Abstract

Pada sistem reservasi sebelumnya yang bejudul “Perancangan Alat Reservasi Pada Restoran Berbasis Rasberry Pi dan Android”, pelanggan dapat melakukan reservasi restoran secara online dengan menggunakan aplikasi android berbasis raspberry pi. Setelah pembayaran berhasil maka server akan mengirimkan sebuah Qr code ke aplikasi pelanggan. Qr code tersebut digunakan oleh pelanggan untuk di scan ketika datang ke restoran untuk memverifikasi data pelanggan dengan data pada database server. Di mana qr code tersebut akan di scan pada qr code reader yang terdapat di setiap meja restoran. Berdasarkan sistem reservasi sebelumnya yang telah dijelaskan diatas maka dalam proses pengembangan sistem reservasi ini khususnya dalam proses verivikasi data pelanggan, kita tidak lagi menggunakan qr code yang discan dengan qr code reader. Dimana qr code reader ini terdapat di setiap meja restoran. Tentunya hal ini sangat boros biaya. Maka dari itu dalam sistem reservasi pengembangan ini, verifikasi data pelanggan akan menggunakan barcode yang akan di scan dengan barcode reader dimana barcode reader ini akan diletakan di pintu masuk restoran sehingga akan lebih mempermudah pelanggan ketika datang ke restoran dan tentunya dapat menghemat biaya. Selain itu juga pada sistem reservasi pengembangan ini ada sebuah fungsi tambahan pada aplikasi android dimana pelanggan tidak hanya dapat mereservasi meja saja tetapi pelanggan juga dapat ikut berjualan. Sehingga dengan demikian dapat mempermudah para pelanggan jika ingin membuka suatu usaha. Hasil pengujian terhadap masing-masing bagian sistem menunjukan bahwa sistem dapat bekerja dengan baik. Tingkat keberhasilan sistem resevasi online ini adalah 98%. Kata kunci : reservasi, server, verifikasi, Barcode, Raspberry pi

Abstract

This research aims to create a cluster housing monitoring system. This system combines IoT with the ESP-NOW protocol. In this system, the head of security and homeowners can unify the state of the house through a web application and an android application. The system will send notifications via the web and the LINE messaging application if there is an intrusion or gas leak or no fire is detected. The contribution of this research is to shorten the path and time of data transmission and make it easier for homeowners and heads of security to monitor and take action as soon as possible when something goes wrong in the residential area. The method used in this research is experimental. There are 4 main parts to this system, namely ESP-NOW sender, ESP-NOW receiver, gateway module, and server. All microcontrollers in this system use the NodeMCU ESP8266 because the NodeMCU, apart from being a controller, also functions as a WiFi module. By using the ESP-NOW protocol, it is possible for every microcontroller, both the sender and the receiver, to communicate without using WiFi WAP. In this study, the ESP-NOW sender collected 10 installed in each house to unify the conditions of the house. The ESP-NOW receiver worked to receive data from all senders. Any data received by the receiver will be sent to the gateway serially. The gateway module functions to send all messages to the server online. Application on the server-side built using PHP and MySQL. The display of the system can be opened through the android application or web application. The results of this test indicate that the system is running well with a 100% success proportion where every message from the sender is stored on the server-side, and the application can provide notifications according to the scenario of the system.

Abstract

Orchid Forest is one of the educational tours located in Cikole, Indonesia. Orchid Forest is often used as the location of events. However, not much information about Orchid Forest is available on the internet. Promotion and information are limited to the Orchid Forest’s Instagram feed. To be able to get more information, the customers must contact or visit the Orchid Forest. Most of the customers of Orchid Forest come from out of town. Mostly they know Orchid Forest by word of mouth. Orchid Forest does not have any other media to expand the reach of its promotions, where customers can get adequate information about the procedures and costs of renting event locations in Orchid Forest. Therefore, it is necessary to design a website that can present adequate information about Orchid Forest. The system approach method used to analyze the system is an object-oriented approach and the system development method used is the waterfall. The design of the reservation information system is the aim of this study. The system was designed not only as a promotional medium but also as an information system that allows customers to make a reservation for event locations and payments through the website.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of community service activities with the theme of using Google Classroom and Google Form for SMAN 5 Cimahi teachers is to provide training to teachers of SMAN 5 Cimahi in order to optimize the use of the Google Classroom and Google Form applications in online learning carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic conditions. The method used in this activity is a description of the features of Google Classroom and Google Form. In Google Classroom, it explains about opening classes, inviting participants or students, creating student attendance, uploading material and using the reuse feature, processing grades and downloading assessment results in the form of a spreadsheet. In Google Form, it explains how to set the Form as a Quiz, inserts picture or equation questions, inserts questions from Google Docs and creates Form links that have been created. Next, do a demonstration of using the application. Both activities were carried out online through the Zoom application media. The next step, each teacher was assigned to operate the two applications according to the directions in the training. The results of the activity showed that the teachers gained additional knowledge in operating those applications. Key words: google classroom, google form, class attendance, online learning, reuse feature. ABSTRAK Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dengan tema pemanfaatan Google Classroom dan Google Form bagi guru SMAN 5 Cimahi adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada para guru SMAN 5 Cimahi agar dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan aplikasi Google Classroom dan Google Form dalam pembelajaran daring yang dilakukan selama kondisi pandemik Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pemaparan mengenai fitur-fitur pada Google Classroom dan Google Form. Pada Google Classroom dipaparkan tentang membuka kelas, mengundang peserta atau siswa, membuat presensi siswa, mengunggah materi dan menggunakan fitur reuse, mengolah nilai dan mengunduh hasil penilaian dalam bentuk spreadsheet. Pada Google Form dipaparkan tentang bagaimana mengatur Form sebagai Quiz, menyisipkan soal gambar atau persamaan, menyisipkan soal dari Google Docs dan membuat tautan Form yang telah dibuat. Selanjutnya, melakukan demonstrasi penggunaan aplikasi tersebut. Kedua kegiatan tersebut dilakukan secara daring melalui media aplikasi Zoom. Langkah berikutnya setiap guru ditugaskan untuk mengoperasikan kedua aplikasi tersebut sesuai arahan dalam pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa para guru memperoleh penambahan pengetahuan dalam mengoperasikan kedua aplikasi tersebut. Kata kunci: google classroom, google form, presensi siswa, pembelajaran daring, fitur reuse.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create a laboratory equipment inventory system. With this system, users, namely lecturers, lab assistants, and final project students, can find out the borrower's data, borrowing time, return time, and the tool availability status. The research method used is experimental. This system is based on IoT technology. The main brain from the hardware side uses the NodeMCU ESP8266. NodeMCU, apart from being a controller, can also function as a WiFi module. On the server-side, PHP and MySQL are used. When the user wants to borrow a tool, the user can use an RFID tag to open the cupboard. Furthermore, the NodeMCU will continue to scan for the presence of items in the cupboard using a radio frequency with RF433MHz. This information is sent to the server when the cupboard is closed and locked automatically. The server will receive the information and decipher the information. As a result, the testing process in this study proved that the system has been able to detect the presence of items in the cupboard and track anyone who borrows laboratory equipment with a 100% success percentage.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the ability of SD Negeri Mustikajaya VII Bekasi teachers in utilizing information technology for synchronous e-learning. This needs to be done considering that the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way people live today. Learning activities that are normally done face-to-face must now be done remotely. One of them is by implementing online learning. The method used for this service is online training using the Zoom meeting application. In this training, the material presented is Google Meet and Google Drive. Participants were asked several questions about Google Meet and Google Drive both before and after the training was held. This is done to determine the increase in the ability of participants in both materials. Participants are also given assignments regarding the two materials to practice the material that has been presented. The results of this activity indicate an increase in the ability of teachers to use Google Meet and Google Drive for online learning purposes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model pemantauan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi. Metode pendekatan analisis sistem yang digunakan adalah berbasis objek dengan waterfall model sebagai metode pengembangan sistem. Sistem ini dibangun untuk membantu ibu memantau pertumbuhan bayinya dan vaksin yang telah diperoleh. Ibu seringkali tidak dapat membaca tulisan dokter di buku catatan kesehatan anak. Oleh karena itu, hasil dari perancangan aplikasi ini adalah untuk membantu para ibu dalam memantau pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi, seperti tinggi dan berat badan, jenis vaksin yang sudah didapatkan, serta jadwal kontrol dan vaksin selanjutnya. Ibu juga dapat mengetahui kategori berat badan anaknya saat ini dan melakukan konsultasi kesehatan anak melalui aplikasi tanpa harus datang ke dokter anak. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode black box. Pengujian tersebut meliputi aplikasi web dan Android. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa penelitian ini sudah mencapai tujuannya, dimana data rekam medis yang dimasukkan oleh dokter melalui aplikasi web sudah dapat tersimpan ke database. Selanjutnya, Ibu dari bayi juga sudah dapat mengakses informasi tersebut dan menggunakan fitur-fitur lainnya seperti konsultasi dan pengecekan berat dan tinggi badan bayi melalui aplikasi Android yang dibuat.Kata Kunci: Aplikasi, Tumbuh Kembang Bayi, Rekam Medis, Pemantauan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to design and create interactive learning machines for letters and numbers for early childhood. The machine designed is an interactive learning machine so that early childhood is interested in learning and can learn independently. Arduino Mega2560 is used as the main processor on this machine. On this machine, there are three modes, namely learning mode, question mode, and counting mode. In learning mode, Arduino will read every button input pressed, display on the LCD and make a sound through DF Player in accordance with the input received. In the question mode, Arduino will issue a question in the form of sound and wait for an answer via the input button found on the device. In arithmetic mode, Arduino will read the input of 10 LDR sensors covered by ice-cream sticks placed by young children and make sounds related to the amount. Questions on tools can be changed by using an android application designed in this study. Based on the test results, this tool has been running well where all modes can be run 100% whether it is learning mode, question mode, and counting mode. Abstract

This study describes the implementation of a smart home by utilizing Arduino and ESP32 CAM with IoT technology. The purpose of this research is to make a device to control home appliances and monitor home security. The method used in this study is an experimental method. In this study, Arduino is used as the main brain of the system where Arduino will read temperature sensor, PIR sensor, LDR and control whether or not the lamp, fan and PIR sensors are active. Sensor data will continue to be sent to the server by the Arduino through the ESP32 CAM module. This tool can also send photos automatically when any movement is detected. Photos taken automatically will be sent to homeowners via the Line application. The process of taking photos, activating lights, fans and PIR sensors can also be done manually via the web interface by the user. Users can also view data from Arduino sent sensors via the web interface that has been provided. From the results of testing this tool has been running well where all sensor data is sent and can be stored in a database, manual activation and deactivation can be done, the captured image is sent to the user's Line application with percentage 100%.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi mobile atau kita kenal dengan telepon pintar (smartphone) saat ini semakin pesat, mulai dari sistem operasi, fitur, konektifi-tas, dan sebagainya. Akan tetapi, jika kita lihat khususnya di Indonesia sebagi-an besar pengguna belum mengoptimalkan spesifikasi hingga fitur yang ada pada smartphone tersebut. Di negara maju, pemanfaatan teknologi mobile dapat diaplikasikan seperti home automation, jadi smartphone dapat di-pergunakan dalam mengontrol alat-alat elektronik maupun mekanik selain se-bagai sarana multimedia. Hal ini yang menjadi dasar insipirasi peneliti untuk mengembangkan teknologi mobile tersebut dalam penelitian ini.Penelitian ini didasarkan pada keadaan ruang dosen di lingkungan program studi Teknik Informatika, karena pada saat ini keadaan ruangan dosen dinilai kurang kondusif. hal ini terjadi karena keluar masuknya mahasiswa maupun tamu sebagian besar tanpa sepengetahuan dosen yang berada di dalam ru-angan. Keadaan ini dapat mengganggu segi keamanan maupun kenyamanan ruang dosen itu sendiri. Diharapkan keluaran dari penelitian ini dapat mem-berikan hal positif berupa hak akses terhadap ruangan dosen serta informasi mengenai keberadaan dosen.Adapun penelitian yang akan dilakukan yaitu dengan mengimplementasikan teknologi mobile menjadi alat untuk sistem pengunci pintu (door lock system). Penelitian ini memanfaatkan smartphone Android yang dikombinasikan menggunakan bluetooth sebagai alat konektifitasnya. Selain itu, sistem ini me-manfaatan microkontroler modul Raspberry pi sebagai pengatur dan pengelola data masukan dan keluaran data sebelum nantinya dihubungkan dengan sis-tem mekanika kunci pintu. Hal lain yang menjadi tujuan penelitian ini, sistem pengunci ini juga dapat memberikan informasi keberadaan subjek pengguna melalui layar monitor
