Abstract

S-Parameter merupakan salah satu materi perkuliahan yang dipelajari dalam mata kuliah mata kuliah Elektronika Telekomunikasi. Materi S-Paremeter merupakan materi yang cukup sulit dikarenakan mahasiswa menggabungkan cara perhitungan dari polar ke rectangular atau sebaliknya dari rectangular ke polar. Beberapa nilai yang dihitung dalam materi S-Parameter adalah koefisien pantul source (GS), koefisien pantul loud (GL), koefisien pantul input (GIN), koefisien pantul output (GOUT), tranducer power gain (GT), available power gain (GA), operating power gain (GP), delta factor, factor kemantapan (K), jari-jari source (RS), titik pusat source (CS), jari-jari loud (RL), dan titik pusat loud (CL). Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode prototype, sehingga didapat aplikasi S-Parameter yang berbasis android

Abstract

The paper describes the development of an electronic prescription system. Electronic prescription or e-prescription is an innovation in the health sector that enables patients to read the types of medication they will receive along with its description and rational use. E-prescription shortens the waiting time to get a prescription, which is different from a manual prescription system. In conventional systems, patients must undergo several steps to get served. They have to give the prescriptions to the cashier and wait for the cashier to calculate the bill. They later submit the proof of payment to the pharmacists and wait for the pharmacist to produce the medicine. Using e-prescription, the patients only have to pay for prescription and wait for the pharmacists to bring the medicine. The waiting time may decrease from 4 complicated steps into 2 simple ones. The website-based e-prescription application enables physicians to electronically send prescriptions to pharmacy computers and send its bill to the cashier. The system allows patients to directly move to the pharmacy once they have paid the bill. The research adopts a quantitative method with a prototype research model and UAT (User Acceptance Test) model for testing.

Abstract

Keeping attendance is an activity that must done by employees. Attendance is usually collected by using selfie photos, yet this method still can be manipulated by the employees by sticking their selfie photos at work to make it look like they come to work. An alternative to overcome the issue is by involving the employee’s hand gestures. The employee’s attendance is recorded once his/her face is detected, and he/she makes hand gestures following the previously registered codes. The hand gestures indicate that there are humans onsite. The system was built using the prototype method, using Haar Cascade and Local Binary Pattern Histogram to detect faces and hand gestures. The results showed that the system can recognize faces according to its user ID and can detect finger codes based on the hand gestures. The recapitulation of arrival and departure hours from work is stored in the .xls. extension file
