Abstract

Ripple mill is a machine used to crush palm kernels at the nut & kernel station. This research aims to find out how the ripple mill machine works and determine the relationship between machine maintenance carried out on the performance efficiency of the ripple mill. The working principle of a ripple mill is that palm kernels that are fed into the ripple mill will be ground and crushed between the rotor and stator with an engine speed of 1200 rpm. The components contained in the ripple mill are the rotor bar which consists of 40 bars arranged in a circle, the stator bar consists of 18 bars at the front and 18 bars at the back, the v-belt pulley used is of the type B65 and B67 according to the position of the motor, then the flange bearing is used as a position for the shaft on the rotor before connecting to the pulley. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, it was found that the feed entering the ripple mill is 5.6 tons / hour with an installed capacity of 6 tons / hour. The working hours that have been set for the ripple mill are 300 operating hours, after observations it was obtained that it was 320 operating hours with the efficiency results obtained remaining in accordance with the predetermined standards, namely 95% - 99%.

Abstract

Industry nanotechnology- based is a very significant new modern era, where throughout field develop and use it. In the world of technology as primary needs at the moment This for society, has Lots use results its products. Cooling system as balancers in the industrial world including generators require gensets research and development For cool diesel generator engine . Hybrid coolant has composition 30% material  natural and 70% distilled water. The addition nanoparticles to in hybrid coolant of 1% (TiO2-SiO2-Al2O3 ). The test was carried out is temperature point education, pH value, density. Analysis results The characteristics of hybrid coolant are point boiling 99°C, pH value between 5.79-6.06, as well mark density of 1,012-1,024.

Abstract

Pada proses pengolahan minyak kelapa sawit, faktor kualitas buah sangat berpengaruh terhadap rendemen yang dihasilkan. Kajian yang dilakukan pada pabrik kelapa sawit yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Kotawaringin lama, TBS disuplai oleh kebun inti Perusahaan dan kebun Masyarakat selama bulan Mei 2023. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui korelasi antara TBS kebun inti dengan TBS kebun masyarakat terhadap rendemen yang dihasilkan. Metode yang digunakan pada kajian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisa regresi linier berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan nilai rata-rata nilai NSP kebun inti dan kebun masyarakat sebesar 44,68%, sedangkan nilai IPB kebun inti dan kebun masyarakat sebesar 4,49% dengan nilai NSP dan IPB rendemen dihasilkan rata-rata sebesar 18,65%. Hasil Koefesien Determinasi menunjukkan nilai NSP dan nilai IPB secara simultan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 55,6% terhadap rendemen yang dihasilkan. Untuk mendapatkan Randemen CPO yang maksimal, maka TBS matang yang diterima dari internal Perusahaan dan kebun Masyarakat harus >80%. Manfaat dari penelitian ini sebagai evaluasi pabrik untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas mutu buah yang diterima baik dari kebun perusahaan dan kebun masyarakat.
