Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model latihan massed practice terhadap keterampilan passing bolabasket pada pemain Jombang basketball club. Bolabasket merupakan salah satu permainan yang sangat digemarin dikalangan masyarakat jombang, banyak diantaran yang mengikuti pelatihan di Jombang basketball club adalah kalangan pelajar baik mulai kelompok umur 13 tahun sampai 16 tahun. Pemahamman keterampilan bolabasket sangatlah penting karena akan mendukung skill pemain JBC. Banyak teknik dasar yang harus dipahami oleh para pemain ball handling, dribbling, passing, catching, shooting, rebounding dll. . Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Desain dalam penelitian ini menggunakan One Group Pretest-Posttest Desaign. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain Jombang basketball club. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini mengunakan uji T (uji beda). Hasil Paired Sample T-test menunjukkan bahwa model latihan massed practice nilai signifikansi 0,00, yang kurang dari nilai alpha (0,05) H0 ditolak. Dengan demikian dari hasil variabel terikat pada kelompok penelitian dinyatakan sig>alpha, dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh model latihan massed practice terhadap keterampilan passing bolabasket pada pemain Jombang basketball club.

Abstract

In the survey that has been carried out, the team athletes from Jombang Basketball Club seem unable to be consistent in achieving achievements in several basketball tournaments and matches. The aim of the research was to conduct an assessment of the physical condition which included speed and agility in Jombang basketball club athletes. Both of these components are considered to represent the physical condition of the athletes. The population in this study were all Jombang Basketball Club athlete students as many as 33 athletes. The research instrument used in this study was a physical condition test in basketball. The test used to determine physical condition is for speed using the 30 m sprint test while for agility using the Illinois agility run test. The results obtained for the speed of Jombang Basketball Club athletes are still below the average category because of the 33 total, only 6 people whose speed is in the good category with a percentage of 18%. 21 people in the moderate category with a percentage of 64% and 6 people in the less category with a percentage of 18%. While agility is also categorized as still below average because of the 33 total, only 4 people whose agility is in the good category with a percentage of 12%. 18 people in the moderate category with a percentage of 55% and 11 people in the less category with a percentage of 33%. Based on data analysis it can be concluded in general that the level of physical condition of Jombang Basketball Club athletes is still below average as a basketball athlete, therefore both athletes and coaches must continue to work together to implement and carry out training programs so that speed and agility can increase to support performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the teacher's skills in teaching in terms of students' creative thinking skills. Physical education goals which contain the intellectual, mental, social and emotional dimensions and the use of curriculum 13 as the vehicle to achieve that goal. Curriculum 13 to achieve that goal suppresses 4C namely critical, creative, collaborative and communicative. This type of quasi-experimental research uses a comparative causal design. The study population was all eighth grade students in State Middle School 1 Diwek and MTS State 15 Jombang. The sampling technique in this study used random sampling of classes, a sample of 64 students. Data collection of this study uses the sheet of teaching skills and test thinking of students. The data in this study were analyzed using SPSS 20 and used a significance level of 0.05. The skills of physical education teachers can be seen the teacher's picture in conditioning during the learning process. Based on the results obtained by the PJOK teacher data in SMP N Diwek 1, the score was 83.33%. Whereas physical education teachers at MTs N 15 Jombang get a value of 70% and data analysis shows that the probability value is less than 0.05 which is equal to 0,000 so that the null hypothesis can be withdrawn rejected and the research hypothesis accepted. This means that there are differences in physical education teacher skills in SMP N Diwek 1 with physical education teachers in MTs N 15 Jombang in terms of creative thinking of students.
