Abstract

Kelimpahan fitoplankton menunjukkan tingkat produktivitas perairan. Dalam upaya pemanfaatan sumberdaya hayati estuari Sungai Siak, diperlukan kajian kondisi komunitas dan kelimpahan fitoplankton serta hubungannya dengan kondisi oseanografi yang menggambarkan produktivitas perairannya. Untuk itu, telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai hubungan antara kelimpahan dan sebaran spasial-temporal fitoplankton dengan parameter oseanografi di estuari Sungai Siak. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara in-situ di 16 titik sampling pada April, Mei, Juni, Agustus, September, Oktober dan November 2015. Hasil penelitian menemukan 54 genera dari 3 kelas yaitu Chyanophyceae, Dinophyceae dan Bacilliriophycaea. Kelas Bacilliriophycaea merupakan yang dominan (85%) dengan jenis yang terbanyak dan selalu ditemukan di setiap stasiun adalah Chaetoceros dan Rhizosolenia. Kelimpahan fitoplankton tergolong sedang, dengan kelimpahan tertinggi pada Juni dan Oktober serta terendah April. Indeks keanekaragaman (H?) dan indeks keseragaman (E) tergolong tinggi masing-masing 4,39-5,46 dan 0,83-0,94, sementara indeks dominansi (D) termasuk kategori rendah (0,03-0,16). Indeks komunitas ini menunjukkan fitoplankton di perairan ini keanekaragaman dan kestabilan komunitasnya sedang dan tidak ada spesies yang mendominasi. Uji korelasi menunjukkan terdapat keterkaitan yang erat antara kelimpahan dengan Oksigen (0,667); salinitas (0,663), kecerahan (0,628); pH (0,472); arus (0,283); dan suhu (0,046). Komponen utama oseanografi perairan ini  mempengaruhi secara signifikan (75%) dengan selang kepercayaan 95%. Meskipun tingkat kecerahan perairan dan kandungan Oksigen  terlarut tergolong rendah, namun parameter oseanografi lainnya seperti suhu, salinitas dan pH masih berada pada kisaran yang masih dapat mendukung kehidupan fitoplankton di estuari Sungai Siak.

Abstract

One of the things implied by the education decentralization policy is to run independent school education management in different perspectives according to the conditions of each region. Decentralization is no longer seen as a concept but should be implemented at all levels of management, not least on the institutional arrangements, systems and educational units, both in the formal and non-formal education channels. New patterns of management education in the form of School Based Management, is actually giving ample space for the community that any decision made by the local government is more "grounded" and provide quality education to the younger generation. In this context, education decentralization implies an effort to bring the community to the decision making on local needs, so that the development of education in accordance with the peculiarities of the region, on the other hand the potential can be utilized. In the end, the real implementation of the School Based Management is on the order of the institution is expected to improve the quality of basic education and excellence in the area of human resources.

Abstract

Conducted thematic learning in primary schools, especially low grade since the passing of the SBC in 2006, there are still many obstacles in the field and not in accordance with the provisions of Permendiknas Content Standards No.22 of 2006 and it therefore requires an effort of applying thematic learning in accordance with Standards The content and improve the quality of learning. In this research theme selected based on the needs of learning and research interests are focused primarily on assessing learning science, Indonesian, mathematics, and SBK through thematic learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the general process of learning science, Indonesian, mathematics, and SBK through thematic learning model, particularly with regard to the learning outcomes and student activity. This study uses a class action consisting of 2 cycles of action. The research found that students' understanding before action learning cycle I showed low criteria with the average achieved 47.96 and the second cycle showed normal criteria with average achieved 55.11. After the act of learning, comprehension of students has increased that the first cycle the average value of students with the acquisition of 66.11 indicates that students 'understanding of normal, while in the second cycle students' understanding increased with the acquisition of 71.48. Thus, the application of thematic learning model can be more effectively used to improve learning outcomes and student activity grade II compared to non-thematic learning.

Abstract

Today the development of Indonesian literature is growing rapidly. One effort to encourage the advancement of Indonesian literature is to improve the teaching of literary appreciation at every level of school. In order for students interested in learning to write poetry so as to develop creations and imagination. Based on the above background, the author is interested in conducting research on "Writing Poetry Oriented Learning Method Using Majas with Creative Learning in Class X SMA Al-Hidayah Ciparay. This study aims to determine the success of the author in implementing learning to write poetry oriented figure of speech with a method of creative learning in class X SMA Al-Hidayah Ciparay, determine the ability of class X SMA Al-Hidayah Ciparay in writing poetry oriented figure of speech with a method of creative learning and knowing ketefektipan creative learning methods used in learning to write poetry oriented figure of speech in class X SMA Al-Hidayah Ciparay. Writer formulated hypotheses are: (1) The authors were able to carry out the figure of speech-oriented learning to write poetry using creative methods of learning in class X SMA Al-Hidayah Ciparay; (2) Grade X SMA Al-Hidayah Ciparay able to write poetry using a figure of speech-oriented creative methods of learning; (3) The method of creative learning is effectively used in learning to write poetry using a figure of speech-oriented creative methods of learning in class X SMA Al-Hidayah Ciparay. Research method that writer use is quasi-experiment method with research technique of literature study, trial, test and analysis.

Abstract

Application of Experimental Methods to Increase Understanding of the Concept of Grade IV Primary School Students in Science Lesson. The purpose of this study is to describe data on: (1) student activity in science learning by applying experimental method; (2) improvement of understanding of science concept by applying experiment method. The method used in this research is a classroom action research with Kemmis n Mc design. Taggart. This research was conducted in the odd semester of academic year 2017/2018 at SD Negeri Wirukencana in grade 4 students. Data collection techniques used are observation, test and documentation. Based on the processing and data analysis, the results of this study are: (1) Student activity at the time of learning using experimental method that is in the first stage students pay attention to the initial experiments conducted by the teacher as evidenced by answering questions asked by teachers around the experiment. Then at the observation stage all the students recorded things that happened while observing the experiments performed by the teacher. The third stage of the students make a hypothesis according to the conceptual observation based on observation. Furthermore, in the verification stage students conduct experiments that refer to the LKS in a group way, the students divide each task on each member of the group such as the task as chairman of the group, secretary, moderator and other tasks in the experiment. After the students complete the experiment each group discuss or present the results of his group's observations in front of the class. The fifth stage is the application of concepts, the students are able to give examples of the alteration of changes in the form of things in everyday life; and (2) The application of experimental methods in general can increase the understanding of the concept of fourth grade students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap upaya dan hasil yang telah dicapai oleh SMP Swasta Terpadu Lampang Subang dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran untuk memenuhi standar nasional pendidikan (SNP), sehingga menjadi sekolah swasta yang berstatus sekolah standar nasional (SSN). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kualitatif.Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Terpadu Lampang Subang Jawa Barat.Sebagai sumber data adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru, komite sekolah dan siswa.Instrumen penelitian disusun berdasarkan delapan komponen SNP yang mengacu pada Standar Nasional Pendidikan.Pengembangan instrument penelitian disesuaikan dengan konsep Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP), untuk membangun konstruk variabel yang akan diukur yang pada umumnya dijabarkan dalam komponen, aspek, dan indikator dari setiap SNP, demikian juga untuk pengembangan instrumen kinerja sekolah. Sehingga, dalam konteks kinerja sekolah yang tolok ukur pencapaiannya adalah standar nasional pendidikan (SNP).Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat ketercapaian program yang telah disusun dalam RPS SMP Terpadu Lampang telah mencapai 90% dengan target utama adalah pencaian tingkat UAN dan kelulusan yang telah dilaksanakan oleh guru baik dalam penyusunan RPP dan bahan ajar telah mencapai 85%, Manajemen yang dikembangkan SMP Terpadu Lampang menyumbangkan nilai yang cukup siginifikan terutama dalam perencanaan dan implementasi program, sementara pengawasan dan kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah telah berjalan dengan baik, sehingga nilai yang didapat cukup signifikan, sementara komponen lainnya yang cukup menonjol adalah PBM dan standar isi yang mendapatkan nilai yang cukup baik, sehingga dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut.

Abstract

This study is based on the problems found in the fifth grade of SD Negeri Rahayu, namely: (1) students' tolerance is still low; (2) the social studies learning process still takes place in a classical manner (Teacher Center); and (3) lack of utilization of learning models / methods. Thus the purpose of this study are: (1) to describe how the activities of students in learning the tolerance attitude of ethnic diversity and culture by applying the method of role playing; and (2) to describe an increase in the ability of tolerance of class V students by applying the role playing method in learning. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the design of the Kemmis and MC models. Taggart is carried out for two cycles starting from the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were class V SD Negeri Rahayu 2018/2019 academic year, totaling 28 students. The instruments used to collect data in this study are: (1) observation sheet; and (2) questionnaire. The results of the study showed that: (1) in general the activities of fifth grade students in learning Social Sciences regarding the tolerance attitude of ethnic and cultural diversity experienced positive development. This is based on the average activity of students in the first cycle, which is 56% and in the second cycle increases to 90%; and (2) in general the increase in tolerance of ethnic groups and the culture of class V students by using the role playing method in learning Social Sciences experienced positive development. This is based on N-Gain data in cycle I, o, 38 and in cycle II it increases to 0.58. The percentage completeness data obtained in the first cycle is 86%, after reflecting and following up on cycle II it increases very well to 100%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of full online learning (full online) as a result of Covid-19, it is rumored that online learning is less effective, because there is no maximum preparation in terms of regulation, field implementation, and also students, as well as various supporting infrastructure for online learning Therefore, researchers have a desire to test the effectiveness of learning, because there should be no learning content lost in the middle of this pandemic. The research method used was a survey method, with the instrument used was a questionnaire, which was distributed to 80 random elementary school teachers in Subang Regency. Based on the results of the study the effectiveness of learning from the 8 indicators studied is around 66.97%.

Abstract

Abstract, The Objective of study is to increase the quality of human resources of the principal as an element of leadership to administer the educational program of the public junior high schools.The problem of research is ‘How does the role of principle in the effeart to increase the educational quality through the concept of the school-based management ?. The Methtod of the research is descriptive method with qualitative approach with subjects of research are principal and teachers of the state junior high school in subdistrict of Subang. The findings of research can be formulated as in following: 1].The role of principal as a manager of education 2].The role of principal as an educator 3].The role of principal as an administration 4].The role principal as a supervisor 5].
