Abstract

Abstrak - Pembelajaran tentang pengenalan hewan yang digunakan untuk anak sekolah dasar Kelas IV dalam pelajaran IPA saat ini masih menggunakan gambar 2 dimensi di mana Penghayatan tentang materi kurang sempurna, karena media gambar 2 dimensi hanya menampilkan persepsi indera mata yang tidak cukup kuat untuk menggerakkan seluruh kepribadian manusia, sehingga materi yang akan dibahas kurang sempurna. Gambar atau foto hewan yang terlalu kompleks menjadikannya kurang efektif untuk kegiatan pembelajaran. Dari masalah di atas penulis memberikan solusi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi saat ini yang berkembang pesat maka diambilah salah satu teknologi yang berkembang dalam hal visual 3D yaitu Augmented Reality. Sehingga Materi yang disajikan berupa pengenalan jenis-jenis hewan untuk anak sekolah dasar menjadi media pembelajaran yang interaktif dimana cara belajar yang memadukan antara kesenangan dan belajar maka dari itu akan muncul motivasi untuk lebih ingin mengetahui tentang gambar yang dijelaskan dan gurupun dapat menyampaikan materi dengan optimal melalui media gambar tersebut. Dari hasil analisa, perancangan, pengujian dan implementasi program dapat disimpulkan aplikasi menangkap marker pada jarak 25CM untuk menampilkan objek 3D dari marker tersebut dan Sudut kemiringan yang masih terjangkau oleh aplikasi yang dibuat ketika marker telah ditangkap kamera ialah , Ketika kamera siap mengenali marker dan menampilkan Objek 3D, kamera sistem harus dalam keadaan cahaya terang agar marker dapat dikenali, Dalam mengenali marker tingkat keakuratan tergantung pada rating bintang pada Database Marker, setelah melakukan percobaan rating bintang pada Database Marker minimal 4 bintang, Respon Objek 3D dalam mengenali marker pada sistem yang penulis buat sekitar lebih dari 1 detik setelah kamera siap.

Abstract

Pada umumnya pengetahuan tentang beragam motif batik besurek belum di kenal luas terutama masyarakat Bengkulu, “putri pariwisata Bengkulu, Oktri, di stand Batik besurek arena Expo 2016”. Hal ini disebabkan karena belum adanya mediator yang memberikan informasi mengenai batik secara mendetail dan mudah dimengerti. Adapun Informasi saat ini yang didapat hanya berdasarkan gambar, dimana keterbatasan gambar hanya satu dimensi dan informasi didalam gambar masih sangat terbatas. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka penulis akan membahas bagaimana memberikan informasi mengenai Motif Batik Besurek secara mendetail dan mudah dimengerti dengan teknik augmented reality berbasis android. Berdasrkan hasil inisialisasi marker dan hasil uji coba yang dilakukan diukur mengugnakan metode Black Box didapatkan hasil 92% berhasil untuk mengenali berdasarkan inisialisasi marker yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Digital image processing is one of the uses of computer technology used to solve problems regarding image processing or imagery so that it is easy to process. The process of applying image processing in this study aims to detect the value analysis of Rupiah coins by applying the Hough Transformation method, with the hough transformation method is expected to detect the nominal of coins because this method is an image transformation technique that can be used to isolate an object in the image by finding its boundaries. From research that has been conducted 10 images of coins on nominal inputs in the form of rupiah coin coins with a nominal value of 100, 200, 500, and 1000 rupiah obtained an accuracy rate of 90%. This means that there are 8 test data that get a true positive (TP) information, meaning that the data is successful, 1 false positive test data (FP) means that the data is not expected because it only gets a nominal result of the etapi coin not being parameterized in the circle of the coin and 1 test data gets a false negative (FN) description, meaning that the test result is wrong in assessing the nominal of the coin due to the image resolution factor that is too small.

Abstract

The title of this research is the analysis of the thesis theme clustering algorithm using the k-means method. The main problem is how we can find out which theme is most in demand by thesis students at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. This clustering uses the K-means method. The K-Means method was chosen because this method is one of the non-hierarchical data clustering methods that seeks to partition data into two or more clusters with the same characteristics included in the same cluster. The purpose of this research is to help prospective students who will write their thesis in knowing which themes are more interested in them.

Abstract

The forest conditions in Indonesia require more serious attention as they are constantly disturbed, including incidents of forest fires. Clustering or grouping using the ST-DBSCAN algorithm will group forest fire points based on distance and time. This data can be obtained from the FIRMS (Fire Information for Resource Management System) website, which utilizes MODIS sensor data. The research implements the ST-DBSCAN algorithm using the R language, focusing on a case study in the Riau Province from 2015 to 2022. The parameters used in this research for the ST-DBSCAN algorithm are Eps1 = 0.7, Eps2 = 2, and MinPts = 2. The algorithm generates several types of clustering patterns, including Stationary, Reappearing Regular, Irregular, Occasional, and Tracks. The fire point data used in this research covers the years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 in the Riau Province. The results obtained from this research include 1 Reappearing Regular pattern, 5 Tracks patterns, 1 Reappearing Irregular pattern, and 1 Stationary pattern. Within the time frame of 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022, the highest occurrence of forest fire spots happened in the month of November 2015, reaching a total of 573 fire spots.

Abstract

One of the stages for forming a family within the Police environment, is that each prospective bride and groom will undergo a marriage coaching session. At the Bengkulu Regional Police level, this official marriage trial is under the auspices of the Human Resources Bureau (HR). Currently, the management of files and scheduling of service marriage sessions within the Bengkulu Police is still being done manually by physically collecting the required files and processing them by the admin. The purpose of this practical work is to design and build a system that can assist in the process of applying for official marriage hearings for members of the Police & Civil Servants at the Bengkulu Regional Police. The system development method in this study uses the waterfall model. Process design on the system using DFD (Data Flow Diagram), database design using ERD (Entity Relation Diagram) and database design using MySQL.The result of this research is an information system and application for official marriage hearings for members of the National Police & Civil Servants at the Bengkulu Regional Police which can assist in the process of filing for official marriage hearings. And conduct testing of the system using the blackbox method.

Abstract

This study is entitled the implementation of the a* (a-star) algorithm for website-based search of tourism sites in the city of Bengkulu. The main problem ishow to build an information system search for the nearest tourism location in the city of Bengkulu. Information Systems search for this tourism locationusing the a* (a-star) algorithm method and this information system also displays information about existing tours. The a* (a-star) algorithm method was chosen because this method determines the shortest path between the starting and ending points of an existing tour. Based on the results of the discussionThe A-star algorithm is considered more effective in finding the shortest route. This is proven by testing the shortest route randomly and thoroughly 15 times for all tourist destinations. The results show that the routes generated on average are more effective and shorter than the routes generated on Google Maps.

Abstract

The Department of Industry and Trade (DISPERINDAG) of Bengkulu Province has the function of preparing regional government program planning for Bengkulu Province, one of these programs is providing assistance to small and medium industries in Bengkulu Province. The problem of this research is the selection process for determining the recipient of the assistance. This selection process is still done manually by selecting one by one each IKM document that will receive assistance, this is certainly quite prone to errors. This manual process results in the length of the selection process being carried out. The results of selection decisions are sometimes vulnerable to non-objectivity from the Bengkulu Province DIPERINDAG because there is no mathematical determination because all decisions come from humans. The results of this study have created a Decision Support System (DSS) to simplify the data processing process and shorten the completion time while improving the quality of decisions in determining the priority of beneficiaries to get maximum results, the TOPSIS method has also been applied. In this method, a calculation has been carried out on the IKM which is a candidate for assistance based on predetermined criteria.

Abstract

Pada masa ini narkoba menjadi hal buruk bagi masyarakat dan pemerintah menjadi sesuatu hal yang membahayakan. Penyalaghunaan dan peredaranya narkotika dan bahan lainnya. Menurut Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia (KPAI), sebagian besar anak di bawah umur, khususnya 82,4 persen, teridentifikasi sebagai pengguna, sementara 47,1 persen terlibat dalam kegiatan distribusi, dan 31,4 persen terlibat sebagai kurir. Fenomena di atas diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap masa depan bangsa dan negara. Prevalensi penggunaan narkoba di kalangan generasi muda sebagian disebabkan oleh perilaku remaja tertentu yang jelas-jelas mengabaikan nilai-nilai sosial, konvensi, dan hukum. Maka pembinaan dan penyuluhan hokum dapat menjadi salah satu cara untuk meminimalisir penyalahgunaan narkoba tersebit. Metode yang digunakan yakni penyuluhan langsung tatap kepada para peserta yang yakni siswa kelas 6 SDN 04 Nagari Balimbang. Hasil yang diharapkan yakni terbentuknya sikap kesadaran dan pengetahuan peserta tentang pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba. Berdasarkan Kegiatan yang dilakukan telah didapati pihak positif dari pihak sekolah maupun disiswa itu sendiri.

Abstract

The entry of Islam to Bengkulu is inseparable from the development of Islam in Indonesia since the 13th century which was initiated from the 8th century. In addition to political and trade routes, the process of the entry of Islam into Bengkulu was also influenced by marriages and da'wah from local religious figures. Not many people know the history of the entry of Islam to Bengkulu because of the lack of media that tells about it. Many journals discuss the process of the entry of Islam to Bengkulu. To help children or teenagers in knowing the history of Islam in Bengkulu, they need media that can interest them and one of them is by building an Android application for the history of Islam in Bengkulu. By using this application, it will be possible to increase the user's interest in knowing the history of the entry of Islam to Bengkulu and its development so that it can add historical insight. In addition, the application will display Islamic religious figures or Ulama who have contributed at that time. The application also provides a question and answer facility as a form of interaction with the user. The question and answer process requires a randomization method so that the questions that appear are not monotonous. To get random numbers that constantly randomize the problem requires a special algorithm. One of the algorithms used is the Linear Congruential Generator or if it is converted into Indonesian it becomes a Random Number Generator. Application History of the Entry of Islam in Bengkulu Based on Android Using the Linear Congruent Method Algorithm was successfully built using android studio 4.1 software. 1. The application is built using the java programming language as the coding process and xml as the coding to build the appearance (User Interface). The application can provide readings about the process of entering Islam in Bengkulu, the relics of the past Islam and the indicted Ulama in Bengkulu. The application provides questions and answer choices as an exercise process and displays the results. The linear congruential method algorithm can randomize the questions to be displayed.
