Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bahaso kemuden yang dituturkan oleh masyarakat Siulak Kabupaten Kerinci. Bentuk yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah bentuk kata. Hal demikian diasumsikan karena kata merupakan unit terkecil yang mudah mengalami perubahan makna. Makna bahaso kemuden yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) cacat mental atau fisik, (2) sifat atau perilaku dan (3) bagian tubuh . Makna bahaso kemuden yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah makna yang merujuk pada sikap dan perilaku. Diasumsikan hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap dan perilaku merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan menjadi bagian yang diperhatikan oleh masyarakat Semurup. Bahaso kemuden ini memiliki tiga fungsi, yakni (1) representatif, (2) direktif, dan (3) ekspresif. Fungsi yang paling sering muncul adalah ekspresif karena dilarang, bahaso kemuden dianggap dapat menjadi media untuk mengekspresikan perasaan penutur. Abstract The research is aimed at analyzing bahaso kemuden used by the speakers of Semurup language in Kerinci. The word form is the most dominant in bahaso kemuden since it is the smallest unit of meaning which tends to change or shift. The meanings of bahaso kemuden refer to (1) mental or physical illness, (2) bad attitude or bad attribute, and (3) body, The meanings of bahaso kemuden are generaly referred to attitude and attribute. It can be inferred that attitude and attribute are considered important in Semurup society. In terms of function, there are three functions of bahaso kemuden. They are (1) representative, (2) directive, and (3) expressive. Expressive is used as the highest frequency. This implies that through this function, the feeling of the speaker can be expressed profoundly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived value, service qualityand consumer satisfaction on repurchase interest at the Agung Sungai Penuh distribution.In this study due to the large and unknown population. The samples taken were consumerswho made purchases at the Great Distro of Sungai Penuh City during the research periodor the minimum limit of 80 was obtained from 20 x the number of variables in this study.The sampling method in this study is the accidental sampling method, namely the samplingis based on the fact that they happen to appear in the research object. The results showedthat Perceived Value had a significant effect on repurchase interest. service quality has asignificant effect on repurchase intention. consumer satisfaction has a significant effect onrepurchase intention. The magnitude of the influence of 81.8% between Perceived Value(X1), service quality (X2) and consumer satisfaction (X3) on repurchase interest at theGreat Distro of Sungai Penuh City, while 18.2% can be explained by other reasons outsidethe study. this.

Abstract

The reason for this study is to confirm the effectiveness of authentic leadership, self-efficacy, and organizational citizenship behavior on total quality management through organizational culture.. All respondents in this study were construction officers in Sungai Penuh City, Jambi Regency, Indonesia. Since the method used was full sampling method, the number of respondents obtained was 105. The information used in this study is primary information. This study uses model testing using structural equation modeling (SEM). As a result, authentic leadership, self-efficacy and OCB have a 33.5% influence on the organizational culture of structural officers in Sungai Penuh city, and authentic leadership, self-competence Self-efficacy, OCB and organizational culture have a 33.5% influence on the agency's organizational culture officers in Sungai Penuh city that it had a 75.2% impact on the Quality Management (TQM) of the Sungai Penuh City Structural Authority.
