Computer-based management information systems have begun to be widely used in the health environment especially in the field of nursing. A developing computer technology strategy for nursing education is the simultaneous use of virtual nursing. Management information systems in Indonesia are still experiencing many obstacles. Outside Indonesia, technology has a lot to help management of nursing education, especially the use of computers in nursing care. This computer is based on three dimensions, by working to simulate the experience of the patient as if it were real and in a risk-free environment, in which there are training sessions up to clinical decision making with diverse patient conditions, and immediately provide feedback. In Indonesia, the process of using computers in nursing documentation is very slow, so it needs to refresh the application of nursing information systems for the development of nursing education. Keywords: nursing documentation, virtual nursing management information system (VRS) ABSTRAK Sistem informasi manajemen berbasis komputer sudah mulai banyak digunakan di lingkungan kesehatan terutama dalam bidang keperawatan, Sebuah strategi teknologi komputer yang sedang berkembang untuk pendidikan keperawatan adalah penggunaan simultan virtual keperawatan. Sistem informasi manajemen di Indonesia ternyata masih banyak mengalami kendala. Di luar Indonesia, teknologi telah banyak membantu manajemen pendidikan keperwatan, terutama penggunaan komputer dalam asuhan keperawatan. Komputer ini berbasis tiga dimensi, dengan cara kerja mensimulasikan pengalaman pasien yang seakan nyata dan di lingkungan bebas risiko, di dalamnya terdapat sesi latihan sampai dengan pengambilan keputusan klinis dengan kondisi pasien yang beragam, serta langsung memberikan umpan balik. Di Indonesia, proses pemanfaatan komputer dalam dokumentasi keperawatan sangat lambat, sehingga perlu penyegaran penerapan sistem informasi keperawatan untuk pengembangan pendidikan keperawatan. Background: Stroke is a disease caused by disruption of blood flow to areas of the brain that are blocked in the cerebral or cervical arteries which result in decreased or even loss of function controlled by brain tissue. One of the effects caused by stroke is hemiparesis. Rehabilitation therapy plays an important role in a comprehensive restoration of bodily functions due to stroke, this program aims to restore function to reduce disability, one of the treatments is to use acupuncture meridian points. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of acupuncture meridian points in increasing muscle strength in stroke patients. Methods: The research design used in this study was a randomized controlled trial (RCT) design. The number of samples of all stroke patients at the Holistic nursing therapy clinic in Probolinggo and the Healer School Jember Clinic that met the inclusion criteria from October 2020 to March 2021 were 270 respondents. Data collection techniques used observation sheets to assess muscle strength before and after the intervention of acupuncture meridian points in stroke patients. Data analysis used was the Wilcoxon test with a statistical significance value accepted if p <0.05. Results: The results of the data analysis of the intervention group showed a significant value of hand muscle strength (p 0.003; α 0.05) and leg (p 0.005, α 0.05) where (p <0.05) it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in strength. A muscle in the intervention group before and after being given acupuncture. The findings of this study suggest that there is a significant effect of acupuncture on lower and upper muscle strength. Conclusion: In general, the use of acupuncture meridian points can increase muscle strength in stroke patients, so the use of acupuncture meridian points can provide benefits for restoring muscle strength in stroke patients.

Abstract Rehabilitation therapy has an important role in restoring bodily functions comprehensively due to stroke which aims to restore function so as to reduce disability. One therapy that nurses can do is to use acupuncture meridian points. Acupuncture is considered to play a leading role in the treatment of symptoms related to stroke. This literature review aims to analyze the benefits of the acupuncture points in stroke rehabilitation. The research method used by the author is a literature review using several databases namely Pubmed, Cochrane Library, EbscoHost, Proquest and Google Scholar from 2008 to 2018. An article that discusses rehabilitation of stroke patients using acupuncture meridian points is used as a medium of rehabilitation. The literature search results show that the rehabilitation of acupuncture meridian points provides the benefits of recovery of stroke symptoms such as hemiparese, dyspagia, dementia, and reduced volume and infarction including neurological deficits so as to improve the quality of life for stroke patients. A cute hemiparesis can develop in response to a variety of cerebral diseases including intracerebral hemorrhage and ischemic stroke, Pelvic stability training is an exercise protocol designed based on neurophysiological and biomechanical aspects of pelvic stability designed based on the performance of each patient so as to increase pelvic stability. pelvic stability training is carried out for 30 minutes, 3 times per week, for 3 weeks. Pelvic stability training (PST) exercises have been shown to improve motor function in the lower extremities both in muscle strength, and to help meet ADL.

Kekerasan seksual merupakan keterlibatan anak dalam aktivitas seksual dengan orang dewasa atau dengan anak kecil lainnya yang anak tidak memahami sepenuhnya , tidak mampu memberikan persetujuan untuk melakukan dan kegiatan ini melanggar hukum atau tabu sosial masyarakat. diagram Fishbone sebagai alat (tool) yang menggambarkan sebuah cara yang lebih sistematis dalam melihat berbagai masalah merupakan salah satu pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi prilaku kekerasan dalam penerapan asuhan keperawatan komunitas. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus, sampel penelitian ini adalah di anak sekolah dasar yang berisiko terjadi kekerasan seksual. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan telaah data puskesmas setempat. Hasil analisis situasi Fishbone didapat diangnosa keperawatan terkait masalah risiko kekerasan seksual pada anak sekolah yaitu masalah ketidakefektifan pemeliharaan kesehatan tentang pencegahan kekerasan seksual pada agregat anak usia sekolah berhubungan dengan isufisiensi sumber social dan pengetahuan.
