Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Pelatihan, Tingkat Pendidikan dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMA Negeri 4 Batam. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru di SMA Negeri 4 Batam. Sampel penelitian menggunakan sampel jenuh sejumlah 58 responden yang merupakan total seluruh populasi guru di SMA Negeri 4 Batam. Jenis dari penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 4 Batam, 2) Pelatihan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 4 Batam, 3) Tingkat Pendidikan (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 4 Batam, 4) Beban Kerja (X4) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 4 Batam, 5) Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), Pelatihan (X2), Tingkat Pendidikan (X3) dan  Beban Kerja (X4) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 4 Batam, dapat dilihat dari nilai F hitung 6.480 F tabel 2.54 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.000 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bersetujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh evaluasi kinerja, motivasi kerja, tanggung jawab dan loyalitas terhadap kinerja karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Sample dan contoh Jenuh. Jumlah respon…yang…digunakan…sebayak….75 responden. Data di dapat diperoleh dengan mengumpulkan data primer berupa kuesioner. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrumen angket yang telah di uji validitas dan realibilitasnya dan analisis.data pada penelitian ini adalah model regresi linear berganda yang diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Dari hasil uji t, evaluasi kinerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap.kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung 4,561 > 1,994 t tabel dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja…karyawan dengan nilai t hitung 2,080 > 1,994 t tabel dengan nilai…signifikansi 0,041 < 0,05. Tanggung Jawab berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap….kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung 0,565 < 1,994 t tabel dengan nilai signifikansi…0,574 > 0,05. Loyalitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan oleh sama dengan….nilai t hitung 6,917 > 1,994 t tabel dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dari uji F evaluasi kinerja, motivasi kerja, tanggung jawab dan loyalitas secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai F hitung 40,958 > 2,503 F tabel…dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

The era of globalization where every company must compete to maintain and develop its existence, including PT Salim Ivomas Pratama. The main activities of PT Salim Ivomas Pratama start from research, seeding, processing to marketing, the complexity of all activities at PT Salim Ivomas Pratama must be supported by qualified employees and good human resource management. . One of the important elements to improve employee performance is motivation and work discipline. While  the reward and punishment  system plays a role in maintaining the motivation of high-performing employees. The study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance with reward and punishment as mediation variables. Quantitative research using SEM-PLS analysis with the help of SmartPLS application version 3.0. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire with a total of 132 respondents. The results of the study found that reward and punishment variables  mediate work motivation variables on employee performance by providing a positive and significant influence shown through calculated values of 2.441< 1,979 tables and p-values of   0.015  < 0.05. Furthermore, reward and punishment can mediate between the variability of work discipline on employee performance positively  and significantly indicated by a calculated value of 4.323< 1,979 ttable and p-value  0.000< 0.05Keyword: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance and Reward And Punishment

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how work stress and workload affect employee satisfaction at the HP secular Lucky Plaza Batam store. Situated at Jl. Imam Bonjol, Lubuk Baja Kota, Lubuk Baja District, Batam City, Riau Islands, the HP secular Lucky Plaza Batam Store served as the research site for this study. Researchers use a quantitative population. Up to 50 employees of the HP Secular Lucky Plaza Batam Store work in this area. Research findings indicate that workload has an impact on job satisfaction among employees at the HP Secular Lucky Plaza Batam Store. Stress at work has an impact on job satisfaction at the HP secular Lucky Plaza Batam Store. Stress at work and workload at the same time affect Job Satisfaction at HP secular Lucky Plaza Batam Store.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyse the influence of Organizational Commitment, Work Environment, Work Discipline and Motivation. This type of research is quantitative with a population of 76 respondents. Questions are given using a questionnaire with the Google Form technique. The data analysis methods used are Descriptive Test, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Analysis and Determination (????2). The results of data analysis using multiple regression and hypotheses using the SPSS program and it can be seen that Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, Work Environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance, Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, and systematic testing Simultaneously shows that Organizational Commitment, Work Environment, Work Discipline and Motivation have a significant effect on Employee Performance.
