<![CDATA[Pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan masyarakat merasakan kesulitan ekonomi. Menghadapi kesulitan ekonomi seperti ini, masyarakat membutuhkan lembaga yang dapat membantu mereka memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya dengan harga yang terjangkau dan mempunyai keberpihakan kepada masyarakat. Lembaga yang tepat untuk itu adalah koperasi. Berkaitan dengan itu tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta berinisiatif memberikan pelatihan pengelolaan koperasi dalam rangka pengembangan ekonomi kerakyatan kepada ibu-ibu PKK Nusa Indah dan Teratai di Dusun Pedusan RT 58, Desa Argosari, Kec. Sedayu, Bantul. Pelaksanaan program dalam pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu tahap persiapan (penilaian kebutuhan pelatihan), pelaksanaan (pengembangan program pelatihan) dan evaluasi program pelatihan. Hasil dan target luaran yang dicapai adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Berdasarkan evaluasi dan refleksi, 80% peserta pelatihan sudah mengetahui semua persyaratan yang dibutuhkan untuk mendirikan koperasi, 2) Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang dasar hukum koperasi, tujuan, fungsi dan prinsip koperasi, jenis-jenis koperasi dan pembentukan koperasi.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the sharia bonds of sukuk ijarah. The problem in this study is the factors causing default of sukuk ijarah at Berlian Laju Tanker, Ltd. This research is quantitative descriptive. The data studied in this research is secondary data. The technique used is the method of documentation with quantitative descriptive analysis method. The study found that factors causing default of sukuk ijarah Berlian Laju Tanker, Ltd. are: 1) Breaking the principle of profit sharing into fixed interest; The company establishes a system for profit provided is a fixed interest rate of 10% per annum payable quarterly (3 months). Giving profit in the form of fixed interest is a violation of sharia principles, especially the prohibition of usury usage. 2) The use of sukuk ijarah to repay the debt; In the Prospectus of Berlian Laju Tanker, Ltd. 2007 stated that the proceeds of the bonds will be used to repay the company's debt. This makes the sukuk ijarah funds received become unproductive, whereas the interest to be paid is large enough, resulting the company is unable to meet its obligations (default).]]>

<![CDATA[This research covers operating cost at PT Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk. the period 2006-2017. The problem being studied is operational cost control at PT Berlian Laju Tanker year 2006-2017. This research is quantitative descriptive. The data studied in this research is secondary data. The technique used is the method of documentation with quantitative descriptive analysis method. The study found that operational budget can not control operational budget effectively in PT Berlian Laju Tanker at 2006-2017 (unproved hypothesis). Because planned operational is not match with realization operational which is actual cost lower than actual requirement. This because the company try to cut the high costs, so the amount budgeted does not fit the needs. Indispensable, the company needs the costs. This is what causes the deviation of the realization of the operating budget.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prosedur clearance in dan clearance out kapal milik PT. Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data terbagi menjadi 4 bagian yaitu: metode observasi secara langsung di lapangan,) metode interview atau wawancara dengan kepala cabang beserta staf atau karyawan PT. Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines (SPIL) Cabang Jakarta, metode documenter terkait dengan dokumen yang diperlukan pada saat proses clearance in dan clearance out kapal, metode studi pustaka yang berhubungan dengan prosedur clearance in dan clearance out kapal. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa di dalam kegiatan clearance in dan clearance out kapal pihak dinas luar PT. Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines diharuskan melakukan kegiatan tepat dan cepat. Prosedur sudah dilakukan dengan baik. Semua kegiatan sudah terorganisir untuk mengurangi kesalahan saat melakukan kegiatan clearance in dan clearance out kapal tersebut.]]>

<![CDATA[This research examines the implications of spiritual intelligence to the work performance of Yogyakarta Maritime College (STIMARYO) lecturers. The reseach problem is the influence of spiritual intelligence factor on Yogyakarta Maritime College lecturers' to their work achievement.This research is a quantitative study that uses primary data as the data source. The data were obtained from distributing questionnaires to Yogyakarta Maritime College lecturers. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results of the research concluded that there was a positive and significant influence of the spiritual intelligence factors to the work achievement of Yogyakarta Maritime College lecturers. The existence of a positive influence is known from the regression coefficient of 0.534. The existence of a significant influence is known from the results of the F test and t test which get a significance value of 0.001 (< 0.05) which means that the independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable.Keywords: Influence, Spiritual Intelligence Factor, work achievementPenelitian ini meneliti implikasi kecerdasan spiritual terhadap prestasi kerja dosen Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta (STIMARYO). Masalah yang diteliti adalah pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap prestasi kerja dosen Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan data primer sebagai sumber datanya. Data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan kesimpulan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari faktor kecerdasan spiritual terhadap prestasi kerja dosen Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta. Adanya pengaruh positif, diketahui dari nilai koefisien regresi sebesar positif 0,534. Adanya pengaruh signifikan diketahui dari hasil uji F dan uji t yang mendapatkan nilai signifikansi 0,001 (< 0,05) yang berarti bahwa variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel terikat.Kata kunci: Pengaruh, Faktor Kecerdasan Spiritual, Prestasi Kerja]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya PT Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk. (BLTA) keluar dari suspensi bursa efek. Masalah yang diteliti adalah apa yang menyebabkan BLTA mengalami gagal bayar hingga harus disuspensi dan bagaimana upaya-upaya yang dilakukan BLTA dalam melepaskan diri dari suspensi BEI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan library research. Penelitian menemukan bahwa hal-hal yang menyebabkan BLTA mengalami gagal bayar sehingga dijatuhi sanksi suspensi antara lain: 1) Turunnya permintaan angkutan laut dunia;2) Overcapacity pelayaran; 3) Dominasi global terminal operator; 4) Banyak negara meningkatkan daya saing dengan mengkhu-suskan struktur armada dan industri maritim tertentu. Upaya-upaya BLTA melepaskan diri dari suspensi adalah: 1) Meminta dukungan dari para pemegang saham untuk mendukung langkah-langkah BLTA melepaskan diri dari suspensi; 2) Melakukan advokasi terkait pencabutan sahamnya; 3) Melakukan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang; 4) Merestrukturisasi utang dengan konversi menjadi saham melalui penerbitan saham baru tanpa hak memesan efek dahulu; 5) Mengalihkan 27 unit kapal kepada konsorsium kreditur mandated lead arranger (MLA), NewCo sebagai bagian dari upaya merestrukturisasi obligasi senilai US$ 584 juta; 6) Melakukan perdamaian dengan pihak-pihak yang memiliki piutang.]]>

<![CDATA[Improving the quality of Human Resources in the marine sector through the development of Vocational High Schools in the Maritime Sector still faces challenges. Link and match with industry have not happened thoroughly other than that educators are not adequate. Vocational High School teachers have not met the needs, so it is necessary to develop the management of Vocational High Schools in the maritime sector. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to conduct training to develop maritime school management to make vocational high schools in the maritime field a Center of Excellence (CoE) in Supporting the Learning Process. The method used in this service activity is training carried out with three kinds, namely: lecture method, discussion and question and answer method as well as an evaluation method. The results of the service show that with this training, the CoE of vocational education vocational schools that are increasingly relevant to the demands of community needs that are constantly changing according to the development of the business/industry world and can support the learning process regularly and continuously. The results of the training evaluation showed the enthusiasm and positive motivation of the trainees which was marked by the value of the evaluation results of the implementation of the training obtained an average score of excellent criteria of 79.33% and a good of 20.67%. After the training, it is hoped that training participants can hone their skills in developing maritime school management.]]>

<![CDATA[A procurement for the smooth arrival and departure of ships (port clearance) must be in accordance with existing procedures so that ships can leave the port and arrive safely at the destination port. The purpose of this study is to determine activities related to the clearance of document management by PT. Pelayaran Sumatra Timur Indonesia. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. In the research method, there are two types of data in this study, namely primary data and secondary data. There are 3 methods of obtaining the data needed during the research time including observation methods, interview methods and documentation methods. The results showed that the clearance activity of PT. East Sumatra Indonesia shipping there are several procedures for handling documents on ships, namely, checking shipping orders, checking cargo manifests or loading lists and checking cargo shipping lists or boot notes and other important ship requirements. The document clearance procedure is divided into two, namely clearance in and clearance out. The clearance procedure is the process of obtaining permits for ships that will arrive at the port to related agencies. Clearance out the procedure on PT. East Sumatra Indonesia shipping includes after the ship has finished carrying out activities at the port and will again sail out of the port area, the agent re-requests the ship's departure or clearance.]]>
