Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Samko Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 74 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini variabel kepemimpinan diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,39 dengan kriteria kurang baik. Variabel kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,79 dengan kriteria kurang baik. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 11,377 + 0,784X, dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,762 atau memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai determinasi 58,1%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

In addition to the budget function, tax also has a regular function which aims to regulate the economy of the Tax Tax (WP) so that there is a balance in tax imposition. This role was felt very strongly during the Covid-19 Pandemic where the economy became sluggish due to the decline in people's purchasing power. This study is to determine the direct effect of this function on the community structure in Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative method by taking samples, namely the SMEs actors. The results of this study are to determine the direct effect of tax stimulation on the sustainability of their businesses during the pandemic

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the facilities and customer satisfaction at Sport Club Meadow Terrace and the effect of facility satisfaction on customer satisfaction at Sport Club Meadow Terrace. This research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all members of the Meadow Terrace Sport Club from 2018 to 2020, namely 143 people, while the sample used in the study used a saturated sampling technique, where all the populations were made respondents. Data collection techniques by means of questionnaires, and data analysis techniques using test instruments, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test and f-test. The results showed that the Facility variable (X) which consisted of 10 (ten) instruments showed that the total score was 6105 and the average score was 4.27 and entered into the interval with the Good category, so it can be concluded that, Facility (X) when this is going well. Based on the distribution of the answers to the satisfaction variable (Y) which consists of 8 (eight) instruments, it shows that the total score is 4597 and the average score is 4.02 and it is included in the interval with the Good category, it can be concluded that, at this time, satisfaction (Y) is going well. Based on data analysis, it shows that there is a positive and significant effect of facilities (X) on customer satisfaction (Y) sport club meadow terrace. The simple regression equation Y = a + b (x) is Y = 15,597 = 0.388x this equation can be concluded that there is a direction of positive influence between the facility variable (X) on the satisfaction variable (Y)

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Jasa Sablon Southern State baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 92 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan persamaan regresi Y = 17,468 + 0,564X1, nilai korelasi sebesar 0,644 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 58,5%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,994 > 1,987). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan persamaan regresi Y = 13,125 + 0,677X2 nilai korelasi sebesar 0,708 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 50,2%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (9,518 > 1,987). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Harga dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan persamaan regresi Y = 10,545 + 0,266X1 + 0,480X2. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,743 artinya variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 55,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 44,9% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (54,696 > 2,710). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di Sablon Southern State.

Abstract

The purpose of this research on the coronavirus or Covid-19 pandemic breaks the traditional learning process. So, we need a way to solve the challenge. Online learning is a kind of Overcome challenge. This is to understand the implementation of the online learning Management Research Program, School of Management, Bina Sarana Informatika University as an effort to Suppress the spread of COVID 19 in higher education. The research sample is a student of the management research program. Data is collected through interviews through zoom cloud conferences. Data analysis uses the Interactive analysis technology of Miles & Huberman. The results show: (1) Students already have the basic facilities required to participate in online learning; (2) Online learning is flexible in implementation, Able to encourage the emergence of independent learning and motivate students to participate more actively Learning; (3) distance learning encourages the emergence of social distancing behaviors and minimizes. The emergence of the student population so that it may be able to reduce Covid-19’s University environment. Inadequate supervision of students, high-rise buildings, insufficient signal strength, High-cost Internet credits challenge online learning. Improve learning independence, interest and Motivation, the courage to express ideas and question other benefits of online learning.
