Abstract

ABSTRAKKompetensi Tutor merupakan sebagai gambaran tentang apa yang seyogyanya dapat dilakukan seseorang melakukan pekerjaannya baik berupa kegiatan, berperilaku ataupun sikap yang bisa ditunjukkan. Empat kompetensi yang harus dikuasai sebagai seorang tutor dalam proses pembelajaran program kejar paket C yaitu Kompetensi Pedagogik, Kepribadian, Sosial dan Profesional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi tutor terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kejar paket C mata pelajaran Matematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Subjek penelitiannya yaitu peserta didik kejar paket C. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner pada peserta didik, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analis data menggunakan Uji Validitas, Reliabilitas, Analisis regresi linier sederhana, Analisis Deskriptif dan Pengujian Hipotesis menggunakan koefisien determinasi dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini termasuk kategori tinggi pada sub variabel kompetensi pedagogik yaitu terletak pada indikator menyelenggarakan pembelajaran yang mendidik sebesar 68,6%, kompetensi kepribadian pada indikator menjunjung tinggi kode etik profesi tutor sebesar 71,4%, kompetensi sosial pada indikator berkomunikasi secara efektif, empatik dan soapan sebesar 62,8%, dan kompetensi professional pada indikator menguasai standar kompetensi sebesar 99,8%. Sedangkan hasil belajar peserta didik kejar paket C mata pelajaran matematika termasuk juga kategori tinggi yaitu hasil belajar kognitif 91%, hasil belajar afektif sebesar 83% dan hasil belajar psikomotorik sebesar 86%. Dan didukung pada hasil uji hipotesis dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 16% yang artinya pengaruh variabel (X) terhadap variabel (Y) sebesar 16% dan selebihnya 84% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti. Diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel (X) kompetensi tutor berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap variabel (Y) hasil belajar. Analisis korelasi product moment sebesar 0,398 dibandingkan dengan r-tabel tingkat signifikan 5% N = 35 df = N ? 2 = 33 sebesar 0,334. Dengan ketentuan bahwa jika r-hitung lebih kecil r-tabel, maka diperoleh Ha ditolak dan Ho diterima. Sedangkan r-hitung lebih besar dengan t-tabel maka diperoleh Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Terdapat korelasi yang positif antara kompetensi tutor dan hasil belajar atau Ha diterima karena t-hitung > t-tabel yang artinya kompetensi tutor memiliki hubungan yang sangat signifikan dengan hasil belajar peserta didik Kejar Paket C. Dengan Hasil analisis uji t diperoleh nilai sebesar 2,492, sedangkan t-tabel adalah 2,034 pada taraf signifikan sebesar 5%, jadi t hitung > t tabel maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berbunyi ?Kompetensi tutor berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik Kejar Paket C. Dengan didukung hasil perhitungan ANOVA menunjukkan hasil perhitungan F sebesar 0,773 dan probabilitas (sig) 0,709 yang merupakan lebih besar taraf signifikan 5% atau sig 0,709 > 0,05 dengan F-tabel 2,34, sehingga dapat disimpulakan terdapat hubungan linier secara signifikan antara variabel kompetensi tutor (X) dengan variabel Hasil Belajar (Y). Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Tutor, Hasil Belajar Peserta DidikABSTRACTTutor competence is the representation about what can be done by a person that can do works such as an activity, behaviour, or an attitude that can be shown. There are four competencies that must be mastered by a tutor in Paket C program. They are pedagogic competency, personality, social, and professional. The aim of this research is to know the influence of tutor competence toward the result of kejar paket C on mathematic lesson. This research uses quantitative method with the simple linier regretion analysis. This research uses quantitative method while the subject of this research is student?s paket C program. The data will be collected by giving quessionaire to each student, then doing observation and documentation. The data analysis technique will use validity test, realibility, simple analysis regression, descriptive analysis and hypotesis test by using determination coefficient, and t-test. The result of this research included in high category on pedagogical competence variable section that is located on indicator implementing learning process that educate around 68,6%, personality competence on indicator respecting etic code of tutor competence around 71,4%, social comptence on indicator efective communication, emphatic and polite around 62,8%, and professional competence on mastered standard competence around 99,8%, while the study result of kejar paket C student on mathematic lesson is included in high category that is the cognitif result of study around 91%, affective result of study around 83%, psicomotoric result of study around 86% and it is supported by the result of hypotesis test with determination coeffisien around 16% which means the influence of (x) variable toward (y) variable around 16% and the surplus 84% is influenced by another factor which is not studied by the researcher. The result shows that (x) variable tutor competence do not influence and significant toward (y) variable study result . Product moment correlation analysis 0,398 compared with r-table significant level 5% N = 35 df = N - 2 = 33 equal to 0,334. Provided that if r-count is smaller r-table, then Ha gets rejected and Ho accepted. While r-count larger with t-table then obtained Ha accepted and Ho rejected. There is a positive correlation between tutor competence and learning result or Ha accepted because t-count > t-table which means the competence of tutors have a very significant relationship with the learning outcomes of learners Kejar Paket C. With the results of t test analysis obtained value of 2.492, while t-table is 2.034 at a significant level of 5%, so t arithmetic > t table then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted which reads "Tutor competence has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes of learners Kejar Paket C. With the results of calculations ANOVA shows the results of calculations F equal to 0.773 and probability (sig) 0.709 which is greater significance level of 5% or sig 0.709 >0.05 with F-table 2,34, so it can be concluded there is a significant linear relationship between tutor competence variable (X) with the result variable Learning (Y). Abstract

Research purpose were to knowing (1) the significant effect of the rate of population growth, population density, dependency ratio, the Human Development Index (HDI) simulatneously on economic growth in Samarinda. (2) Determine the dominant effect of the rate of population growth, population density, dependency ratio, the Human Development Index (HDI) to economic growth of Samarinda. This research uses analytic descriptive with the survey method and the characteristic of research was to explain that aims to test different variables associated with research hypotheses had proposed. Results above could be explained that the population growth variable has a negatively on economic growth, which indicates the increasing population would likely reduce economic growth. Population density variable has a positive and significant impact on economic growth, which indicates that the higher the population density of an area, the higher the economic growth. Dependency ratio variable has a negative sign for economic growth, which indicates that the higher the value of the dependency ratio, the lower the economic growth. Human Development Index (HDI) has a positive and significant sign of economic growth, indicates that the higher the value of the HDI, the higher the economic growth.

Abstract

Teknologi telah mengalami perkembangan pesat, Sistem Informasi Desa (SID) di Indonesia masih tertinggal jauh dibandingkan dengan kota. Memperkenalkan (SID) sebagai media informasi untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat tentang implementasi sistem informasi desa sebagai media pembangunan bisnis pertanian berkelanjutan di masa Pandemi Covid-19 diharapkan menjadi sumber informasi dan media memberikan informasi yang bermanfaat, serta dapat memberikan manfaat ekonomi. Pelatihan tentang penggunaan SID yang melibatkan 10 orang Apparat Desa mitra telah memberikan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi aparat desa di Desa Amoito dan Desa Sindangkasih. Agar SID ini dapat diaplikasikan secara terus menerus maka diharapkan dilakukan komunikasi dan pendampingan kerjasama Penguruan Tinggi dan Pemerintah setempat.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to find out how the Potential Strategy for the Development and Development of Achievement Sports in the Faculty of Sports Science. The number of informants in this study was students as well as administrators of BKMF Badminton FIK UNM. Data collection techniques through observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the Potential Strategy for Development and Development of Achievement Sports in the Faculty of Sports Science from the indicators of the accuracy of the program targets was a good Potential Strategy for Development and Development of Achievement Sports, this was seen from the organizational work system. Based on the development strategy with an important influence by the coach who has directed athletes to take part in badminton matches both within the campus and outside the campus, with various training programs, such as tactical, physical or weight training exercises, and interspersed with motivation. Likewise, the organizational performance carried out at BKMF Badminton is running well and right on the target, namely sports achievements, seen from professional coaches in training and always well and firmly behaved to their athletes without discriminating between athletes.
