Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya meningkatkan aktivitas belajar matematika siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Assisted Individualization (TAI). Metode yang diterapkan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan subjek 36 siswa kelas VII 7 SMP Negeri 4 Kota Bengkulu semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini dikatakan berhasil jika hasil observasi aktivitas siswa dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran berada pada kriteria baik dengan interval? 23,34 ? ?? 30. Berdasarkan data dari lembar observasi aktivitas siswa menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa yang dilakukan dengan cara siswa dibentuk kelompok belajar yang heterogen, memberikan lembar materi dan latihan-latihan kemampuan, siswa saling mengoreksi hasil pekerjaan teman satu kelompoknya, siswa diberikan kesempatan untuk bertanya dan juga menyampaikan pendapat. Peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa dapat dilihat dari rata-rata hasil observasi aktivitas belajar siswa siklus I sampai siklus III yaitu 17,17; 20,17; 25,17.?AbstractThis study aims to find out how efforts to improve student?s learning activity by apply cooperative learning model type Team Assisted Individualization (TAI). The method applied ?Classroom Action Research (CAR) consisted of 36 students of class VII 7 SMP Negeri 4 Kota Bengkulu odd semester of academic year 2016/2017. This study was to be successful if the results of student activity observation in the implementation of learning had on the good criteria with the interval 23,34 ? ? 30. Based on the data from the observation sheet of student activity showed an increase in student learning activity conducted by students formed heterogeneous learning groups , giving material sheets and ability exercises, the student corrected each other's work, the student were given the opportunity to ask questions and also express their opinions. The increase of student learning activity can be seen from the average of observation result of student learning activity cycle I to cycle III had 17,17; 20,17; 25,17.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the valuation of the combined company through M&A valuation and structuring models. The financial calculations considered in this analysis are based on data from the statements of financial position, income statements, and cash flow statements over the past three years for PT Vale Indonesia Tbk and PT Kapuas Prima Coal Tbk as case studies in this article. Data collection for this research was obtained from the IDX website, which provides historical stock data. This research was conducted to identify the feasibility of the acquisition of PT Kapuas Prima Coal Tbk by PT Vale Indonesia Tbk using an inter-company financial projection approach. The valuation and M&A structuring methods used include Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis, market comparison, and valuation based on previous transactions. Information on specific techniques, assumptions made, and the analysis process will enhance the reader's understanding of the validity of the results. The analysis results, comparing the Equity Values of the target company, the acquiring company, and the new company, indicate that the Equity Value of Newco is significantly higher than the sum of the individual Equity Values of the target companies. The benefits of the research include providing important information that can be used by company management, investors, and other stakeholders in making decisions related to acquisitions and company mergers.

Abstract

This analysis focuses on at-risk consumers in the skincare market using the RFM segmentation method. This method involves collecting consumer purchase data, including the recency of their last purchase, the frequency of their purchases, and the amount spent. The data is collected through a customer relationship management (CRM) system that records consumer purchase activities. Analytical tools like SPSS or Python with libraries such as pandas and scikit-learn are used for data processing and cluster analysis.The segmentation process involves several steps: collecting data from the CRM, cleaning and normalizing the data, applying the RFM algorithm to group consumers based on their RFM scores, and analyzing the segmentation results to identify the unique characteristics of each segment. The findings reveal clear preferences for skincare products among this segment, characterized by recent purchases within the last three months, a purchase frequency of about twice during that period, and an average spending of Rp. 500,000.Classified as top-tier buyers, these at-risk consumers exhibit unique characteristics—primarily females, working in the private sector, living outside Jakarta, with an average age of 31 years and an income of Rp. 15 million. In response to these insights, a comprehensive 7P strategy on TikTok is proposed to effectively engage at-risk buyers. This strategy includes customized product offerings, competitive pricing, strategic platform utilization, influencer collaborations, efficient purchasing processes, and tangible proof of product effectiveness. Regular evaluations are emphasized to ensure the adaptability and continuous effectiveness of the strategy in meeting the evolving needs of at-risk buyers, ultimately fostering brand loyalty and satisfaction in the competitive skincare market.

Abstract

Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan salah satu bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh perguruan tinggi sebagai bagian dari pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia. program ini tidak hanya memberikan pengalaman nyata, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada masyarakat melalui berbagai kegiatan yang bermanfaat. Mahasiswa berkontribusi pada pembangunan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pendidikan non-formal ini. Kelompok 376 ditempatkan di desa Muara Mas, Kecamatan Mesuji Timur, Kabupaten Mesuji, untuk KKN UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Tujuan utama dari artikel ini adalah untuk mempelajari bagaimana program KKN di UIN Raden Intan Lampung diterapkan menggunakan pendekatan yang didasarkan pada wawasan lingkungan dan bagaimana hal itu berdampak pada pemberdayaan masyarakat. Untuk melakukan penelitian ini, kami menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis partisipasi, yang berarti melihat potensi yang ada di suatu desa atau daerah. Hasil penelitian dapat digunakan untuk membuat solusi yang sesuai dengan situasi lokal. Pengabdian masyarakat memberikan mahasiswa kesempatan untuk berpartisipasi secara langsung dalam proyek yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan, seperti gotong royong lingkungan, pembersihan sungai, atau pengelolaan sampah, serta pembangunan sektor infrastruktur lokakarya petunjuk arah untuk desa muara mas.
