Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media on adolescent self-identity. Social media for teenagers is one of the places that can help find their identity. In addition, communication through social media is not too burdensome and scary for teenagers because it can change their character easily on social media. The self-character displayed by teenagers on social media is an ideal self that is sometimes different from their actual self in everyday life. The research method is quantitative using Logistic Linear Regression Analysis. The population is teenagers in Nagari Ganggo Mudiak Kec. Bonjol, Pasaman Regency, totaling 96 people. The sampling technique uses Total Sampling, which makes all members of the population used as samples. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert Scale model, and processed using the SPSS version 20.0 program. The results of the study show that: 1) The category of adolescent social media users uses several types of social media simultaneously, 42.7% of adolescents use Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Instagram more often. 2) The category of adolescent self-identity as much as 57.3% have a high level of self-identity. 3) Social media has an effect on adolescent self-identity, this is shown from the results of logistic linear regression between social media variables and self-identity variables, there is an R-Square value of 0.194 which means that adolescent self-identity is influenced by social media. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the strategy is to increase students' understanding in learning Islamic religious education in elementary schools. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data source was taken through in-depth interviews with ten Islamic religious education teachers in several elementary schools. All data were analyzed thematically with techniquesInteractive Analysis Model Miles & Huberman. Research findings found four strategies for teachers in improving student understanding of the nature of Islamic religious education learning. The four strategies are i) wheezingIntegrate technology as a learning medium so that students can easily understand the material, ii) condition students to study in groups, so that collaboration among students is formed in learning, iii) Provide rest periods in learning sessions to overcome learning saturation, iv) Varying learning methods such as singing and carry out games in conveying subject matter. The research findings also found that the four strategies used by the teacher were implemented well and even succeeded in increasing students' understanding in understanding the subject matter. These four strategies can be used as examples for Islamic religious education teachers in various elementary schools in carrying out learning.

Abstract

Artikel ini menyajikan tinjauan literatur tentang pelatihan manajemen SDM berbasis teknologi untuk generasi milenial. Fokus utamanya adalah pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi SDM (SIM) dan HR Analytics. Tinjauan literatur ini membahas pentingnya pelatihan dalam memperbaharui keterampilan manajemen SDM sesuai dengan kebutuhan milenial yang cenderung digital-savvy. SIM memberikan kerangka kerja untuk pengelolaan SDM yang efektif, sementara HR Analytics memungkinkan analisis data yang mendalam untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana organisasi dapat memanfaatkan teknologi ini untuk mengelola dan mengembangkan SDM milenial dengan efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas faktor psikologis anak terhadap pernikahan siri terhadap psikologis anak, dampak psikologis yang terjadi pada anak  yaitu dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal, yang disebabkan oleh orangtua yang bertengkar, anak sering dibentak sehingga anak mengalami emosi yang tidak stabil, kondisi mental anak terganggu dari pengaruh yang buruk, dilihat dan diterapkan oleh anak, ditambah dengan pengetahuan anaknya bahwa orangtuanya yang melakukan pernikahan siri juga menjadi beban pikiran terhadap anak tersebut dan anak membatasi interaksi dengan orang dan lingkungan sekitar. Selain itu, faktor psikologis  anak  terhadap  pernikahan  siri  terhadap  psikologis  anak,  dampak  psikologis  yang terjadi pada anak yaitu dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal, terjadi karena orangtua yang sering bertengkar, anak sering dibentak sehingga anak mengalami emosi yang  tidak  stabil,  kondisi  mental  anak  terganggu  dari  pengaruh  yang  buruk,  dilihat  dan diterapkan oleh anak, ditambah dengan pengetahuan anaknya bahwa orangtuanya yang melakukan pernikahan siri juga menjadi beban pikiran terhadap anak tersebut dan anak membatasi interaksi dengan orang dan lingkungan sekitar. Kata Kunci: Konseling Keluarga, Pernikahan Siri
