Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee recruitment and organizational commitment and its influence on employee performance at Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru. Employee Recruitment as a variable (X1), Organizational Commitment as a variable (X2), and Employee Performance as a variable (Y). The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 21 program, where the sample used is 48 employees conducted by census and data collection technique through questionnaire. The result of analysis using validity test, test of reliability, test of determination, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test and F test. So it can be concluded that employee recruitment has a significant influence on employee performance Dafam Hotel Pekanbaru, organizational commitment has significant influence on employee performance At Dafam Hotel Pekanbaru, and employee recruitment and organizational commitment have a significant influence on employee performance of Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru. Abstract

Family is the first and main forum that greatly influences the determination of a family's future. Overall, the family environment is a place and container for the growth and development of children (family members), where the family has a big factor in forming a child's soul and character, therefore it is necessary to create a positive environmental atmosphere by instilling the principles of moral values in life. a child in the family environment carried out by every family member, especially parents. Parents have a very important role in shaping a child's character. As the main role models in children's lives, parents can set good or bad examples in their daily behavior and attitudes. Therefore, it is important for parents to understand that they are the main models in forming children's character. Abstract

Dalam rangka menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi hasil tes kepribadian Big Five pada siswa, penelitian ini melakukan tinjauan terhadap beberapa jurnal yang relevan dalam bidang psikologi kepribadian. Dengan menggunakan metode review jurnal, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis temuan-temuan kunci dari penelitian-penelitian terdahulu yang telah dilakukan di bidang ini. Tinjauan literatur ini mencakup pendekatan-pendekatan metodologis yang digunakan dalam penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya, seperti survei, studi longitudinal, dan eksperimen psikologis. Temuan-temuan tersebut kemudian disintesiskan untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil tes Big Five.Selain itu, tinjauan literatur ini juga memperhatikan variasi dalam konteks penelitian, termasuk perbedaan budaya dan lingkungan sosial, yang dapat memengaruhi interpretasi dan generalisabilitas temuan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian-penelitian tersebut juga dikaji, terutama dalam konteks pengembangan program pendidikan dan intervensi psikologis.Dengan menggunakan metode reviuw jurnal ini, penelitian ini berupaya menyediakan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi hasil tes Big Five pada siswa, serta menyediakan landasan yang kokoh untuk penelitian lebih lanjut di bidang ini.
