Abstract. This research is focused on providing experience to teachers specifically in developing teaching materials by using project based learning. The purpose of this study is to assist teachers in improving the effectiveness and creativity of students in developing student confidence. Research and development continued with quasi-experiment in collaboration with class-room teachers. Stages of research to be carried out, namely: (1) preparation, (2) develop-ment, (3) experimental phase, (4) evaluation. The subjects of this study were teachers and students from SMKN 01, SMKN 02, SMKN 03 in Bengkulu City. Furthermore, at the implementation stage a collaborative experiment was carried out where the implementation of learning collaborates with the teacher and was designed online. The results of this study with the learning of the project model can develop studentsâ€™ confi-dence and can improve studentsâ€™ self-creativity.

This study aims 1) to determine the effect of job stress on employee performance at PT. Indomaret, Manna City, South Bengkulu Regency. 2) To determine the effect of communication on the performance of employees of PT. Indomaret, Manna City, South Bengkulu Regency. 3) to determine the effect of work stress and communication on the performance of employees of PT. Indomaret, Manna City, South Bengkulu Regency. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Indomaret Kota Manna, South Bengkulu Regency, totaling 50 employees. samples of 50 employees of PT. Indomaret Kota Manna is part of the Rukis branch, Ibul branch, Kutau branch, Ampera branch and Padang Sialang branch, South Bengkulu Regency. Based on the results of research on the relationship between communication and work stress with employee performance at PT. Indomaret Kota Manna, South Bengkulu Regency, the following conclusions can be drawn: Job stress and communication together have an effect on the performance of PT. Indomaret, Manna City, Bengkulu Regency.

The purpose of research is to test and analyze the factors influence Price EarningRatio as basic of stock appraisal on manufacture companies listed in Indonesia StockExchange of from 2009-2013. This research is descriptive research with quantitativeapproach. Method of collecting data uses documentation is secondary data weresourced from Capital Market Directory in 2009-2013and data were sourced fromIndonesia Stock Echange Company Report in year 2013. Method of data analysis usesFactor Analysis, especially EFA(Explanatory Factor Analysis) through method of PCA(Principal Component Analysis). Results of the research showed that (1) factor ofcapitals and debts with percentage35.297%, it means this factor is dominant factor canexplain 35.297%of the variablesâ€™ variance; (2) factor of dividends and shares withpercentage 30.293%, it means this factor can explain 30.293% of the variablesâ€™variance; (3) factor of benefits level with percentage 21.254%, it means this factor canexplain 21.254% of the variablesâ€™ variance; (4) factor of sales level with percentage6.747%, it means this factor can explain 6.392% of the variablesâ€™ varianceand (5) otherfactors with percentage 6.747%, it means this factor can explain 6.392%of thevariablesâ€™ variance.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of internet banking application to the financial performance of banking which consist of NPL, LDR, ROA, ROE, BOPO and CAR. Study sample consisted of 67 banks in Indonesia from 4 categories with the study period from the first quarter of 2014 to the fourth quarter of 2016. This research used multivariate method and the data test was done by panel data regression analysis with random effect technique. The results showed that the application of internet banking from the risk profile proved to reduce credit risk with a negative effect on NPL variables. However, from the risk of liquidity internet banking application has no effect on LDR variable. While from the ratio of earnings, the results showed the application of internet banking has no effect on ROA, ROE and BOPO variable, and from the capital, the implementation of internet banking is not characterized by an increase in banking capital which means, the implementation of internet banking has no affect on CAR variable.

This study entitled The Effect of Self Efficacy and Locus of Control on Employee Performance (Case Study at Anter Aja Office, Bengkulu City). The formulation of the problem in this study is Do Self Efficacy and Locus of Control Affect Employee Performance at the Anter Aja Office in Bengkulu City? The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy and locus of control on employee performance at the Anter Aja office in Bengkulu City. This research was conducted on Anter Aja Office Employees in Bengkulu City. The population of this study are employees at the Anter Aja Office of Bengkulu City, totaling 68 people and using quantitative methods. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficients, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of the multiple linear regression test, the regression equation is as follows: Y = 2.590 + 0.239 (X1) + 0.271 (X2). The results of the tests that have been carried out can be seen that the Self efficacy variable (X1) shows tcount> ttable (3.723> 1.99714) and (sig Î± = 0.000 <0.050), and the Locus of Control variable (X2), shows tcount> ttable (3.878> 1.99714) and (sig Î± = 0.000 <0.050). The results of the F test show that the value of Fcount>Ftable is (29,601 > 3,144) and (sig Î± = 0,000 <0.050). So it can be concluded that Self Efficacy and Locus of Control have a partial or simultaneous effect on Employee Performance at the Anter Aja Office in Bengkulu City. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and brand image on consumer satisfaction (a case study on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu). This type of research is called quantitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The sampling method is accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study was 150 respondents. The method of data collection is using a questionnaire spreader. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing, namely the t-test and f-test. The results showed that product quality had a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction with iPhone products in Bengkulu City. Brand image has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with iPhone products in Bengkulu City. Partially, the two variables of product quality and brand image have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat merupakan salah satu komponen dalam Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi. Salah satu bentuk Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi yangbiasanya berupa kegiatan pemberian keterampilan atau pelatihan yang berbasis padabidang keahlian dosen tim PKM. Saat ini kami alihkan pada bentuk kegiatan yang bertujuan membantu meringankan beban masyarakat terdampak Covid-19. Salah satu wujud kegiatan tersebut berupa pembagian paket sembako. Oleh karena itu pengabdian ini berfokus pada memotivasi dan meringankan beban masyarakat melalui pembagian paket sembako. Adapun sasaran pada pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah masyarakat yang terdampak Covid-19 di Kelurahan Padang Harapan Kota Bengkulu. Program pengabdian ini dilaksanakan selama kurun waktu 5minggu setiap hari jumat. Motivasi terhadap masyarakat yang terdampak covid-19 adalah dengan cara membantu untuk kebutuhan pangan mereka dengan cara pembagian sembako. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Kelurahan Padang Harapan Kota Bengkulu sangat antusias menerima sembako tersebut. Karena mereka merasa senang dan bersyukur bahwa disaat sulit ini pihak perguruan tinggi masih ingin memperhatikan mereka. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mampu memberikan dukungan motivasi agar pangan mereka terbantu terutama ibu-ibu hamil dan menyusui yang sangat membutuhkan nutrisi yang baik. Untuk kegiatan pengabdian selanjutnya diharapkan mampu memberikan motivasi melalui pembagian sembako ini ke pihak-pihak yang sangat membutuhkan di kelurahan lainnya di Kota Bengkulu.
