Abstract

Abstrack:  The study aims determine the psicomotor of physics students with the use of media in the simulation virtual PhET in SMAN 4 Pekanbaru. This type of research that is used is quasi eksperimental, with the posttest-only control groups design. The population of this research is all students in class X SMAN 4 Pekanbaru, with samples of class X1 as experiment of 31 students  and class X2 as control class of 31 students. The data in this research is a score posttest of psikomotor and analysis with descriptive and inferensial analysis. The analysis of data showed absortion of student in the experiment class is higher than the control class on each indicator of psikomotor. The absorption in class experiment is 90,68 with gread category. Result of inferensial analysis using independent sample t-test, the significant is 0,310 and 1,025, because  and t aitmatic is smaller with t table, then the hypothesis accepted, so there are not significant differences between the psicomotor of students in the experimental class by applying medium simulation virtual PhET with the control class that not applying medium simulation virtual PhET with a level of trust 95 %. With this be concluded that applying of medium simulaton virtual PhET for skill psikomotor physics students.

Abstract

Abstrack: This research aimed to describe and find out the improvement of the students motivation learning by using media simulated virtual PhET through contextual approach at SMAN 10 Pekanbaru. This type of research is a true-experimental, with the pretest posttest- control grup design. The subject of this research is students class VIII at SMPN 34 Pekanbaru, total of 96 students as divide into two class, experimental class and control class. The data in this research is a score of motivation before and after learning physics by implementation of media simulated virtual PhET through contextual approach approach at SMAN 10 Pekanbaru and analysis of the data uses descriptive analysis. Then, measured the improvement of the students motivation by The result of this research using SPSS 23. Score motivation of students at experimental class in high category and increase in the middle category with score 5,13, and the control class in the low category with score 3,24. Therefore, it can be concluded that the using of media simulated virtual PhET through contextual approach able to improve the motivation of students at SMAN 10 PekanbaruKey Words: Media simulated virtual PhET, contextual learning, Motivation.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research was to produce module PIL (Physics, I’m in Love) based on simple experiment on material of light and optical was valid and suitable for use as a supplement Physics learning media for students. This research type using Research and Development (R&D) method with a model of the development was Four-D Model. The module was developed through four phases according to the development model being used such as Define, Design, Develop and Dessiminates phase. The research data was obtained from the results of validation by three experts as validators. Instrument validation using content validity to assessment module by Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP) which consists of four feasibility aspects’s modules with 56 indicators assessment module and questionnaires adaptation about three strategies PIL. Validation was done through two phases which is validation in first phase and validation in second phase. The results of the validation first phase got an average value of 3.88 and the validation second phase got an average value 4.04. Both of the phase produce quality module to the category of "Good". The results of the validation using three strategies PIL got the average value of 4.06 to the quality of the "Good". In general, the module has fulfilled the criteria of Self Instructional, Self Contained, Stand Alone, Adaptive and User Friendly. Based on the results of the validation, it can be concluded that module PIL which based simple experiment is valid and properly use as supplement materials for students.Keywords: Module, Simple Experiment, Light and Optical.

Abstract

Abstrak: The purpose of this study was to describe the results of the physics students learn the skills and know the difference between the skills students learn physics processes using worksheets based natural learnig (JAS) with students who learn using worksheets conventional. The research was conducted from February 2015 through June 2015 with a population of class X IPA and sample class X IPA 25 students and XIPA 2, 24 students. The design of this research is a form of pre-experimental design intact-group comparison. Instruments used test results of students' learning skills physics process which comprises 12 multiple choice questions. Data collection techniques in research is the provision of test results of physical processes of learning skills of students. Technical analysis of data used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Descriptive analysis of the average absorption of 80% class experiment with both categories while the control group was 74% in both categories. Based on the absorption of students it can be said the effectiveness of learning in the experimental class and control class is effective. Classical mastery learning students in the experimental class is 84% ​​complete and 62.5% control class is declared incomplete. Classical completeness indicators of process skills in the experimental class that is 100% complete and incomplete control class is 75%. Inferential analysis through statistical calculation t test SPSS 16. tcount = 2.1667 and ttable = 2.012. Based on the criteria of hypothesis testing tcount> ttable so that there is a significant difference against worksheets skills through a process physics-based Natural base learning Around with worksheets conventional level of 95%. Abstract

Abstrack: This research aimed to describe the effectiveness and improvement of the students formal reasoning by applying guide inquiri learning model at MTsN Naumbai Kampar. Type of this research is a quasi-experimental, with Intact Group Comparisson design. The subject is students class VIII A as experimental class and class VIII B as control class. The data in this research is a score posttest of formal reasoning learning outcome and analysis with descriptive and inferensial analysis. The analysis of data showed absortion of student in the experiment class is higher than the control class on each indicator of formal reasoning. The absorption and learning effectiveness in class experiment is 77,50 with good and effective categori. Result of inferensial analysis using two independent sample t-test, the significant is 0,000, because p < 0.05, then the hypothesis rejected, so there are significant differences between the formal reasoning of students in the experimental class by applying guided inquiry learning model with the control class that implements conventional learning at class VIII MTsN Naumbai Kampar with a level of trust 95 % .With thus be concluded that the application of guided inquiry learning model effectively and can increasing the formal reasoning of students at class VIII MTsNNaumbai Kampar.Key words: Guided Inquiry, Formal Reasoning, Efectiveness

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the low student’s academic skills in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru, one of the learning that can be applied to improve the academic skill is guided inquiry approach because it can elaborate scientific thinking dan creativity. This research had been done in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru on October 2014 until January 2015 that purpose to know the enhancement of academic skill in guided inquiry approach. . The design of the research is Pre-experimental design form one group pretest-posttest with the subject is X4 class. Based of the results obtained that the academic skills  have increased after the implementation of guided inquiry approach, it is identifying variabels, making hypotheses, planning and doing experiment, based of analyses each meeting have increased. In general the indicator academic skill is obtained normalized gain in the middle category, with the result is the implementation of guided inquiry approach is effective to increase student’s academic skill in class X SMA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru Key Words :           academic skills, inquiry

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine improvement the learning outcomes cognitive science of physics by using the truth and dare game media. This research was conducted in SMPN 20 Pekanbaru precisely in Jebruari to June 2015. The subjects were students of class  VIII3 totaling 40 students consisting of 17 male students and 23 female students. Form the research is pre-experimental with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The instrument of data collection in this research is a cognitive achievement test consists of 20 multiple choice items. Analysis of the data in this research is a descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Descriptive analysis of the results obtained from the absorption average of 41.50 students before treatment with unfavorable category, after being treated, absorption of 81.625 students with good category while the effectiveness of student learning before treatment have a category less effective after being treated, the effectiveness of learning effective category. It is also used inferential analysis through the sign test values ​​obtained Exact Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 <0.05 = 5% which means there is a significant increase. It can be concluded the use of truth and dare game media can improve the results of class VIII student of SMPN 20 Pekanbaru in the subject matter sounds. Abstract

This study was carried out on sub-district office employees Sungai Mandau in the village of Muara Kelantan jl. H. Abdurrahman. This study aims to determine how the Effect of Leadership and supervision either simultaneously or partially to discipline employees working at the district office Sungai Mandau Siak. The population in this study were employees of the district office Sungai Mandau Siak district, amounting to 32 people. While the overall sample of the population in this study, the method of analysis used is descriptive quantitative method by using SPSS version 18. From the results of testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that the leadership and supervision of simultaneous positive and significant effect on labor discipline. The results of the partial regression test (t test) showed that the variables Leadership and Supervision in partial positive and significant impact on employee discipline variable.Keywords: Leadership, supervision and discipline of work
