Abstract

Masalah yang dihadapi oleh industri otomotif di Indonesia saat ini adalah belum tersedianya sebuah framework yang dapat dijadikan model dalam merancang jaringan pemulihan komponen kendaraan End-of-Life (EoL). Teknik goal programming sebagai multiobjective programming digunakan untuk mensimulasikan model dalam menyelesaikan masalah–masalah optimasi. Penelitian ini dapat membantu produsen otomotif untuk merancang strategi pemulihan komponen kendaraan EoL dengan objektif multi goal, diantaranya: memaksimalkan keuntungan (net income), mengurangi dampak lingkungan (emisi CO2), jumlah komponen yang dipulihkan (repair dan refurbish) oleh produsen dan jumlah komponen yang didaur ulang (recycle) oleh recycler. Aplikasi model pada salah satu produsen Z dilakukan untuk mengetahui sensitivitas variabel dari perubahan parameter dan diperoleh bahwa biaya untuk pembukaan fasilitas dan biaya untuk masing–masing alternatif pemulihan mempengaruhi alternatif strategi pemulihan kendaraan yang dipilih. Penurunan target untuk minimalkan dampak lingkungan, dapat memberikan solusi strategi yang lebih optimal dan dapat meningkatkan net income.kata kunci: pemulihan komponen, perbaikan, daur ulang, refurbishing, goal programming

Abstract

Proyek konstruksi melibatkan banyak peserta melakukan berbagai macam kegiatan yang direncanakan. Masing-masing kegiatan diatur dalam sebuah peraturan, baik oleh pihak internal maupun pihak eksternal. Salah satu yang menyita perhatian dalam sebuah proyek adalah sistem manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. Permasalahan utama dalam sistem manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja adalah penerapan yang tidak konsisten sehingga sering kali ditemukan adanya ketidaksesuaian atau yang biasa disebut Non Conformity. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Association Rule Mining untuk menemukan pola ketidaksesuaian tersebut. Diperoleh empat rule pola ketidaksesuaian dengan menggunakan nilai min. Support 10% dan min  Confidence 70%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ini dapat menemukan pola ketidaksesuaian dalam sistem manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja dengan harapan dapat digunakan upaya mencegah kegagalan proyek.

Abstract

Jumlah Defect atau cacat produk yang dihasilkan dalam serangkaian proses produksi akan menyebabkan semakin tingginya biaya produksi yang harus dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan, sehingga perusahaan perlu melakukan perbaikan kualitas secara berkelanjutan. Salah  satu  metode yang dapat digunakan untuk perbaikan kualitas yaitu metode Quality Control Circle (QCC). Metode QCC lebih berfokus pada pengendalian mutu produk dalam melakukan perbaikan dengan siklus PDCA dan Seven tools. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyebab defect (cacat) jenis Cross Joint pada produk BT 1915 atau nama lainnya Brake Drum New TD di PT. Bakrie Autoparts dengan metode QCC (Quality Control Circle). Produk BT 1915 dipilih karena produk tersebut dalam periode Agustus hingga Desember yang paling banyak menyumbangkan reject weight. Data yang digunakan merupakan data defect yang berasal dari lima besar tertinggi defect per produk di PT. Bakrie Autoparts dari bulan Agustus hingga Desember. Hasil yang didapat dengan menggunakan metode QCC dan bantuan tools PDCA, diagram sebab akibat, dan diagram pareto menyatakan bahwa faktor machine dan method yang menyebabkan defect Cross Joint pada Produk BT 1915. Untuk faktor mesin disebabkan oleh pattern bergeser tidak pada posisi yang seharusnya dan guiden/pin aus atau goyang, sehingga tidak dapat mengunci antara pattern dengan flask molding. Sedangkan untuk faktor method disebabkan oleh belum adanya checksheet pengecekan per periode untuk peralatan dan mesin pada molding line serta tidak adanya tindakan preventif terhadap alat-alat yang akan rusak.

Abstract

Kinerja sebuah perusahaan didukung oleh kinerja para pekerja dari berbagai departemen dan level pekerjaan pada perusahaan tersebut. Sehingga kinerja yang optimal dari pekerja akan membantu perusahaan mencapai target – target yang telah ditetapkan. Oleh karena itu perusahaan perlu melakukan pengukuran kinerja organisasi berdasarkan penilaian kinerja individu secara komprehensif dari berbagai kriteria. Baldrige excellence framework merupakan metode yang menggunakan berbagai kriteria yang dapat mengukur mulai dari input, proses dan output dari setiap pekerjanya. PT. SAE telah mengukur kinerja perusahaan, tetapi belum dilakukan secara menyeluruh, sehingga hasil pengukuran belum mendeskripsikan kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur kinerja PT.SAE dengan menggunakan metode Baldrige Excellence Framework yang dilakukan dengan melibatkan berbagai departemen dan berbagai level pekerjaan. Kuisioner dengan menggunakan kriteria Baldrige Excellence Framework disebarkan kepada 69 karyawan PT.SAE. Hasil kuisioner tersebut menyatakan bahwa perusahaan mencapai nilai 733 dan masuk kategori Industry leader. Namun dari hasil penilaian tersebut, perusahaan masih perlu memperbaiki kriteria Fokus pelanggan yang memiliki persentase pencapaian terendah, yaitu 52%. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan masih perlu meningkatkan fokus terhadap pelanggan, salah satunya dengan mengimplementasikan sistem manajemen kualitas internasional ISO 9001:2015 secara optimal.

Abstract

Many types of hearing devices are known, namely headsets, headphones, earphones, handsfree, etc. Headphones are simple hearing aid accessories used for listening and have the best sound quality because they are designed for audio-only. Headphone design is evolving, and one of them can be found in a unique wooden headphone design. Wood is an environmentally friendly material and has an interesting motif. Many headphone users are dominated by millennials, including women in Indonesia, who mostly use the hijab. However, there are not many headphone products designed specifically for women with hijab. This study aims to redesign wood-based headphones for hijab-wearing women based on customer requirements using HOQ. Headphone product design and development is carried out in a mixed product-driven and customer-driven manner. The type of research used is qualitative and quantitative research. Qualitative research through literature studies, preliminary studies, and interviews, while quantitative analysis is based on online questionnaires. In this study, the population was Muslim female students wearing the hijab at Jenderal Sudirman University. The sample used in this study was 150 respondents taken using purposive sampling, and the data collection method was using an online questionnaire. The data analysis used is validation and reliability tests on questionnaires, preparation of HOQ, and design drawings using SolidWorks. The results of this study indicate that product-driven is the addition of small speakers. At the same time, customer-driven (based on the order of technical response from most important) consists of the total cost of production, wood materials, headphones with on-ear type, wireless, and volume buttons.. Abstract

ISO 21001:2018 is an international standard for the management system of educational organizations that formal education organizations can apply to achieve their goals and functions to provide quality educational services. Currently, there are study programs with C accreditation and 2 study programs accredited B at Faculty of X under The University of Y. Hence, quality assurance at Faculty X still needs to be improved to achieve the highest accreditation. It is hoped that an education management system that refers to the ISO 21001:2018 standard can assist organizations in meeting these goals and targets. Faculty X has not implemented the ISO 21001:2018 quality assurance system but has implemented a quality assurance system through an internal academic quality audit process known as AIMA. This study aims to determine the GAP between the current higher education quality assurance system and the educational organization management system ISO 21001:2018 and determine the level of readiness obtained by Faculty X to meet the requirements of ISO 21001:2018. The results show that 59% of the ISO 21001:2018 clauses have been completed in the higher education quality assurance standard based on AIMA (Academic Quality Internal Audit Instrument), and 41% of the requirements still do not meet the AIMA standard. The percentage of readiness obtained by Faculty X in implementing the management system of educational organizations ISO 21001:2018 is 73%, which means that Faculty X still has to improve the quality system in preparation for ISO 2100:2018 quality assurance. Improvements in meeting the ISO 21001:2018 educational organization management system are plans for consistent improvement, monitoring, and evaluation.

Abstract

AbstrakJelantah merupakan minyak nabati yang dapat diolah menjadi produk sabun cuci. Keberadaan komunitas hijau yang mengelola jelantah saat ini hanya bergerak sebagai pengumpul. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik komunitas pengelola minyak jelantah dan bagaimana sikap komunitas hijau terhadap pengelolaan minyak jelantah. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April-Oktober 2021 di Komunitas Sedekah Jelantah Kabupaten Tegal yang merupakan komunitas pengelola minyak jelantah pertama di Jawa Tengah. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer didapatkan dari survei kepada anggota komunitas yang masih aktif selama 3 bulan terakhir. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas anggota komunitas adalah ibu rumah tangga dengan tingkat pendapatan menengah ke bawah. Karakteristik komunitas hijau memiliki sikap, motivasi, niat dan perilaku yang positif terhadap kegiatan mengelola dan mengolah jelantah. Analisis daya tarik komunitas hijau menunjukkan bahwa sabun cuci olahan minyak jelantah yang diminati adalah sabun cuci cair, aroma lemon, daya bersih baik, busa yang banyak, mengandung bahan alami, dan harga terjangkau.Kata kunci: bank jelantah, minyak jelantah, komunitas hijau, manajemen jelantahAbstractWaste cooking is a vegetable oil that can be processed into laundry soap products. The existence of a green community that manages used cooking oil currently only acts as a collector. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of the used cooking oil management community and how the attitude of the green community towards the management of used cooking oil was made. The research was conducted in April-October 2021 in the Sedekah Jelantah Community, Tegal Regency, which is the first used cooking oil community in Central Java. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from surveys to community members who were still active during the last 3 months. The analysis was carried out descriptively. The results of the analysis show that the majority of community members are housewives with lower to middle income levels. The characteristics of the green community have positive attitudes, motivations, intentions and behaviors towards the activities of managing and processing used cooking oil. The analysis of the attractiveness of the green community shows that the washing soap processed by used cooking oil that is in demand is liquid laundry soap, lemon scent, good cleaning power, lots of foam, contains natural ingredients, and affordable prices.Keywords: waste cooking bank, used cooking oil, green community, waste cooking management

Waste cooking is a vegetable oil that can be processed into laundry soap products. Business opportunities based on waste cooking soap that are environmentally friendly need to be researched. This study aims to create an environmentally friendly laundry soap business design using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method. Sources of data obtained from in-depth interviews with household scale soap producer Inti Herba. Based on the results of the analysis, there are 9 blocks used in designing an environmentally friendly laundry soap business based on waste cooking. Environmentally friendly products have a value proportion to green products which are products that are in demand by environmental activists/green consumers. Therefore, in this eco-friendly laundry soap business design, the market segment is housewives who are environmental activists. The other seven blocks studied using BMC show important aspects related to the design of an environmentally friendly laundry soap business from waste cooking.

Abstract

PT. Pajitex is one of the textile industries that produce sarongs and continues to strive to fulfill customer desires through quality sarong products. During the sarong production process, there are still various product defects that can reduce consumer confidence in the resulting sarong products. Therefore, PT. Pajitex strives to reduce the number of defects that occur in the sarong manufacturing process by exploring various causes of defects. The purpose of this study was to analyze the defective edge on the CR3082 plate using the Quality Control Circle (QCC) method. The QCC method is a quality control system through the 8-step method with a continuous improvement system. At the defect search stage, use quality control tools such as Pareto diagrams and fishbone diagrams, and use the Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to obtain the highest RPN value which is a priority in the improvement proposal, and in determining the improvement proposal using the PDCA Methods. Based on the results of the analysis obtained, the cutter cutting and the needling process are not perfect and the tuck-in setting is not precise has the highest RPN value, which is equal to 120, so this activity needs to be monitored and followed up
