Abstract

The activities of the shipping sector are divided into two, commercial and non-commercial shipping. In order to support sea transportation facilities, infrastructure in the form of a port is needed. The port is a stop / terminal of the ship after a cruise. At the port the ship carries out a variety of activities, such as the ups and downs of passengers, loading and unloading of goods, refueling, and fresh water. In order to support business activities for its own interests, a Special Terminal (Tersus) can be built. For the construction of the tersus, CV Bina Lestari Jaya coordinates with the government and prepares concepts thoroughly, takes care of licensing which has quite complicated stages and requirements, because it requires a survey with accurate data, both location determination, feasibility studies both on land and at sea / water. It also needs to consider the economic aspects, efficiency, environmental impact and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety). Furthermore, a feasibility study was accompanied by a Palembang Class 1 Navigation District technical team. In this study, the authors used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach.

Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is a necessity for everyone in carrying out work and daily activities. Undisciplined worker behavior factors, inappropriate work methods, changes in workplaces, equipment, causes of work accidents. In order to ensure the implementation of K3, NPCT1 implements regulations that must be obeyed by all workers, employees and visiting guests. In this study, the authors used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Occupational Health and Safety (K3) and security are carried out very strictly and consistently so that it runs according to the stipulations. K3 is carried out by HSSE staff directly, the number of personnel is 16 (sixteen), divided into 4 teams with excellent and professional performance in carrying out Port Patrol Inspection.NPCT1 has a Port Clinic as a health service for workers. Port Clinic is manned by 2 (two) doctors and 4 (four) paramedics. With careful preparation, very strict implementation and supervision and consistent evaluation in the implementation of K3, then within a period of 3 (three) consecutive years, from 18 August 2016 to 18 August 2019, there were no accidents (Zero Accident), so NPCT1 received appreciation of the Zero Accident Award in the form of a Zero Accident Award from the manager of Tanjung Priok Port.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “E-Marketing sebagai bentuk pemasaran darurat dalam meningkatkan minat pendaftar pada masa pandemi covid-19.” Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menemukan cara efektif bagaimana menarik perhatian pendaftar sebagai taruna baru di Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Subyek penelitian ini adalah Taruna baru semester satu jurusan Diploma 3 Manajemen Transportasi Laut, Diploma 3 Permesinan Kapal, Diploma 3 Studi Nautika dan S1 Transportasi dikarenakan taruna tersebut masih sangat baru masuk menjadi taruna di Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta. Obyek Penelitian ini adalah E-Marketing, Pemasaran Darurat, Pemasaran di era Pandemi Covid-19 di Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta. Dari sisi perguruan tinggi sekolah maritim yang ada di Yogyakarta ini menunjukkan keunikannya dimana Yogyakarta belum mempunyai pelabuhan komersial untuk kapal-kapal cargo namun mampu mencetak lulusan di bidang kepelabuhanan dan kemaritiman. Hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel-variabel E-Marketing dan Pemasaran Darurat berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pemasaran yang dilakukan di era Pandemi Covid-19, dimana interaksi tatap muka dibatasi. Pengaruh variabel independen yaitu e-marketing dan pemasaran darurat terhadap variabel dependen pemasaran yang dilakukan di era Pandemi Covid-19 adalah 70%. Sedangkan 30% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain selain E-Marketing dan Pemasaran Darurat. Ini artinya eletronik marketing sangat efektif untuk menarik minat pendaftar.

Abstract

This research examines the implications of spiritual intelligence to the work performance of Yogyakarta Maritime College (STIMARYO) lecturers. The reseach problem is the influence of spiritual intelligence factor on Yogyakarta Maritime College lecturers' to their work achievement.This research is a quantitative study that uses primary data as the data source. The data were obtained from distributing questionnaires to Yogyakarta Maritime College lecturers. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results of the research concluded that there was a positive and significant influence of the spiritual intelligence factors to the work achievement of Yogyakarta Maritime College lecturers. The existence of a positive influence is known from the regression coefficient of 0.534. The existence of a significant influence is known from the results of the F test and t test which get a significance value of 0.001 (< 0.05) which means that the independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable.Keywords: Influence, Spiritual Intelligence Factor, work achievementPenelitian ini meneliti implikasi kecerdasan spiritual terhadap prestasi kerja dosen Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta (STIMARYO). Masalah yang diteliti adalah pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap prestasi kerja dosen Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan data primer sebagai sumber datanya. Data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan kesimpulan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari faktor kecerdasan spiritual terhadap prestasi kerja dosen Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta. Adanya pengaruh positif, diketahui dari nilai koefisien regresi sebesar positif 0,534. Adanya pengaruh signifikan diketahui dari hasil uji F dan uji t yang mendapatkan nilai signifikansi 0,001 (< 0,05) yang berarti bahwa variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel terikat.Kata kunci: Pengaruh, Faktor Kecerdasan Spiritual, Prestasi Kerja

Abstract

Import is a very important activity for a country, from these activities the state obtains income or meets the needs of society. The impact of the pandemic affects companies engaged in the import of goods, by enforcing WFH (Work From Home) employees, or doing work in the office with strict health protocols, the company requires employees to do a rapid antigen test every 1 or 2 weeks. The purpose of this study is to describe the services of importing goods during the pandemic. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive method.The data collection method is divided into 3 parts, namely: direct observation method in the field, interview method, document method. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the service of importing goods during the pandemic implements an online system service. Slow networks are obstacles that cause all service processes to customers to be slow, so they require a good network for the smooth process of activities. Due to the pandemic there is a special demand for importers, which requires all truck drivers/crew entering the warehouse to be tested, this results in additional time and costs incurred.

Abstract

The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) has the task of carrying out government duties in the fields of Meteorology, Climatology, Air Quality, and Geophysics by the provisions of the applicable legislation.  This study aims to search and utilize BMKG meteorological data in the Yogyakarta area. This research was conducted at the Mlati Climatology Station, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The analysis used uses descriptive analysis. The data collection method uses observation techniques, interviews, documentation from offline data centers, and BMKG online data. From the results of the study, the search for meteorological data of BMKG Yogyakarta for the benefit of the community includes inputting data until processing until it is published to the public through social media such as Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Email, Radio, and Television. The utilization and importance of BMKG weather information are very influential for the survival of the people in Yogyakarta. With the information from the BMKG, the community can know the weather forecasts in the next few days and adjust the work that makes the weather as its indicator such as farming, tourism, fisheries, transportation, trade, and government as well as government agencies working in the field of disaster management.

Abstract

In export activities, a shipping expedition company has a role in managing main documents, transportation, picking up empty containers, bringing them to the shipper and continuing until placing the containers in the container yard (CY). By using a qualitative method, this study analyzes the export procedures of Albasia Bare Core carried out by PT. Ocean Logistics Island Fortune. Data obtained through direct observation in the field, interviews and documentation. The study showed that the export procedures carried out by PT. Rejeki Pulau Samudera Logistics as a company engaged in a shipping expedition has been running well according to the Standard Operating Procedure set by the company. In handling the export of Albasia Bare Core, PT. Ocean Logistics Island Rejeki played important roles in managing export documents and transportation and also facilitating exporters to send goods abroad.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPedoman pembagian kerja (division of work) di dalam suatu organisasi akan dapat membantu ketepatan tugas dan tanggungjawab yang diberikan kepada masing-masing anggota dalam suatu organisasi. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM)  ini adalah untuk melakukan pelatihan terhadap pengurus Masjid Nurul Islam terkait pemahaman division of work masing-masing bagian selain itu melakukan pendampingan dalam pembuatan plan program kerja seksi dakwah takmir dalam rencana pelaksanaan Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPA) untuk dewasa. PKM ini dilaksanakan pada Tanggal  07 Agustus 2023-07 Maret 2024 yang bertempat di Masjid Nurul Islam Dusun Jetis Sinduadi Mlati Sleman Yogyakarta. Sasaran PKM adalah anggota yang tergabung dalam Organisasi Takmir Masjid Nurul Islam dengan jumlah peserta 14 orang. Alur PKM yaitu melakukan pengamatan/observasi lingkungan terkait kebutuhan, penyampaian materi, dan pendampingan pembuatan Konsep Implementasi Pelaksanaan TPA Dewasa dan pembuatan kinerja Seksi dakwah Organisasi Takmir Masjid. Hasil dari PKM ini adalah terlaksananya penyampain materi terkait pemahaman division of work masing-masing bagian Organisasi takmir Masjid Nurul Islam diantaranya penasehat, ketua, sekretaris, bendahara, sarana dan prasarana, dakwah / phbi, humas, keamanan. Terlaksananya pendampingan dalam pembuatan plan program kerja seksi dakwah takmir dalam rencana pelaksanaan Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPA) untuk dewasa mulai dari metode mengajar, pembuatan formulir pendaftaran, persiapan sebelum pembelajaran diantaranya terkait sistem pendanaan, sistem pembayaran, administrasi peserta termasuk pembuatan blanko penggolongan kelas, blanko presensi pembelajaran, blanko daftar kemajuan pembelajaran.. Kata kunci: division of work; plan program kerja; taman pendidikan al-quran. ABSTRACTGuidelines for the division of work in an organization will be able to help the accuracy of tasks and responsibilities given to each member of an organization. The purpose of this community service is to conduct training for the management of the Nurul Islam Mosque related to understanding the division of work of each section in addition to assisting in making a work program plan for the Dakwah Takmir section in the implementation plan of the Al-Quran Education Park for adults. The community service will be held on August 7, 2023-March 7, 2024. The target of the community service is members who are members of the Nurul Islam Mosque Takmir Organization with a total of 14 participants. The flow of community service is to make environmental observations related to needs, deliver material, and assist in making the Concept of Implementation of Adult Landfill Implementation and making the performance of the Da'wah Section of the Takmir Masjid Organization. The result of this community service is the implementation of the material presentation related to the understanding of the division of work of each part of the Nurul Islam Mosque Takmir organization including advisors, chairman, secretary, treasurer, facilities and infrastructure, da'wah / phbi, public relations, security. The implementation of assistance in making a work program plan for the dakwah takmir section in the implementation plan of the Al-Quran Education Park for adults starting from teaching methods, making registration forms, preparation before learning including related to the funding system, payment system, participant administration including making class classification blanks, learning attendance blanks, learning progress list blanks. Keywords: division of work; work program plan; al-quran education park

Abstract

Human capital is an investment in human resources which will significantly influence the welfare and economic growth of a country. Improving human capital is one of the development targets of Sumberadi Village, Sleman Yogyakarta. Providing education or training becomes the concern to support human resources to be competitive in the world of work is the main objective of this community service. The method applied in this community service is simulated-based technique. This community service offered a training emphasizing on softskills: English and public speaking as an effort to boost the human capital. The method used is simulation-based technique which explores more on practice that is made based on real-life situation. The training involved 25 participants of Sumberadi Village with the range of age between 18-45 years old. The result shows the improvement of the participant’s English skills in basic level and their ability to perform in public. Even, the partcipants request to have an English Club as a medium to contiune practicing their English
