Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure are very important for education in schools. With good management, facilities and infrastructure can improve the quality of learning. The purpose of this research is to understand the management of facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of education at MTs Al-Ihsan. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data sources used in this research are primary data sources and secondary data sources. To obtain the data needed in the study, researchers used observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of this study indicate that the management of school facilities and infrastructure at MTs Al-Ihsan, namely (1) planning is done by making a madrasah and school budget every year. Organizing is controlled by the vice principal with the aim of creating a safe, comfortable learning environment and supporting the optimal educational process. Implementation is carried out in a planned and structured manner, with a comprehensive evaluation of the condition of infrastructure facilities every year. Supervision is carried out regulary by the principal and the vice principal of infrastructure facilities, by maintaining security and preventing the loss of goods. (2) The obstacle is the limited funds. And the solution is to seek grants from foundations, funds from BOS and BOSDA, approach political parties, candidates, DPR to obtain greater funding assistance. (3) Efforts to develop facilities and infrastructure are by repairing buildings, adding book collections, laboratory equipment and equipment.

Abstract

The role of an Islamic religious teacher can provide an understanding of religion, which is important for students to know Islamic religious knowledge, and teachers also play an important role in improving students' learning achievements, which is carried out formally and informally by the school. This research aims to determine the role of PAI teachers in improving the academic and non-academic results of students in the 5.0 era at SMA Negeri 2 Jombang. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Research data was obtained through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the role of PAI teachers in improving student learning outcomes in the 5.0 era at SMA Negeri 2 Jombang is as a facilitator of learning and success outside of school, motivator, role model, class management, and evaluator. The strategies used by PAI teachers to improve student learning achievement in the 5.0 era at SMA Negeri 2 Jombang include using digital-based learning models, such as the use of interactive multimedia, learning videos, and e-learning platforms. And also use collaborative learning, such as group discussions and project-based learning. Furthermore, there is also learning that encourages creativity and innovation, such as design thinking and problem-based learning. And with technology in the learning process, such as the use of laptops, projectors and digital learning applications. As well as utilizing social media and online platforms to deliver material and interact with other students outside of class.

Abstract

The curriculum for Merdeka Learning has advanced to the point where it may be classified as under development. Right now, the government is emphasizing how important it is to use it in all educational settings. The Republic of Indonesia's Minister of Education and Culture, Nadiem Makarim, was there, and his presence encouraged the idea for curriculum adjustments, namely the autonomous learning curriculum. According to the curriculum concept known as "merdeka learning," students must be independent. The administration's main goal is to improve education, and several initiatives have been put in place for that purpose.1.) Gain an understanding of the Curriculum Merdeka's management in order to enhance the educational quality at SMP Negeri 2 Ploso. 2.) Understanding the elements that help and hinder the management of the Merdeka curriculum to raise the standard of instruction at SMP Negeri 2 Ploso. This type of research is called field research, which is conducted on-site at the subject, mostly with the aim of gathering data and other information. In the meantime, this research is qualitative in character, that is, it takes the form of a research technique that yields descriptive data. The principal's choice about the curriculum merdeka's implementation was based on the study findings intended to enhance the educational quality at SMP Negeri 2 Ploso in the process of creating the curriculum. Subsequently, the curriculum merdeka manager collaborated with the development and quality assurance teams to establish the school's operational curriculum, which was then submitted to the Ministry of Education and Culture's office (Kemendikbud) as a school implementing the curriculum merdeka. We may therefore conclude that the independence curriculum was prepared based on the principal's choice on its implementation in order to raise the standard of instruction at SMP Negeri 2 Ploso. Analyze the work that instructors and other teaching staff members do during class hours.

Abstract

Curriculum management is an activity related to educational management which begins with planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the curriculum to achieve agreed goals, both short, medium and long term. The objectives of this research are: (1) To find out curriculum management in improving the quality of education in the digital era at MTs Al Ihsan Kalikejambon. (2) Knowing the school’s efforts to improve the quality education in the digital era at MTs Al Ihsan Kalikejambon. (3) Knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing curruculum management in the digital era at MTs Al Ihsan Kalikejambon. The research method used was descriptive qualitatif. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on research conducted, MTs Al Ihsan Kalikejambon Tembelang Jombang has demonstrated a strong commitmen to digital era curriculum management by utilizing digital assessments, incorporating, tehcnology into learning, creating, relevan curricula, and providing professional training for educators. Adequate facilities and infrastructur, commitment to meeting program meed, collaboration and continuous evaluation support this effor. However, training programs, effective financial management, and inclusive learning should help address issues such as educators’ technology skills and student diversity. Thus, MTs Al Ihsan Kalikejambon Tembelang Jombang has great potential ti improve the quality of education in the digital era.

Abstract

Education is the main foundation in the development of individuals and communities, until now the quality of education is still a topic of discussion in the community. The main role of education is to improve the quality of human resources, one of the solutions is through school based management (MBS) as resourve management to improve the quality of education. The purpose of the research is: (1) knowing the school based management in MA Unggulan KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah. (2) knows efforts to improve the quality of education in MA Unggulan KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah. (3) knowing the obstacles and solutions to improve the quality of education in MA Unggulan KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive with interviewing, observation, and documentation techniques. The date sources used in this study are primary sources and secondary sources. Based on the results of research, it can be concluded that MA Unggulan KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah has succeeded in implementing MBS effectively to improve the quality of education. In an effort to improve the quality of education, MA Unggulan KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah has implemented various schools based management strategies that focus on human resource development, teacher quality improvement, and more effective curriculum development. The strong leadership of the principal and the full commitment of all school staff are major factors in the successful implementation of MBS. The implementation of MBS is also supported by the use of technology to facilitate school administration management, learning, and communication between stakeholders. It has also helped to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the educational process in schools. In improving the quality of education, it mus also be accompanied by several obstacles and accompanied by concrete solutions.
