Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model kepemimpinan digital dalam membentuk budaya organisasi di BMT NU Jombang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sehingga dihasilkan data yang menggambarkan secara rinci. peneliti akan mendeskripsikan data yang diperoleh. Sesuai dengan hasil penelitian deskriptif tentang model kepemimpinan digital dalam membentuk budaya organisasi di kantor BMT NU Jombang. Peneliti mendiskripsikan model kepemimpinan digital yang digunakan di kantor BMT NU Jombang serta membentuk budaya organisasi dalam kantor. Mengorganisasikan digital dalam bentuk budaya organisasi dikembangkan dan di terapkan dalam aktivitas orgnisasi, teknologi digital juga menjadi peranan penting sehingga mempengaruhi pola pikir, sikap, dan perilaku anggota organisasi dalam menjalankan tugas dan peraturan, serta mengendalikan dan mengintegrasikan tren teknologi dengan menggunakan transformasi digital yang menggunakan teknologi komputer dan software dalam pengelolaan data.

Abstract

In a research work has a purpose, where this study aims to determine. To determine the effect of compensation and leadership style on the performance of the employees of the Department of Trade and Industry in Jombang, this research was carried out at the Department of Trade and Industry of Jombang Regency, with a population and sample of 65 employees of the Department of Trade and Industry. industry in Jombang Regency, the research instrument is a questionnaire/questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The requirements test is carried out by testing the validity and reliability tests as well as the classical assumption test. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique at a significance level of = 0.05. In partial hypothesis testing, it has been proven that there is an influence between leadership style on employee performance with a significant value level of 0.025 <0.05, thus Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted, then in partial hypothesis testing has proven that there is an influence between compensation on employee performance with a significant value level. of 0.001 < 0.05, thus Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted, then the F test proves that the two independent variables have a simultaneous effect on the dependent variable with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 which is declared to have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

The research was conducted at the Department of Trade and Industry of Jombang Regency from May to August. The purpose of this final project is to determine the effect of discipline and work motivation on employee performance. The sample used in this study is as many as 65 respondents who have been determined using the saturated sampling technique. Measurement of employee performance using a questionnaire containing indicators of discipline and work motivation. Methods of extracting data by interview and observation, the data were analyzed descriptively to determine employee performance based on the variables of discipline and work motivation. Meanwhile, to find out the effect of the discipline variable and work motivation on employee performance using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results obtained, it can be concluded that the performance of employees is included in the category of strongly agree. The results of multiple linear regression analysis can be seen that discipline and work motivation simultaneously (together), have a significant effect (Sig≤0.05) on employee performance. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect (Sig≤0.05) on employee performance, while work motivation has no significant effect (Sig>0.05) on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa pendapatan usahatani padi dengan sistem tanam Rice transplanter dan Konvensional musim tanam 1 di Desa Sebani Kecamatan Sumobito Kabupaten Jombang.penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan juni 2021 di Desa Sebani Kecamatan Sumobito Kabupaten Jombang. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive sampling). Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah petani padi yang menggunakan mesin tanam padi (Rice transplanter) dengan jumlah petani sebanyak 10 petani dan petani padi konvensional sebanyak 10 petani. Petani sampel ditempat penelian diambil sebanyak 10 petani dikarenakan hanya ada 23 petani padi di daerah penelitian, dan petani yang menggunakan mesin tanam padi (Rice transplanter) berjumlah 10 orang dengan cara wawancara menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan petani dengan sistem tanam (Rice transplanter) adalah sebesar Rp. 7.051.837,- sedangkan petani konvensional sebesar Rp. 10.720.919,-. Besarnya R/C Ratio petani padi dengan (Rice transplanter) sebesar 1,12 sedangkan petani konvensional sebesar 1,13. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil analisis dari perhitungan B/C Ratio diperoleh tingkat kelayakan usahatani padi di Desa Sebani tahun 2021 petani padi dengan (Rice transplanter) sebesar 0,12 sedangkan petani konvensional sebesar 0,13.

Abstract

In this global era, many people use English as a media of communication and make it people who come from different countries to be easier in interacting and communicating. As the one of international language in the world English in education that covers four language skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. Writing is skill is one of language skill that is important so that it must be mastered by English learners. The purpose of this research is to develop product SOI as instructional media in writing skill for XI grade. This research was conducted at MA’ Maarif 1 Jombang in XI grade. There are nine students who participated in this research. The method used in this study is research and development by adapting ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. Based on the validation result of the experts by getting score of 88% and 83% that was good respectively with feasible and usable and the result of data analysis got score 85% respectively which proper criteria

Abstract

DSN-MUI produces fatwas to control Islamic Microfinance activities so that theyalways remain in the Islamic rules called Sharia Compliance, then OJK produces rules torun the activities according to the functions of Islamic Microfinance. Both have a role inthe economy through the creation of rules in the implementation of the functions ofIslamic Microfinance, namely savings and loan services. The aims to be achieved in thisresearch is to uncover and describe how the role of DSN-MUI through its fatwa and OJKthrough its regulations in order to improve the economy as indicated by GDPcalculation. This study uses a qualitative approach with literary studies andphenomenology studies as the object of study. By using this method, this study resulted inthe conclusion that the DSN-MUI and OJK must play a role together to improve theeconomy, through Islamic Microfinance products that are channeled to MSMEs as wellas people in need in the form of loans, keep economic activities going which isautomatically said that the economy will increase due to activities that are notconstrained by capital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh pelatihan dan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (k3) terhadap komitmen organinisasional personel pemadam kebakaran Kabupaten Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data skunder dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada personel damkar yang mana menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh denagan jumlah 50 responden. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional personel pemadam kebakaran. Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (k3) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional personel pemadam kebakaran. Dengan hasil regresi yang menunjukkan bahwasannya variabel bebas mempengaruhi variabel terikat sebesar 88,3% dan 87,8% yang mana sisanya di pengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lainnya diluar penelitian.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is generally attempted to find the effectiveness of using INTENS BOOK (Interactive English Book) media in learning English for the class X-AKL-3 students at SMK PGRI 1 Jombang academic year 2022/2023. To know whether this media is effective or not, the researcher used pre-experimental research applied in X-AKL-3 class. The research had been done in six meetings that were designed: first meeting was for pre- test, 4 meetings were for treatments, and the last meeting was for post-test. As the quantitative method, the researcher analyzed the data by using the paired sample t-test. The result showed that there was siginificant difference on the student’s mean score of pre-test’s score was 66,12. Then in post-test, the mean score was 84,12. In other words, INTENS BOOK media is effective in learning English for advance learner, especially for first grade of senior high school students. Key words: Intens Book Media, Learning English ABSTRAK Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektivan penggunaan media INTENS BOOK (Interactive English Book) dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris siswa kelas X-AKL-3 di SMK PGRI 1 Jombang tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Untuk mengetahui efektif atau tidaknya media ini, peneliti menggunakan penelitian pra- eksperimental yang diterapkan di kelas X-AKL-3. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam enam pertemuan yang dirancang pertemuan pertama untuk pre-test, empat pertemuan untuk treatment, dan pertemuan terakhir untuk post-test. Sebagai metode kuantitatif, peneliti menganalisis data dengan menggunakan uji-t sampel berpasangan . hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada nilai rata-rata siswa terhadap nilai pre-test sebesar 66,12. Kemudian pada post-test diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 84,12 . Dengan kata lain, media INTENS BOOK efektif dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris bagi siswa tingkat lanjut, khususnya untuk siswa kelas satu sekolah menengah atas. Kata kunci: Media Intens Book, Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris
