Abstract

Tunanetra adalah istilah umum yang digunakan untuk kondisi seseorang yang mengalami gangguan atau hambatan dalam indra penglihatannya. Berdasarkan tingkat gangguannya tunanetra dibagi dua yaitu buta total (total blind) dan yang masih mempunyai sisa penglihatan (low vision). Saat ini, salah satu layanan publik yang disediakan pemerintah bagi tunanetra adalah Unit Pelayanan Teknis khusus tunanetra berbentuk Panti Sosial Bina Netra. Panti Sosial Bina Netra mempunyai tugas memberikan bimbingan, pelayanan dan rehabiltasi sosial dalam bentuk bimbingan fisik, mental, sosial, pelatihan keterampilan, dan bimbingan lanjut bagi para penyandang tunanetra. Di Kota Pontianak, jumlah kapasitas penyandang tunanetra terbilang cukup tinggi. Hal ini belum sebanding dengan kapasitas fasilitas pembinaan khusus untuk penyandang tunanetra. Fasilitas yang tersedia tidak menyediakan pelayanan bagi tunanetra. Tujuan perancangan Panti Sosial Bina Netra di Kota Pontianak adalah menyediakan wadah untuk menyelenggarakan bimbingan pelayanan dan rehabilitasi sosial yang diimbangi dengan standar kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana khusus bagi tunanetra. Konsep perancangan Panti Sosial Bina Netra adalah sensitivitas yang mengutamakan tunanetra untuk memaksimalkan indera sentuhan, pendengaran dan penciuman. Perancangan Panti Sosial Bina Netra ini diharapkan dapat menyelenggarakan kegiatan bimbingan, pelayanan dan rehabilitasi bagi penyandang tunanetra. Sedangkan untuk penyandang tunanetra mampu mandiri dan berperan aktif dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Kata kunci: panti sosial bina netra, tunanetra, rehabilitasi sosial

Abstract

Coffee is a drink that comes from roasted and processed coffee beans, has global appeal with a variety of types, flavors and brewing methods. Coffee beans are obtained from coffee berries that grow mainly in tropical areas, such as Malang City, East Java, which is known for its moderate humidity level and average temperature of 27°C, giving coffee from this area a special taste. With the times, coffee shops have become popular places to enjoy coffee and work. 136 Roastery & Coffeeshop, seeing opportunities in the rapidly growing coffeeshop industry in Indonesia, especially in East Java, decided to invest in a roaster machine. This research is a response to the company's efforts to increase sales using various methods to achieve and increase profits. By facing various obstacles and weaknesses, companies innovate according to current developments to have characteristics that differentiate them from competitors. This research aims to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the marketing strategies implemented by 136 Roastery & Coffeeshops in East Java. Qualitative research methods using primary and secondary data, involving interviews and documentation, show that companies can increase sales by implementing marketing strategies using the 7P Marketing Mix and SWOT Analysis.

Abstract

This research investigates the strategic utilization of political communication by the Gerindra Party on the Twitter platform (X) leading up to the 2024 General Election in Indonesia. With a focus on the adoption of the ‘gemoy’ label by the public, subsequently becoming a framing tool for Prabowo, this shapes a positive image and significantly enhances his popularity. Through a comprehensive analysis of sentiment and engagement displays on social media, this study reveals the effectiveness of Gerindra’s political content in capturing public attention, signaling a paradigm shift in the dynamics of political communication in the digital era. The research adopts a quantitative methodology, employing a descriptive approach. Data collection involves direct interviews with the Public Relations Division of the Gerindra Party and utilizes netnography, combining online observations and content analysis of user interactions on Twitter (X) with the official Gerindra Party account. The results of the study demonstrate evolving emotional response dynamics over time, highlighting the adept use of framing strategies by the party. This research provides valuable insights into the transformative impact of social media on political communication, offering a deeper understanding of how political narratives are shaped and influence public opinion leading up to the general election.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Politik Etis dan kebijakan ekonomi kolonial Belanda di Lampung, serta dampaknya terhadap pertanian dan masyarakat setempat. Sub bab pertama menguraikan pengertian Politik Etis, yaitu kebijakan kolonial Belanda yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pribumi melalui pendidikan, irigasi, dan transmigrasi. Selanjutnya, dibahas kebijakan ekonomi kolonial Belanda di Lampung yang melibatkan pengenalan tanaman ekspor dan pembangunan infrastruktur irigasi. Sub bab ketiga menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan ekonomi Politik Etis terhadap pertanian di Lampung, termasuk peningkatan produktivitas dan diversifikasi tanaman. Pengaruh Bendung Argoguruh terhadap kolonisasi Sukadana juga dibahas, menunjukkan bagaimana proyek irigasi ini mendukung perpindahan penduduk dan pengembangan lahan pertanian baru. Terakhir, penelitian ini mengevaluasi dampak Politik Etis dalam memperkenalkan tanaman kualitas ekspor seperti kopi, teh, dan karet kepada masyarakat Lampung, yang secara signifikan mengubah struktur ekonomi lokal dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kebijakan Politik Etis memiliki tujuan yang positif, implementasinya seringkali lebih menguntungkan pihak kolonial dibandingkan masyarakat pribumi.
