Abstract

Diskusi mengenai angkutan umum tidak terlepas dari definisi global public transport atau kegiatan pengangkutan yang melayani publik atau masyarakatumum. Terlihat bahwa angkutan umum muncul karena efek kongesti lalu lintas,sehingga muncul lima penyakit transportasi, yakni kemacetan, kesemrawutan, polusi (udara dan kebisingan), kecelakaan dan biaya tinggi. Sistem transportasi publikyang efektif di beberapa negara maju didukung keterlibatan subsidi pemerintahyang sangat besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui Tingkat Keinginan Masyarakatterhadap ketersediaan sarana transportasi publik di Muara Bungo. Tipe penelitian yangdigunakan adalah penelitian Deskriptifkuantitatif. Analisis ini menggunakanpengolahan data dalam bentuk angka (scoring) dan menggunakan analisisstatistik menggunakan software spss 16.Tingkat Keinginan Masyarakat terhadap ketersediaan sarana transportasipublik di Muara Bungo, berdasarkan temuan dari 300 orang sampel, 97 %responden memiliki opini mendukung penerapan Sistem Transportasi publik diwilayah Muara Bungo. Bentuk preferensi (pilihan) moda transportasi publikModa masyarakat Muara Bungo, dari temuan penelitian menunjukkan pilihanresponden jenis kendaraan yang cocok untuk transportasi publik adalah BisMenengah sebesar 43 %.Secara teoritis, penelitian jenis ini bisa dipakai sebagai kajian awal/ rintisandalam pengembangan kebijakan publik. Bagi Pemerintah Daerah KabupatenBungo, perlu melakukan studi kelayakan sistem transportasi publik, mengacupada temuan penelitian yang menunjukkan animo responden yang tinggi pada sarana transportasi publik.

Abstract

Penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik merupakan upaya Negara untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar dan hak-hak sipil setiap warga Negara atas barang, jasa, dan pelayanan administrasi yang disediakan oleh penyelenggara pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan publik pada kantor Camat Tabir Ulu Kabupaten Merangin. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian dengan observasi, wawancara dan telaah dokumen dengan informan berjumlah tujuh orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan publik pada Kantor Camat Tabir Ulu belum terlaksana dengan baik secara keseluruhan, dilihat dari lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan publik yaitu berwujud, kehandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan, dan empati. Berwujud, ruang tunggu yang belum dilengkapi dengan pendingin ruangan seperti AC, sehingga masyarakat belum merasa nyaman diruang tunggu. Kehandalan, kecepatan pegawai dalam pengurusan administrasi sudah tergolong baik, terlihat dari kemampun dan keahlian dalam penggunaan teknologi yang ada di kantor sebagai alat bantu dalam proses melayani masyarakat. Ketanggapan, dalam melayani masyarakat belum dapat dirasakan sepenuhnya oleh masyarakat, karena petugas dalam melakukan pelayanan belum sesuai dengan waktu yang tepat dan masih ada beberapa keluhan masyarakat yang belum dapat direspon dengan cepat. Jaminan, masih ditemukan pelayanan yang belum terjamin selesai dengan waktu yang telah ditentukan. Empati, masih ditemukan perlakuan istimewa kepada masyarakat yang ada hubungan kekerabatan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kabupaten Merangin memiliki berbagai objek wisata yang kaya akan cagar budaya, makanan khas serta keindahan panorama alam yang patut untuk dikunjungi baik itu Objek Wisata Alami maupun Objek Wisata Buatan, tak hanya pesona alamnya saja yang indah. Namun Kabupaten Merangin juga mempunyai situs warisan dunia dengan berbagai macam jenis fosil yang dikenal dengan Goepark Merangin yang merupakan Sebuah kawasan konservasi, dan edukasi yang menjadi ikon dari Kabupaten Merangin. Salah satu lokasi objek wisata Goepark di Kabupaten Merangin yang memiliki koleksi berbagai Fosil dari daun, kayu, akar, hewan, dan juga kerang-kerangan adalah kawasan objek Wisata Mengkarang Purba. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi Sapta Pesona di Objek Wisata Mengkarang Purba Desa Bedeng Rejo Kecamatan Bangko Barat Kabupaten Merangin serta Hambatan dan Upaya mengatasi Hambatan Tersebut. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 7 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sapta pesona dengan tujuh unsur aman, tertib, bersih, indah, sejuk, ramah tamah dan kenangan di objek wisata mengkarang purba Desa Bedeng Rejo belum terlaksana dengan baik, hal ini dikarenakan ada beberapa hambatan. Adapun hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan tujuh unsur sapta pesona di objek wisata mengkarang purba adalah belum terlaksananya unsur aman untuk meminimalkan resiko kecelakaan dalam penggunaan fasilitas publik. Pada unsur bersih belum tersedianya pakaian khusus untuk petugas kebersihan serta penampilan petugas yang seadanya. Pada unsur kenangan, yaitu belum tersedianya aneka cendera mata dan tempat kuliner. Upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi hambatan tersebut adalah dengan melakukan gotong royong bersama masyarakat setempat untuk memperbaiki jalan yang rusak,memberikan seragam kepada anggota pokdarwis dan menyediakan kerajinan lokal. Kata kunci: Implementasi, Sapta Pesona, Objek Wisata, Mengkarang Purba. ABSTRACT Merangin Regency has various tourist objects that are rich in cultural heritage, special food and beautiful natural scenery that deserves to be visited, both Natural Tourism Objects and Artificial Tourism Objects, not only its beautiful natural charm. However, Merangin Regency also has a world heritage site with various types of fossils known as the Merangin Goepark which is a conservation and educational area that has become an icon of Merangin Regency. One of the locations of the Goepark tourist attraction in Merangin Regency which has a collection of various fossils from leaves, wood, roots, animals, and shellfish is the area of ​​the Ancient Mengkarang Tourism object. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Sapta Pesona in the tourism object of mengkarang ancient in Bedeng Rejo Village, West Bangko District, Merangin Regency and the obstacles and efforts to overcome these obstacles. The research method used a descriptive method through a qualitative approach, while the sample in this study were 7 people with a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the implementation of sapta charm with seven elements of safe, orderly, clean, beautiful, cool, friendly and memorable in the ancient composing tourist attraction of Bedeng Rejo Village has not been carried out well, this is because there are several obstacles. The obstacles faced in implementing the seven elements of sapta charm in ancient composing tourist objects are that the safe elements have not been implemented to minimize the risk of accidents in the use of public facilities. On the element of cleanliness, there is no special clothing available for cleaning officers as well as the appearance of officers who are modest. On the element of memory, namely the unavailability of various souvenirs and culinary places. Efforts made to overcome these obstacles include working together with the local community to repair damaged roads, provide uniforms to pokdarwis members and provide local handicrafts. Abstract

Based on the regulations regarding mutations, this research is based on the limitation of promotion and demotional mutations within the Bungo Police Station, promotional mutations within the Bungo Police Station are still not on target for the purpose of implementing mutations both in terms of personnel and placement of mutations aimed at mutated personnel. and demotional mutations within the Bungo Police are one of the punishments that must be carried out by members of the Bungo Police in accordance with the results of the disciplinary hearing of the professional code of ethics received for violating the professional code of ethics. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. The population in this study were all members of the Bungo Police. With a sample of 15 people who were taken using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the implementation of the Regulation of the Head of the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia Number 16 of 2012 concerning Mutations of Police Members at the Bungo Police had been carried out in accordance with the mutation procedures and principles in the Perkap, namely the principles of legality, accountability, justice, transparency, objectivity and anti-corruption. The inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Regulation of the Head of the Indonesian National Police Number 16 of 2012 concerning Mutations of Members of the Indonesian National Police at the Bungo Police are the real number of Bungo Police personnel, which is very far when compared to the number of DSPP (List of Police Personnel Composition) of the Bungo Police which must owned by the Bungo Police and there is still a lack of individual competency development for Bungo Police personnel to attend training or vocational education in order to develop the individual competencies of personnel to be professional in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

The Bungo District Environmental Agency as the prime mover in responsible waste management and encourages the community to be involved in waste management, that waste problems in Rimbo Tengah Subdistrict Bungo Regency will not be solved if it only depends on the government alone, and therefore needs support and community participation in waste management. The purpose of this study was to determine waste management in the Rimbo Tengah District of Bungo Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. As for the informants in this study amounted to eight people consisting of five informants from the Bungo Regency Environmental Agency and three informants from the local community who are in Central Rimbo District. The data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and document review. The results showed that waste management in Rimbo Tengah Subdistrict, Bungo District, by the Bungo Regency Environmental Agency was well implemented. This can be seen from the application of management perspective which plays an important role in the whole process of waste management starting from planning, organizing, implementing / mobilizing and controlling. However, in the process of waste management by the Bungo Regency Environmental Agency, there are still some problems and shortcomings in the management process, namely the implementation or mobilization and supervision processes.

Abstract

Retribusi Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor adalah salah satu sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Bungo. Retribusi ini mempunyai peranan yang cukup besar dalam menyumbang Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Bungo. Retribusi Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor dikelola oleh Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bungo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kinerja Dinas Perhubungan dalam Meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Melalui Retribusi Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian dengan observasi, wawancara dan telaah dokumen. Lokasi penelitian yaitu di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bungo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa Kinerja Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bungo Dalam Meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah melalui Retribusi Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor secara keseluruhannya belum cukup baik, karena ada beberapa indikator yang belum sesuai dengan tolok ukur kinerja. Tolok ukurnya adalah dapat dilihat dari indikator kinerja, yaitu : Kualitas, Kuantitas, Ketepatan waktu, Efektivitas, Kemandirian, dan Komitmen kerja. Ada beberapa indikator kinerja yang belum cukup baik yaitu diantaranya adalah indikator Efektifitas dan indikator Kemandirian.

Abstract

Discussions about public transportation are inseparable from the global definition of public transport or transportation activities that serve the public or the general public. It appears that public transportation arises because of traffic congestion effects, so that five transportation diseases arise, namely congestion, chaos, pollution (air and noise), accidents and high costs. Effective public transportation systems in some developed countries are supported by the involvement of enormous government subsidies. This study aims todetermine the level of public interest in the availability of public transportation facilities in Muara Bungo. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. This analysis uses data processing in the form of scoring and uses statistical analysis using SPSS software. 16. The level of public interest in the availability of public transportation facilities in Muara Bungo, based on findings from 300 sample respondents, 97% of respondents have a supporting opinionthe implementation of the Public Transportation System in Muara Bungo area. The form of preference (choice) of the Muara Bungo Moda public transportation mode, from the research findings, shows that the choice of respondents in the type of vehicle suitable for public transportation is Intermediate Bus by 43%. Theoretically, this type of research can be used as a preliminary study in developing public policy. For the Bungo District Government, it is necessary to conduct a study of the public transportation systemfeasilibily, referring to research findings that show the high interest of respondents on public transportation facilities.

Abstract

The delivery of public services is an attempt by the State to fulfill the basic needs and civil rights of every citizen of the goods, services, and administrative services provided by the public service providers. This study aims to determine how the quality of public service in subdistrict office tabir ulu merangin regency. Method This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Research data collection techniques by observation, interview and document review with informants totaling seven people. The results showed that the quality of public services in the Tabir Ulu Sub-District Office has not been well implemented overall, judging by the five dimensions of quality of public services, which are tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Tangible, the waiting room is not yet equipped with air conditioning such as air conditioning, so that people do not feel comfortable in the waiting room. Reliability, the speed of employees in administrative management has been classified as good, seen from the ability and expertise in the use of technology in the office as a tool in the process of serving the community. Responsiveness, in serving the community, cannot yet be fully felt by the community, because officers in performing services are not in accordance with the right time and there are still some complaints from the community that cannot be responded quickly. Guarantees, there are still services that have not been guaranteed to be completed within the allotted time. Empathy, special treatment is still found for people who have kinship relations.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the large amount of garbage accumulation in TPS. The waste transportation mechanism organized by the Bungo Regency Environmental Service is made so that waste transportation is more scheduled and directed so that waste at the TPS can be transported on time. The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanism of waste transportation and the factors that hinder the mechanism of waste transportation in Pasar Muara Bungo District.The method in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the mechanism for transporting waste in the Pasar Muara Bungo sub-district is not in accordance with the Standards for Transporting Waste at the Bungo Regency Environmental Service, this can be seen from the scheduling and routing of the truck fleet, initial inspection and preparation of vehicles, collection of waste at the TPS by closing the bins. trucks, transporting waste from TPS to TPA, loading and unloading waste at TPA, cleaning vehicles and washing vehicles and vehicles entering the garage in an orderly manner.The inhibiting factors in the mechanism of waste transportation in Pasar Muara Bungo District are: Budgetary constraints lead to a lack of provision of facilities and infrastructure for the mechanism of waste transportation. Many people still throw garbage outside of collection hours, so there is always a buildup of garbage at the TPS. There is no location for making TPS due to the densely populated location and the area close to the riverbank.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi terus berevolusi dalam pengembangan usaha, dengan demikian para pelaku usaha perlu untuk meningkatkan dan memanfaatkan metode pemasaran yang tepat agar produk yang dijual laku dipasaran, Mengingat peran penting dari teknologi informasi dalam kegiatan bisnis, menuntut pelaku usaha untuk meningkatkan literasi digitalnya minimnya pengetahuan pengrajin anyaman tradisional di desa Beringin Sanggul memberikan motivasi untuk dilaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Dimana produk yang dihasilkan termasuk dalam produk yang unik dan langka ditemukan dipasaran, sasaran penjualan selain dari penggunaan produk tersebut sesuai dengan manfaat sebelumnya, namun beberapa tempat yang menggunakan konsep klasik digunakan sebagai hiasan dalam ruangan yang berkesan estetik. berdasarkan hal tersebut pengabdian kepada masyakarat ini dilakukan dengan cara pemberian materi tentang pemasaran digital, dimana metode yang diterapkan adalah ceramah, tanya jawab dan simulasi. Adapun target yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pelaksanaan pengenalan digital marketing dalam upaya meningkatkan penghasilan sekaligus melestarikan kerajinan anyaman yang pada saat sekarang sulit ditemukan. Target luaran yang dapat diharapkan adalah terpublikasi melalui jurnal, serta kemampuan dalam memanfaat media online untuk memasarkan produk.
