Abstract

According to Wellek and Waren (1995: 285), conflict is the essential incident of plot expansion in literature. Thus, conflict is important in the theatre because the fundamental conflict is human conflict. The research questions of this research are; (1) How does the conflicts happen between the characters in the theatre “Leonce und Lena” by Georg Büchner? (2) How do the factors affect the internal and external conflict happen between the characters in the theatre “Leonce und Lena” by Georg Büchner? The purpose of this research is to describe; (1) The conflict of characters, (2) The factors which affect the internal and external conflicts happen. The research design was used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The theory which was used in this research Nurgiyantoro and Peg Pickering theory. The data analysis was done by (1) reading the research object deeply, (2) searching the data which contain conflicts and the factors, (3) analyzing the conflicts and the factors, and (4) describing the conflicts and the factors. Thus, the results of this research are, (1) there are internal and external conflicts which happen in the theatre script, (2) the factors which affect the internal conflict consists of a) the emotional affliction since the demand and hope unqualified, b) the experience, interest, purpose, or the self-value have a contradictory with others. Abstract

Abstract Indigenous knowledge or traditional knowledge of the community regarding batagak penghulu in Nagari Lubuk Pandan, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. In the procession of matters relating to the following matters: first, minimal local knowledge or traditional knowledge of the community about the course in Nagari Lubuk Pandan, Padang Pariaman Regency. secondly, there are several steps in the repackaging of local wisdom information about: (1) after asking the user, it turns out that the community needs information about the adat procession of batagak pangulu; (2) collecting information in the study area by conducting interviews and also searching for information using several related books and journals, and storing it related to data storage, (3) packaging information, by making editable packaging products using the Canva application, and (4 ) transferring information, i.e. by way of making repackaging information in book form. Third, there are some challenges and efforts made in the making of information packaging, namely: the difficulty of finding informants, by seeking help from the community to find locations to find informants. Furthermore, the language of the informants is difficult to translate, so ask for help from the community to translate language that is not understood. The latest information about the adat procession of Batang Pangang, the efforts made to overcome this problem through the discussion of the culture of the local community.Keywords: Information, Indigenous Knowledge, Batagak Penghulu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze The Effect of Trustworthiness on Attractiveness on endorsement products and the Effect of Product suitability on endorsement products on Rachel Venya on Purchase Intention of Undergraduate students in the city of Padang. This type of research is a causative research. The population of this study were all undergraduate students in the city of Padang who followed Rachel Venya's Instagram account, the number of which was unknown. purposive sampling method. The number of samples is 120 people. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to tourists. The analytical method used is descriptive and inductive analysis through multiple regression analysis. The results show that: Trust does not have a significant positive effect on Purchase Intention, research attractiveness does not have a significant effect on Purchase Interest in support products and product compatibility has a significant positive effect on Purchase Interest in Rachel's program support products for undergraduate students in the city of Padang.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara majemuk yang terdiri dari suku bangsa, agama, dan ras yang berbeda-beda. Kemajemukan ini perlu disikapi secara serius, salah satunya dengan peningkatan rasa nasionalisme. Nasionalisme akan membantu mengokohkan jati diri bangsa sebagai satu kesatuan meskipun berada dalam keberagaman. Namun, di zaman globalisasi ini, rasa nasionalisme bangsa terus menurun, terutama pada Generasi Z yang memiliki karakteristik tersendiri dibandingkan dengan generasi lain. Maka, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui urgensi rasa nasionalisme pada Generasi Z di tengah era globalisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan jenis penelitian berupa penelitian kualitatif deskritif dengan kajian kepustakaan. Hasilnya dapat diketahui bahwa nasionalisme, globalisasi, dan Generasi Z memiliki keterkaitan yang erat. Nasionalisme perlu ditingkatkan pada Generasi Z sebab mereka mudah menerima budaya dan paham asing. Salah satu caranya adalah menggunakan teknologi sebagai media pengenalan budaya bangsa serta media untuk menanamkan rasa cinta tanah air.

Abstract

Reading is one of the most important skills in the language. Before someone has writing skills, they should have reading skills first. However, let alone being skilled, growing interest in reading itself is still quite difficult.   Literacy culture cannot be found in most schools in Indonesia, including in SDN 5 Keresek. The application of the SSR (Sustained Silent Reading) method in several studies can overcome the problem of reading.  Therefore, this study aims to find out whether the SSR (Sustained Silent Reading) method can increase the reading interest of students of grade IV SDN 5 Keresek. The research approach that is used is qualitative with case study methods. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the SSR (Sustained Silent Reading) method effectively increases the reading interest of students of grade IV SDN 5 Keresek in Garut Regency. This increase is seen gradually in the observation of the first cycle and the second cycle.  The increase in reading interest in each of these cycles can occur because sustained silent reading helps encourage students to focus on following reading activities with books that have been handpicked by them. With this method, students are not easily distracted because everyone reads their book quietly and calmly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan desain kurikulum merdeka edisi revisi dari kurikulum 2013 di sekolah dasar, dan menghadapi keterampilan abad ke-21 pada peserta didik. Jenis penelitian library research, yakni melibatkan buku, artikel, jurnal yang berkaitan dengan desain pengembangan kurikulum Merdeka dan Kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, dan data dari Kemendikbudristek menjadi bahan pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain pengembangan kurikulum Merdeka Belajar edisi revisi kurikulum 2013 adanya pengembangan pada peranan peserta didik. Pada kurikulum Merdeka desain pengembangan kurikulum lebih memfokuskan pada peranan peserta didik (learner centered design), sehingga peserta didik mampu belajar dengan sesuai minat, bakat, dan kreativitas. Diharapkan dari pengembangan kurikulum Merdeka ini dapat mencapai tujuan dari pendidikan nasional. Prinsip kurikulum adalah rancangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Guru sebagai peran penting dalam pendidikan, maka diharapkan dapat melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan yang telah dirancang. Hal ini bertujuan agar materi yang disampaikan menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas dan mampu berdaya saing secara global.

Abstract

Sebagai penyedia jasa lalu lintas udara, operator bandar udara tentu perlu memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal. Unit pelayanan untuk mengelola tugas pengelolaan di bandara salah satunya adalah Apron Movement Control. Apron merupakan bagian dari bandar udara yang berfungsi sebagai tempat parking pesawat. Unit Apron Movement Control dalam melaksanakan ketertiban operasional agar tercapainya kegiatan dengan baik sesuai peraturan yang sudah ditetapkan dibantu oleh petugas magang, sehingga pentingnya pemahaman petugas magang mengenai fungsi marka, peraturan tentang marka, dan jenis-jenis marka dalam penerbangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman petugas magang tentang marka di sisi Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, self appraisal, dan dokumentasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah tujuh orang yaitu petugas magang di unit Apron Movement Control di Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo Surakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beberapa petugas magang mengenai marka cukup paham dan menguasai terkait penempatan parking stand pesawat udara, tetapi ada beberapa petugas magang yang masih kurang dan bingung dalam pemahaman terkait penempatan parking stand untuk pesawat udara. Hal tersebut karena tidak adanya bantuan visual di dalam ruangan Apron Movement Control. Solusi yang dilakukan yaitu petugas magang melakukan inspeksi langsung ke apron untuk mengetahui letak dan bentuk marka parking stand tersebut.

Abstract

Psychological disaster literacy is the central pillar of disaster risk reduction, which provides mental strengthening of knowledge, attitudes, and actions for disaster risk reduction to avoid the widespread impact of disasters. As one of the areas that has the potential for a high-risk disaster, Pangandaran has implemented disaster risk reduction efforts in education units through disaster mitigation education activities from an early age in elementary schools, but the survey results show that 67.6% of them have never carried out disaster mitigation learning with students' psychological resilience. This study aims to strengthen psychological disaster literacy for elementary school students in Pangandaran through storytelling and visual expression activities. The method used is development research with the ADDIE model. The validation results show feasibility in the range of 0.85 - 0.93 for aspects of contextual assessment, material, and presentation feasibility. These results follow the local wisdom of disaster mitigation in Pangandaran. The development of psychological disaster literacy learning was considered relevant to the needs of elementary school teachers in Pangandaran, who received an assessment in the very good range and in the good range. AbstrakLiterasi psikologi bencana merupakan pilar utama pengurangan resiko bencana yang memberikan penguatan mental dari aspek pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan pengurangan resiko bencana agar terhindar dari dampak bencana yang meluas. Sebagai salah satu wilayah yang memiliki potensi bencana dengan resiko tinggi, kabupaten Pangandaran telah mewujudkan upaya pengurangan resiko bencana di satuan pendidikan melalui kegiatan edukasi mitigasi bencana sejak dini di sekolah dasar namun hasil survey menunjukan 67.6% diantaranya belum pernah melaksanakan pembelajaran mitigasi bencana bermuatan ketahanan psikologis siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan penguatan literasi psikologi bencana bagi siswa sekolah dasar di kabupaten Pangandaran melalui kegiatan ekspresi visual storytelling. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE. Hasil validasi menunjukan kelayakan pada rentang 0,85 - 0,93 untuk aspek penilaian kontekstual, materi dan kelayakan penyajian. Hasil tersebut dipandang sesuai dengan kearifan lokal mitigasi bencana di kabupaten Pangandaran. Pengembangan pembelajaran psikologi bencana ini dinilai relevan dengan kebutuhan guru sekolah dasar di kabupaten Pangandaran dan mendapatkan penilaian pada rentang sangat baik dan baik.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran; literasi psikologi bencana; storytelling; ekspresi visual

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe the students’ improvement in vocabulary mastery and the students’ participation in learning activities through the implementation of Anagram techniques. This research was carried out due to the students having low motivation in learning. Besides, they had trouble mastering and memorizing the vocabulary, so they had poor vocabulary. Therefore, the researcher decided to use the Anagram technique to overcome the problem in this class. In this research, classroom action research (CAR) was used as the research design; both qualitative and quantitative methods were used to analyze the data. The researcher used a vocabulary test and observation to collect the data. The tools of data collection techniques are observation checklists, grading papers, and field notes. The findings showed that there is an improvement in the students’ vocabulary mastery and students’ participation in learning activities through the implementation of the Anagram technique in the classroom. In cycle one, the mean score of students’ vocabulary mastery was 72,3 and in cycle two it was 86,7. The student’s participation in learning activities was also improved; in cycle one, it was 62.96%, while in cycle two, it was 92.85%. It could be concluded that the Anagram technique could improve the students’ vocabulary mastery and the students’ participation in learning activities, especially for seventh-grade students of SMPN 04 Dedai.
