject, and usually they get a bad mark for it. Based on our survey, we find out that most of students having difficulties to study the subject using traditional method. They prefer to learn using graphics, because it is easier to remember the codes. For this case, we create a set of play card that can help students remembering the chemicals codes. Each card has a unique IP Character that resembles chemical element. Writers also add an element, which could make the chemistry lesson easier to understand, that is game. A game rule will be applied on the card game, and it will help student learned chemistry. And to make it more attractive and fun, we also try to put some technology to the game. Using a technology called Augment Reality, we try to engage students more.
