Abstract

PER is an important ratio in analyzing stocks, research was conducted at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk by using two ratios as analysis tools, namely CR and ROE. The author chooses to conduct research at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk because it is the largest consumer food company compared to its peers in Indonesia. This research was conducted to see the effect of CR and ROE simultaneously, partially and dominantly on PER using quantitative descriptive methods. The results showed that the data used were normal using the normal probability test plot. If using multiple linear regression test, the CR has a unidirectional relationship, while the ROE is not in the same direction as the PER. The results of hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The F test states that the CR and ROE have a simultaneous effect and the t test partially affects the PER. To see how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable, a determination coefficient test is carried out with the result that the independent variable is quite influential on the dependent variable by 79.5%, and finally the dominant test with the results of ROE which has the most influence on the PER

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of bank health in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk period 2017-2020, using RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Capital) method. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. This study uses a method based on the assessment of the calculation of each indicator. Risk Profile assessment using non-performing loan (NPL) and Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) financial ratio received a healthy category, although in the LDR ratio in the period 2017-2019 got a fairly healthy category. Good Corporate Governance assessment using Self Assessment results as a whole get a healthy category, although in 2017 it falls into the category of very healthy. Earnings valuation using Return On Assets (ROA) and Net Interest Margin (NIM) got a very healthy category. Capital Assessment using Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) gets a very healthy category. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that from 2017 to 2020 the health level of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk was ranked composite 1 with the criteria "VERY HEALTHY".

Abstract

The government is an organization that has the authority to regulate its territory by mobilizing human resources effectively and efficiently to serve the community. The fifteen villages in Sungai Ambawang Sub-district must have village officials who can work according to the demands of the job and must complete each worker on time with perfectly completion of work. This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation on the performance of village officials in the Sungai Ambawang District. The population in this study was village apparatus, amounting to 75 people. In taking the sample, the researcher used a purposive sampling technique, where the sampling technique was determined by determining certain criteria. So the respondents who meet the criteria and can be used as samples amounted to 33 people. Data analysis using SPSS version 26 software, validity test, and reliability test. Then the conclusion is drawn using a simple linear regression statistical test and partially analyze the effect t-testt). Based on the results of the partial regression, statistically tcount 0.741 < from ttable 1.69552 and sig. 0.464 < from 0,05. This means that the work motivation variable has no significant effect on the performance of village officials. The value of R Square is 0.017. This means that the influence of the work motivation of village officials in Sungai Ambawang District on performance is 1.7% and the remaining 98.3% is influenced by other factors not observed in this study.

Abstract

PT Unilever is one of the leading companies in Indonesia, which has become an attraction to invest in the company. The Covid-19 pandemic caused all business sectors to have a downtrend impact, as did the Unilever company, whose share price fell quite deeply during the pandemic. Using an Independent T-test sample, this study will examine differences in Unilever stock performance before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The test result shows that there is a significant difference in Unilevers stock performance before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.
