Abstract

Sidoarjo is a city that is also affected by the development of Surabaya, where many Sidoarjo residents have activities and work in Surabaya so that community mobilization from these two cities is very important and needed, one of them is by using public transportation modes of the AKDP Bus (Inter Cities In The Province Bus), Sidoarjo (Larangan Bus Station) - Surabaya (Semut). The purpose of this study is that in the development of public transportation, especially the Sidoarjo-Surabaya AKDP Bus route, at the Larangan Bus Station, it is adjusted to the characteristics of existing passengers, to create a public transportation mode that suits the needs of the community. The method used in this study is by distributing questionnaires to 100 correspondents with an error rate of 10%, from the primary data obtained characteristics of passengers of the Sidoarjo-Surabaya AKDP Bus as follows: The majority of male passengers (67%) with an age range between 41-50 years (33%) with a high school education background (SMA) (36%), and the majority have other jobs (51%) and private employees (29%). While the majority of passengers using AKDP Bus Transportation in the Prohibition Terminal are a majority with the aim of shopping (80%) and the frequency of using AKDP Bus Transportation <5 times a week (93%). The results of this analysis are expected to be a reference for the management in developing the Sidoarjo-Surabaya AKDP Bus service to be even better.

Abstract

Project management has three main objectives when carrying out construction projects including cost, quality, and time. If a project can be completed with a predetermined level of quality or quality, then the project has been successfully managed. This research uses earned value method. That is a method of knowing costs based on the work that has been done. Thus we can find out whether the Candisari Sambeng bridge construction project in Lamongan Regency is faster or longer than the schedule that has been made. CV value has a negative value in the 15th period, namely -Rp 18,078,304 SV value there is a negative value until the 18th period with a value of -Rp 494,817,905 CPI value found in the 15th week period with a value of 0.995. The SPI value in the 18th period with a final SPI value of 0.903 estimated cost (EAC) is. IDR 5,166,992,802 estimated EAS time for the jembata replacement project of 21,320 weeks. If the performance is considered the same project, the cost required to complete the construction of the bridge is Rp 5,166,992,802 from the total project budget of Rp 5,346,534,000 so that it gets a profit of Rp 179,541,198, and the time needed to complete the construction work is 21,320 weeks from the specified time of 21 weeks so that the project implementation is delayed for 0,320 weeks.y.

Abstract

Along with the times, various innovations have been made to improve the performance of concrete, Innovations carried out include aiming to produce and value structural materials that have good properties with economical and economical methods and costs, Efforts to improve the quality of concrete are also carried out by mixing other ingredients in the mixture. In this study, the author used chicken feather fiber as an added ingredient to the mixture concrete. This study aims to find out how the process of making concrete with added chicken feather waste with an additional composition of 0.1%, 0.5%, and 1.5%, and whether the added material of chicken feather waste with a composition of 0.1%, 0.5%, and 1.5%, can increase the compressive strength of concrete or vice versa. In this research method using the experimental method, the test objects made for each addition to the percentage of chicken feather waste are as many as 3 samples, with a cylindrical mold size of 15 cm in diameter with a height of 30 cm, by passing the treatment process for 28 days. The conclusion of this study is that concrete is added with chicken feather waste with variations of 0.1%, 0.5%, and 1.5% addition, the planned compressive strength is 20.8 Mpa. A decrease in compressive strength was produced in each use of added chicken feather waste with a composition of 0.1%, 0.5%, and 1.5%, the more added chicken feather waste, the compressive strength value of concrete decreased, the initial normal composition produced a compressive strength of 21.56 Mpa, while the composition of 0.1% decreased with a compressive strength result of 10.64 Mpa, then with a composition variation of 0.5% decreased again with a compressive strength value of 3.21 Mpa. And for a composition variation of 1.5% it decreases with a compressive strength value of 0.16 Mpa. With this research, it is known that chicken feather waste material cannot be an alternative to add concrete mixture in the future.

Abstract

Roads are the main function as infrastructure for all forms of land transportation. For those who use the road, because a good road has a beneficial influence on the community, the road serves as the main foundation for economic turnover activities and social activities of the community. So comfort and tranquility when driving are very important factors before the construction of road pavement construction, the stability of a road must first be known the carrying capacity of the soil as a foothold.  The carrying capacity of the soil that damages the pule-sarirejo road was evaluated by researchers. Factors affecting the decrease in soil carrying capacity were also studied in this study. Testing water content with an average value of 15.39% which includes high water content, data processing shows that the road bottom soil on Jalan Pule – Sarirejo has a low carrying capacity value in this test. For testing the boundaries Atterberg belongs to the group of clay soil types. with a PI value of 58.85% has a high platicity value. However, it is known from the results of CBR testing that the CBR value of the road base soil is 7.00%, included in the "sufficient" category and for the shear strength value is 0.21 kg/cm² and is still classified as sandy clay.

Abstract

Gedangan Maduran merupakan sebuah desa yang memiliki usaha keluarga yang memproduksi gerabah tradisional. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh industri rumah tangga di Desa Gedangan muncul dari kurang maksimalnya penjualan dan perputaran permintaan serta cara pemasaran yang masih konvensional. Tujuan dari dukungan ini adalah: 1) memperluas pengetahuan tentang pendirian dan pengelolaan usaha ritel di pasar; dan 2) meningkatkan keterampilan dalam mengatur dan mengelola operasional penjualan di pasar. Tujuan dari layanan ini terdiri dari dua bagian: 1) pemahaman dan praktik langsung pembuatan akun di pasar bagi peserta perdagangan; 2) pemahaman langsung dan praktis dalam mengelola pemesanan produk pada akun. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) yang meliputi lima fase: Definisi, Penemuan, Impian, Desain, dan Takdir. Hasil penelitian ini memungkinkan para pelaku industri lokal di Desa Gedangan memahami pemasaran digital, marketplace dan penjualan produk melalui marketplace. Mereka juga mempunyai peluang untuk menciptakan pasar, mempromosikan produknya di pasar dan meningkatkan penjualan gerabah.
